Highly recommend them. If you want the best, get Georgia and Tom estate service period.Very professional, reliable with great communication. They get things done so you don’t have to worry about anything. They work, time and effort put in their job worth every penny. They made my estate sale so easy with no stress and for me that was priceless!The items were very nice set up like a showroom, and of course they want to get the best value for your items, but also for the people that are buying. The items are well appraised, you are getting quality for the price you’re paying.About the bad comments, Georgia Estate Sale is not a garage sale, it’s a professional Estate Sale service.

Georgia and Tom were marvelous to work with. They placed great care with my fathers estate; their attention to detail on each item was one hallmark of our interactions. It was about honoring our wishes and not theirs ... I truly appreciate that. Even after the official sale was completed, they remained in contact for some additional pieces they believed could be sold down the road. That was above and beyond my expectations.I love nearly half the country away, yet the communications with Georgia and Tom were fluid and uninterrupted.They even provided some advice and suggestions for pieces we knew probably wouldnt find homes at the sale. That was an added bonus for us.Thank you Georgia and Tom. High recommendations!

I have known Tom and Georgia for many years and find them to be very professional and courteous. They are the estate sale company you want to consider when you need to let go of your loved ones belongings. They work hard for families to assure they are cared for properly, respectfully, and courteously.They always price things fairly, which generates large turnouts. I would not hesitate to have Tom and Georgia take care of my estate!

Georgia handled my mothers estate sale. She was professional and knowledgeable. Since she is also and appraiser, her pricing was spot on. She also provided care in what was a very difficult time for me.Since then I have attended her different estate sales and I can honestly say, they are the best in the area. My wife and I have been to several of her sales, and purchased items at a few of them. Prices are easily marked, terms are posted everywhere and easy to understand. Staff is extremely helpful with questions/concerns/issues. We have purchased big-ticket items as well as small knickknacks and still received the same great customer service from Georgia and her team, regardless of the sale amount. We will definitely be attending more of her estate sales!

I have been to a lot of Georgia’s estate sales and they are always great! Her staff is excellent and very helpful! They make everything very clear when you walk in as far as pricing and how things work, can’t imagine anyone not understanding, I go to estate sales all the time and if she is having one, she’s always at the top of my list! The sale she had this week was absolutely amazing! It’s always a great experience with her company!

I have been to several of Georgia’s sales. I always look forward to them as I know she has taken the display,pricing, and gandling of all items as if they were her own. Her prices are reasonable. Her staff is helpful and courteous. When they see your interest they will often point out other things in the sale you might be interested in. She seems to draw clients who have unique, eclectic, and one of a kind pieces which makes the sales even more unique. Looking forward to attending more of Georgia’s sales.

Another great sale by Georgia Jobes!This one was full of fun, funky and many one-of-a-kind things that were fairly priced and beautifully staged. I always come home with purchases to give as gifts or to keep for myself!It was a great way to spend a rainy afternoon with a friendly, helpful group. Cant wait for her next sale!

One of the best estate sale and appraisers in the city. Each sale is organized and managed like a business. Somehow this company seems to work with estates with really interesting items like art collections, tools, fine furniture, etc. Love being on the mailing list so that I can plan my visits to the sales.
