    I was super nervous when it came to finding an apartment off campus. I did a lot of research and toured a lot of places, but Yugo Rio Austin was the place for me. The tour was insightful, the employees are very nice and responsive, and the smart housing rates are awesome. I signed here!!

    When touring apartments last fall, Yugo Austin Rio immediately caught my eye with its interior and various amenities. Even though I could not see my room when signing, it was nothing short of my expectations! The staff is super friendly and the monthly events just make you feel at home!!

    This is my first year living here, and I have absolutely loved my experience! The gym facilities are incredible, the staff are very helpful, and the rooms have very modern and durable equipment and furniture. Not to mention that the complex is very close to campus. I highly recommend everyone to consider living here :)

    Ruckus on Rio is amazing. It is clean, quiet, small and cozy. The management is really nice and organized. The mail room is organized and very easy to use as well. My only complaint is how small the parking garage is! Sign early and get a parking spot immediately if you want to park at the apartment complex. Overall, amazing place to live.

    Ruckus is awesome!! The community events are really fun and put together well. The gym is solid and study rooms are also really nice. It’s a pretty quiet place to live, although the construction next door has been pretty loud. Security could be better, but overall it’s a great housing option.

    The Ruckus 2.0 is an amazing place to live. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful and overall it is a great atmosphere to live in. Having lucky lab in the lobby is so convenient when I am in a hurry or need a good place to get some work done. The study rooms, gym, and deck are also such great amenities that I use often. Live at Ruckus 2.0!!!!!!!!

    I’m living at Ruckus 2.0 this year and have loved it so much that I already signed for next year! Concerning COVID safety, they are often cleaning the community areas like the gym and study rooms so I always feel comfortable and safe. Also residents are always wearing masks which is great. The apartments are super spacious and the furniture is comfortable and modern! Overall, great vibe and I highly suggest living here!

    Yugo Austin Rio has been the most amazing place to live this year! Their management is always quick to fix things and have been so helpful in transitioning to living in an apartment. I have had no issues in my unit and love it so much!! I also love Yugo Austin Rio for the amenities. The study rooms are the perfect place to focus and the sky loft gym is a beautiful place to workout! Yugo Austin Rio is a quick walk to campus, lots of fun restaurants and every sorority/fraternity house. This apartment is a must live in if you want to have an amazing college experience!!!!!!

    I LOVED living here. The amenities are great (sky gym, study rooms, coffee bar) the rooms are very chic and bright. To debunk some of the reviews I read, yes there is a lot of noise from construction but that’s a problem everyone in West Campus deals with, and is not specific to Ruckus 2.0. Not really fair to blame that on Ruckus 2.0. When I moved out they were very fair about fines and don’t go after you for every little thing. You have fobs to gain access to rooms and amenities so it was secure. Maintenance is prompt and very friendly. Lastly, the Luxur package lockers are AWESOME. You never have to worry about not being home for delivery or packages getting stolen.

    The 5x5 is so spacious & I love the gym & study rooms! It’s also a great location for walks to campus. They do so many nice treats for the residents which is so thoughtful of the staff. Truly the best decision for my first apartment at UT!

    This is a great place to live! I love how close it is to campus and how spacious my unit is. Additionally, maintenance is pretty quick and helpful and the monthly events for residents are so fun!

    The pretty central location in west campus is good, but it can feel like its just a little too far from some places like Target. The Lucky Lab on the first floor is so useful for grabbing a coffee on the way to class or even to take back to your place and enjoy. The top floor gym has plenty of equipment to satisfy any workout needs. That said, Id love some free weights other than dumbbells.

    Ruckus is a great option for UT student housing! The space is clean and beautiful and the staff are very communicative and helpful. Maintenance always responds to our inquiries very quickly, and I love the shared spaces like the gym and lobby/coffee shop:)

    I have loved living at Ruckus 2.0 this year. It has been a great location for my senior year and even during COVID-19, because I was able to take my online classes and have Zoom meetings in the study rooms, which was super helpful. The maintenance team is always highly responsive and very kind when their help is needed. I would recommend living at Ruckus on Rio, especially for UT students as it is so close to campus.

    The ruckus is such a welcoming high rise full of amenities such as cozy study areas, unlimited coffee/ hot chocolate, and many welcoming treats for their residents. They prioritize their residents in so many ways and constantly look out of them! We really appreciate it Ruckus!

    I would highly recommend living here! The design is so chic and modern. There are plenty of spaces to study and they even have an on site coffee shop. The elevators are so fast which is nice and the location is unbeatable. Less than a 5 min walk to campus!

    I am currently living at Ruckus on Rio and I have loved it. The study rooms have been so nice during COVID because I was able to do class there. Also, the maintenance men are so sweet and are always there ASAP whenever something in our unit is broken. They are the best!

    Ruckus 2 is one of the best places in West Campus to live. The design is prettier than any other apartment, super spacious and the amenities are amazing! I also love that Lucky Lab is right downstairs. I highly recommend!!!

    I have had a great time living here so far! The few complaints I have is that it does get a little noisy at night and it takes maintenance a really long time to come fix your request, but overall, the apartment is really nice for the price!

    The amount of space that you get at The Ruckus vs other student living around Austin Texas is ridiculous; and for the price... A STEAL! The kitchen and living room are huge, and the closet space is amazing as well. Having experience at other complexes, then coming to The Ruckus, I couldnt imaging going back to paying over $500 a month for a smaller unit.
