    I lived at The Corner from August 2021-July 2024. It wasn’t perfect, but overall I loved living here. The front desk and maintenance teams were always friendly and mostly on top of any issues. We did have some mold problems that were only half-addressed unfortunately, but I think if you make a bigger deal about it than we did, they will take care of it better—they’re great people, just busy I’m sure. The roommate matching here is fantastic, I had 7 roommates over 3 years and I loved them all. It’s a little far from campus but that never bothered me because there’s a bus stop right in front of the building, plus I think it keeps the rent a bit more affordable. My first year there we had bed bugs, and because they had to fumigate the apartment, they reimbursed us for the hotels we had to stay in. They never charged me any fees that I wasn’t expecting. When I transferred apartments last year, they were very clear about instructions and provided a big cart to move my stuff around in, it was a very smooth process. They have a lot of cute little community events. You can use the gyms at the Ruckus buildings, although it’s a bit annoying that you can only go during office hours. Elevators went down a few times but not crazy often, halls and stairwells were clean enough, trash chutes were sometimes clogged but it really only becomes a problem during move-in and move-out. There’s a security guard who hangs out after hours which is cool. The patio on the 2nd floor patio and courtyard are super nice, although if you’re living in one of the apartments next to the courtyard (as I did) it can get a little loud.Thanks for everything :)

    Living here has been so nice this year. The rooms and restrooms are huge compared to other living accommodations in west campus. I have had no issues with appliances and maintenance is always quick to fix any issues. Also Im excited to try out the renovated study areas.

    Lived here for a bit, it was 100% the best apartment complex Ive lived in Austin / wampus. The staff and maintaince team is super nice. Joseph and Reina were super helpful with questions. The view of my apt was also amazing. If youre looking for housing on wampus definitely live here. It was the best decision I ever made :)

    I had a very positive experience living here. The staff are amazing, attentive and helpful at all times. Great shared facilities, including the study area on the ground floor and the little terrace on the first floor. I lived in a 5x4 layout and the apartment was very spacious and well-renovated.

    Ive only toured here, but it looks great! Staff seem kind and attentive, and rooms are nice at a great pride due to the location being further out.

    The rooms are a decent size with two big windows which is really nice. Since the building is only a couple years old most of the amenities are new and in pretty good shape. The study room is pretty nice and spacious with different tables and a coffee/tea machine. Although there is no gym in the building, we get access to the Ruckus gym, but you can only go before the office closes (5 pm). Maintenance is really really great at this complex compared to the other places I’ve lived in west campus. If you want parking you have to sign early because they have limited spaces.

    Great housing for UT students! Convenient bus stop right in front of apartments for transportation to school. The office staff are all very kind and understanding to any questions I may have also! The rooms are modern and the perfect size with windows!! I don’t have any complaints I can think of and have had an overall pleasant experience so far!

    So glad I decided to live at the corner this year! The apartments are modern and spacious, front desk staff are super nice, and maintenance responds fast. Only drawbacks are the lack of an onsite gym (we can use the ruckus gym during office hours) and the location (its a bit far from campus). Definitely worth it for the price and build quality though!!

    Living at the corner as a UT student been great! So far my experience has been great management, monthly events, and fast maintenance. The only downside can be the distance to campus, but the bus stop is conveniently right outside.

    This apartment is at a great location on west campus, with a bus stop right in front! Its always very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and new. They have many events throughout the month too!

    I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with the Corner as a resident for almost a year now. My apartment is really comfortable and I like the buildings amenities a lot. The office and maintenance staff is friendly and helpful whenever I need them. Management even holds events with free food and goodies! I love living at the Corner and recommend it.

    I have loved my stay here for the past year. The Corner has always accommodated to their residents and have made living near Campus a lot easier with bus transportation and a short walking distance to UT. Highly recommend this place as the managers are always involved and keeping up with their residents’ needs. Not to mention how amazing their maintenance staff here is with fixing any issues on time and fast at that (promise you wont find that anywhere else in West Campus.) 10/10 would recommend.

    The Corner has been an amazing place to live! Our apartment was clean when we moved in, and it is also very spacious. The bus stop right outside is also very convenient! I would definitely live here again.

    I’m glad I chose the corner for off campus housing. The property managers here are great and always make me smile and maintenance orders usually get resolved pretty quick. I just wish there was more parking available and we had more amenities. We can use the other Yugo apartments amenities on rio or nueces but can’t really use them after office hours which is disappointing

    I thoroughly enjoy living at the corner. My room, bathroom and closet are very big, and it has a ton of natural light. I love that the community is always doing giveaways too. Only downside is they dont have a one bedroom so I can stay next year :)

    The corner made my home away from home possible. The study room on the first floor is a great place with lots of coffee/tea options. Maintenance is always helpful and easy to reach. I’ve renewed my lease already once and look forward to renewing it again!

    This complex is a great place to live! Its always clean, the staff is friendly, there is a study area downstairs with coffee, and they host a lot of resident appreciation events. And I love that it is pet friendly! I renewed for next year and am looking forward to living here again :)Update 4/21- still live here and sad to leave!

    I would highly recommend living here at The Corner. It’s a small diamond in the rough. The community is small and loving. Management hosts fun events throughout the school year catered to it’s collegiate residents. Management and maintenance are very helpful and always prompt. There’s a bus stop just steps out of the door. Electronic package delivery so you can grab them at your leisure. I love The Corner and have renewed my lease with them, and surely you will too! Check it out!

    The management is *amazing*!!! Lacey is always so helpful and really makes the residents a priority. They even have a corner store for residents to grab quick snacks or apartment necessities. Super convenient location and right down the street from O-mart + a bus stop right outside. The study rooms and coffee bar are my personal favorite. 10/10 would recommend living here.

    Overall my experience has been very good! Maintenance is always giving giveaways to residents and are constantly up to date with requests. The unit has great natural light and a spacious kitchen!

    I left a review a couple months ago about how excited I was to live at The Corner and they have for sure exceeded my expectations! Every member of this team is so helpful and its such a fun surprise when the cute, fluffy puppy is in the front office. Always a sweet greeting and the friendliest face.

    Take it from someone who has left bad reviews at prior residences -- this is hands down the best apartment complex I have lived at during my four years at UT. Since it is in West Campus, I did not get my hopes up due to poor experiences at previous complexes in the neighborhood. However, I was pleasantly surprised at how accommodating the management and maintenance staff are; they really do care about the residents.If you put in a maintenance request, a member of the team will show up by the end of the day (or next morning at the latest) to fix your issue. If you have a package that was delivered but you didnt get a text from the Luxer locker, a member of the leasing staff will make it their personal task to locate it for you.The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because there could be a little updating done (painting, minor cabinet fixes), and, of course, we are in West Campus so rowdy neighbors are rampant (although thats not necessarily the complexs fault -- but the walls are pretty thin).Overall, I have enjoyed living here, and if I were not a graduating senior, I would re-sign to live here another year!

    The Corner is a great, safe place to live in west campus. The rooms are spacious, and so are the other living spaces. Trash service is in the apartment, which is really convenient. There are also lots of different floorplans!

    Living here is so fun! Super close to Cap Metro which is super clutch when you don’t want to walk all the way to campus. Maintenance is super fast, elevators can be wonky but I don’t really mind.

    I lived here for the spring 2021 semester, the walls are a little thin and the apartments nearby can get a little loud at night with people partying but the interior here is nice, the included TV is a nice bonus, the maintenance responds to requests fast, and overall the area is peaceful enough.

    Great place to live. Cool courtyard with a balcony that has a great view. The managers are quick to reply and always willing to accommodate. Had no issues in this convenient and comfortable spot which I highly recommend.

    Great atmosphere and great food!! We were in town for the Austin marathon and we ate here 3 days in a row because we knew that the service and food would amazing. Alex, the bartender even learned how to change the propane tanks in the outside heaters for us. He was a great bartender. Ask for Alex 👍🏻

    You could not find a nicer staff or a better run apartment complex in West campus... The corner was a beautiful place to live safe responsive and fun.... If your student is looking for a spot we highly recommend the corner.... Special kudos to Lacey who always made everything perfect...
