To date, my experience with YardHomes has been exceptional. Dina, my tour guide, meticulously prepared all necessary documentation for the application and relocation process. Her extroverted nature and helpfulness were evident throughout our interaction. Despite the numerous inquiries I posed, she promptly addressed them, even when she lacked an immediate response, ensuring that I received accurate information.I selected YardHomes due to its tranquil ambiance. Prior to signing my lease, Autumn provided exceptional responsiveness and assistance.Since relocating to YardHomes, Autumn and Dina have been invaluable. They have made me feel valued as a resident, emphasizing that I am not merely a number.I sincerely hope that this positive dynamic continues. I moved into Yardhomes meadows lake back in November from a very unpleasant apartment I was at before. First Autumn and Dina are some of the nicest women I’ve met in a very long time. Very attentive and has addressed any and all issues that have come up. With this being a new build everything has been handled with such care and professionalism unseen at any other community I’ve lived at. Words can’t express how excited I am to call this community my home!

We cannot recommend YardHomes Meadow Lake highly enough, the entire process has been just amazing and our expectations have been exceeded in every department. Dina and Autumn in the office have been nothing short of amazing, they are responsive, understanding, accommodating, and just friendly! This is no doubt the best experience I’ve had in a community. The house is great for the price, it was clean and is just perfect for our family. The amenities look great and we can’t wait to use them once we settle in a bit, and the location is both close to everything we need AND it is quiet since it’s kind of tucked away behind a neighborhood. If you’re on the fence about moving here, just do it without a second thought!

I can’t wait to live here!! I will be applying soon!!One of the standout features is the management—Autumn has been incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns Ive had.The location is fantastic, parks and trails along with shopping is super close by-the round rock outlets are my favorite. It’s the perfect balance of convenience and comfort.Overall, I believe this community offers great value for the price. I can’t wait to live here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new home!

YardHomes Meadow Lake is an amazing new rental property in Round Rock with standalone 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units, all with large, grass, fenced in yards! Great variety of floor plan layouts, beautiful finishes, and great location! Autumn V in the leasing office is the absolute best and super friendly and attentive staff. If you’re looking for a great rental with a yard in Round Rock, I highly recommend you check this property out!

Im a real estate agent here in Austin, (and surrounding areas) and I am frequently at Yardhomes Meadowlake! Love this community and the staff. Completely unique style property that offers one bedroom duplex/townhomes. Two and three bedroom options as well. Fenced in yards and detached garage options are available. So much more than your average apartment community. I highly recommend!

The ladies at the leasing office of YardHomes (Roundrock location) are super helpful and awesome! They went above and beyond and made sure all my questions were answered-and I had a lot! They are very patient and thorough and you can tell they really enjoy their job and helping others. The community is really nice of what Ive seen so far (they are still building). Anyone would be proud to live there. If you want to live there dont hesitate to reach out to Autumn or Dina. Both are very nice and caring.

One word, amazing! The ONLY reason for 4 star instead of 5 is because we have not actually experienced living in the community yet, but we have no doubt it will be great! Everything about YH @ Meadow Lake in Round Rock has been top notch so far. We signed our lease today! The leasing staff, Dina & Autumn go way beyond expectation to ensure you feel well taken care of. We had TONS of questions and they have never once made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. They immediately click with their residents and add that personal touch. Makes you feel very welcome, at ease and at home. While yes, you could call this a good sales technique, theres definitely more to it! When you know, you know! Give them a try. YH offers the best of both worlds, a home of your own with all the amenities of apartment living, plus more! So many perks weve lost count! They have made things crazy easy for us and they treat you like family from day one. We cannot wait to get moved in and start enjoying everything YH has to offer!

This is a WONDERFUL property! Even with the tour Dina went above and beyond to make us feel at home. If you are looking for the convenience of low maintenance property but the added perk of a “house” build you are looking at the right place.

This community boasts beautiful lake views and a private backyard, creating a perfect outdoor space. During my tour, Autumn went above and beyond, making the experience even more enjoyable. I truly hope to make this my next home!

I was one of the first residents to move into YardHomes Meadow Lake back in August, and it has been nothing short of wonderful!I was moving to the area for a new job and needed a home with a yard for my small dog. There was a loft style apartment closer to my job which I had toured but from my first steps into the model at YardHomes I knew this was the place. Its not like living in an apartment at all, much more like having a small house. They are all new builds which came with a few minor issues upon move in, but Autumn and Dina were quick to ensure those issues were fixed quickly and effectively. More than that though Autumn and Dina make ever resident feel like family, valued and appreciated. They are both happy to help you in any way they can, even to go as far as to go turn on your faucets during a freeze if you are away. I often pop into the office just for a chat. It feels more like living in our own small town. I have been so happy here and hope this sense of community only continues to grow! Join us, you will not regret it!
