A few weeks ago, I came across Yardhomes and thought, what a cute concept! At the time, I was still searching for apartments, but something about Yardhomes stuck with me. Eventually, I decided to call and get more information—and that’s when I met Cristina.Cristina has been mentioned in so many reviews for her exceptional customer service, and this one is no exception. She is the reason we chose to rent at Yardhomes Juniper Pointe! My spouse and I were stressed about moving cross-country with a toddler-puppy, and Yardhomes just made sense. The homes are spacious, new, affordable, and in a fantastic location. Best of all, they truly feel like homes—not just apartments. We realized that for the same price, we could either deal with stairs and elevators in a traditional apartment or have our own Yardhome with more space and privacy. The choice was easy.Yesterday, we arrived and had the pleasure of meeting both Cristina and Abbey. They are absolutely wonderful! Our puppy especially adores Abbey. The community is still growing, so there is some construction, but it’s quiet, clean, and has a friendly atmosphere.If you’re considering moving here, give them a call! Cristina and Abbey will take great care of you. We are so happy we chose Yardhomes Juniper Pointe, and I’m confident you will be too!

Yardhomes has an outstanding staff! Cristina went above and beyond, guiding me through every step of the process from the initial tour, to the application and leasing. She made everything seamless, stress-free, and most importantly, she made it feel like home! Her professionalism and attention to detail truly set her apart. She even went out of her way to send me pictures of the exact unit I would be leasing once construction was complete and took measurements of the interior to ensure I had them on hand to order everything I needed. She took the time to answer all my questions, ensured I felt comfortable with every decision, and made the entire experience enjoyable. Her exceptional customer service made all the difference, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I had such an amazing experience with the renting process at YardHomes at Juniper Pointe! Erica and Abigail were absolutely wonderful, they were kind, professional, patient and truly eager to help. I had a minor setback during the application process, but they jumped in right away and we were able to work quickly together to resolve it, ensuring I got approved as soon as possible. They listened to all my concerns, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I’m so grateful for their help and highly recommend YardHomes at Juniper Pointe to anyone looking for a great place to live , with an amazing team to support you !

I honestly have fell in love with this place. I toured it in the beginning of February and knew I needed to live here. Cristina and Erica were so incredibly helpful and patient with my process. There aren’t enough things I could say about this place! The minute I walked in on my move in day, it already felt so homey. Truly would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a new place!

It is a very great environment and also the community to reside at. It is still being built I was only a general laborer working. But a good place to live for the future resident.

I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about the entire experience i’ve had with yardhomes. The management staff are WONDERFUL, so helpful & very kind. They made my move-in so seamless. The community & homes are beautiful, everything is well kept! 10/10 recommend to anyone!

Cristina was super helpful and gave us very nice virtual tour. Ultimately we decided to live in another part of town, but this was tops for the west side. Thanks again for the hospitality and follow up.
