My husband and I have lived here for almost 3 years and its by far the best apartment complex we have ever lived in. The old management wasnt so great but when Amanda took over running the office, everything changed. My husband and I had been on the waiting list for a bigger apartment for about 2 years, as soon as Amanda took over, she had a bigger place for us and our kids in less than a week. Her and Tori are amazing and always on top of everything. Maintenance is absolutely amazing also, anytime we have had any issues he comes right over. I would very highly recommend this complex to anyone looking.

Looked at places all over town. Woodlands by FAR has the best office staff! They were very informative, answering all my questions and concerns. They got me immediately into the office and were able to show me an apartment and get the ball rolling once I let them know I wanted it! less than 24 hrs later they are doing the make ready and I will be able to pick up my keys to my new place! The units are VERY nice. The granite counters are a nice touch and have a TON of counter-top space for my cooking and serving! Best rental experience I have ever encountered!!! I want to start by saying that I almost never review anything but these people are so great, I just had to. Tori is one of the nicest people I have ever met. She accommodated me and made time to show me units after hours. She answered any questions I had (even the ones I had already asked multiple times). She tried her hardest to get me the model I wanted and she succeeded and I am grateful for that. Due to her extraordinary service, I refused to move anywhere but the Woodlands.

Love this place, been here for 2 years. upgraded to a 3 bedroom. nice and quiet. maintenance is always quick to fix anything! rented out the clubhouse for my kids bday party was a blast!! Part two of my review. Adrian and Amanda are the best, thank you for taking care of my issues and promptly fixing my issue! You guys are amazing!

I have no idea where all these one stars are coming from! I lived here from March 14th, 2019 to July 31st, 2020. Mrs. Elaina is freaking amazing. Honestly the most hard working property managers I’ve had the honors of having. If I could, I would live here for the remaining of my life just because of her. I had one problem when me and my ex first moved in and her, Jamie, and Mario (maintenance) literally went out of their way to fix it for us. The apartment was the nicest place I’ve ever stayed at. As for the train, it can be annoying for those who aren’t used to it but you don’t notice it after a month of being there. I was really sad to go. It’s always quiet and you can enjoy the dog park or walk around the property in complete silence. Honestly would give this like a hundred stars if I could. Even after moving out, Mrs. Elaina continues to be amazing by giving good references for other apartments as well as getting back to you about deposits. Just today I received an email stating that my deposit came back. If I ever find myself in Denton, this would be the apartments I would go too.

I have lived here for almost three years an I absolutely love it! I highly recommend these apartments!!!These apartments are very nice and quiet, with the exception of the trains. Maintenance/Management is/are always around if you need and are friendly and keep the surroundings clean and well maintained. Elaine and Jamie are friendly, always have a smile on their face, and the nicest ladies. They are always available to answer any questions or concerns if needed.

I absolutely love this apartment complex! My girlfriend and I have been looking for a new place to live closer to work. After finding the woodlands and talking with their amazing staff Im almost 100% sure its the place for us. The entire property was spotless and the buildings are in extraordinary shape! A huge shout out to Elaine for being so kind and so courteous. She had answers for all my questions and took amazing care of us as we toured there facility. I cant wait to move in!

Adrian and Edgar are phenomenal maintenance men here at the Woodlands. They are fast paced, diligent, and kind. The fix problems as quickly as possible. It’s always a pleasure to them around the complex.

This is a great place to call home. Elaine and Jamie will always greet you with a smile. They are very helpful and considerate to our needs. ALWAYS quick to attend to any problems that arise. Not to mention, they literally have hearts of gold! The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day. The workout rooms are open 24/7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely and they have the most awesome parties during the summer. Mario, the grounds man is always very quick to respond to maintenance requests and very professional. Overall, this complex is the best in Denton and would not want to live anywhere else!

I lived here for about six months. The leasing manager, Elaine, is very friendly and helped my roommates and I with figuring out all the paperwork and got us all moved in easily! I’ve never had any big issues living here and with any small problems, the office would resolve it quickly. The interior of our two bed/two bath is very spacious and modern and I like that the apartment complex is out of the way but still close to TWU and within distance of Walmart/Target or most fast food chains. They also finished the pool while I was living there which was nice! My only two complaints would be that there is definitely not enough visitor parking spots and the tow truck is always on the lookout so you should never risk parking somewhere that isn’t marked visitor, even for a few minutes. Another thing would be how close you are to the train tracks - if you’re a light sleeper, this may be an issue but wasnt too big of a deal to me...you kinda get used to it. I would recommend living here although its not perfect.

We’ve lived at the Woodlands for a few months now, and it’s been nothing short of perfect. Our apartment is beautiful, and it’s a great apartment complex to live at if you have dogs. The people in the office are nice, and they’ve accommodated us whenever we’ve needed something. Not sure what all the negative reviews are about... The Woodlands is way nicer than most of the apartments in Denton, and I think the rent is reasonable for what you get!

The management team here are fantastic!!! I am not sure where these 1 star reviews are coming from, and if I had to guess it is from competitor properties. The lay out is perfect and the accommodations are above and beyond what I was expecting. The front office staff are all very friendly and seem to love their job. One time I got to meet someone that was in the office named Mike, and he was one of the most friendly people ever!!I would tell anyone to come check them out because you will LOVE it!!!

The woodlands is a good place to live. I have been living here for almost 2 years now, they have a cute little dog park, a great pool and workout center. The staff is fantastic and they are good at helping with what ever problem you are having with the apartments.

Lived here a couple months and has been great experience! Thick walls, nice appliances and great management! Anytime ive needed maintenance they came in about 10-15 min. Very reasonable rates, glad I moved here! Great place for a dog and its nice living in a complex where dog poo is picked up!
