Living here over the past few months has been an outstanding experience, largely due to Anselma’s exceptional management. She is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. From the very beginning, she made the application process seamless, guiding us every step of the way and ensuring we were approved quickly.Before our move-in, Anselma gave us a tour of our new home, and it was exactly as she had described—no surprises, just as promised. The move-in process itself was smooth and hassle-free. Since then, she has continued to be incredibly attentive, always quick to answer our questions and returning calls within the same afternoon.Having lived in many apartments over the years, I can confidently say that Anselma is one of the best property managers I’ve ever encountered. She is truly at the top of her game—knowledgeable, proactive, and clearly experienced. Her dedication sets a high standard, and it’s made living here an absolute pleasure.

The staff is great and was very helpful with getting me ready to move in. Moving is rough but they made it as seamless as possible. Wingspan is very neat and clean and the amenities are beautiful. It’s also quiet and serene which is a must for me. My dog and I really love our walks around the neighborhood too. I’m super happy I made the decision to live here, it’s great!

My husband and I have lived here since November 2023 and really enjoy a lot about this property and love our little home. We love the single home style set-up (unlike an apartment, we do not have any direct neighbors…feels much more private), we find the parking spaces directly in front of the units to be very convenient, and enjoy that we have a small backyard for our dog. We have had only positive experiences with office and maintenance staff, despite what other reviews have stated. We moved in when most of the complex was still under construction, and even then felt like they were courteous and saw to our needs as quickly as possible with a lot going on.Overall, this is a HUGE upgrade from a typical apartment complex. The ceilings are tall, tons of natural light/windows, and the appliances are modern. Feels very home-y vs. apartment-y. Unlike with our last lease at a different complex in Cypress, we are in no rush to move and will highly consider resigning unless we choose to buy a home at that point.Our only request would be to have a few doggy bag trash cans stationed around the complex for when we are taking our pup on a walk around the “neighborhood”, because it is a very pet friendly community, we think this would be a huge help!

We love living at Wingspan and love all that it offers. The pool is huge and we really enjoy the use of such a great workout facility. We feel very secure here and appreciate the great staff at the main office. We highly recommend Wingspan.

I have been living here for 3 months now, and I really enjoy my home, the seclusion, access to amenities, and the Bridgeland area at large. Its new construction, so theres going to be a few minor hiccups and finishing touches needing attention. I find the staff to be responsive and very friendly.

This place is amazing! I did a tour some weeks back and the office management was so helpful and took their time to show me all that Wingspan has to offer. I am currently still on my current lease but it will end in August. When I decide to move, Wingspan is on the top of my list. Thank you ladies for all helpful information and kindness you guys are amazing!

I went for a tour on the property and it was a very good experience. Brianna greeted me right away even though she was on the phone assisting someone else. The property was so unique and I loved the stand alone homes. I toured other properties in Cypress and felt the most welcome at wingspan.

Amazing place to live. I love everything and the maintenance team is quick to respond.Front desk staff is so helpful in every way. Property is still being built but they keep the common grounds very clean.I love having the back yard as well.Highly recommend

I’ve lived here for about 4 months, like many who visit the property you’ll quickly understand why this location is very appealing…The townhomes are awesome, spacious and no detail is overlooked. The landscaping is top notch and the team is consistently improving the grounds almost daily. The Bridgeland area is bursting with parks and trails as well as local shopping, for example… we are 8 mins away from Cypress Outlet Mall.That being said, the difference is truly the property management team… the property manager and her team are consistently “on your side” and working to make the resident experience memorable. The whole team is excellent, it’s not often you get a property that is so “easy going” but also on top of every detail.Somedays I literally pat myself on the back for choosing to live here. I am a genius!

Wingspan and its amazing staff are single handedly running the rental complex game.Don’t sleep on the community you’ve been dreaming of!Even the air quality is better here.Like, where even am i right now?Obvi my living room, but id swear I’m in a 5 star resort on vacay.So fortunate to live here on a property overseen by uncontested leasing agents and management.Even through on-going construction, i have had zero issues.Perfection.In my lane here.Flourishing.Bridgeland would be nothing without Wingspan.*arf* *arf*
