Not a complain or a review just a suggestion, This is my third time renewing the lease and I love living here, But recently two cars have been stolen from my neighbors And they tried to break in my apartment too, If they don’t find anything, they get frustrated and they break windows of the car. It would be really helpful if the management try and keep a security guard at night at least from 11pm to 6 pm. Thanks

This is the perfect place for my parents. We got them a place with very little trouble.p they were very responsible about doing maintenance that needed to be done before they were able to move in. All in all it was a very great community and was very welcoming

Staff was friendly courteous and extremely helpful. Finding an apartment @ we were looking for they took the time to fully explain everything even when above and beyond walkers through the apartment. I was really anxious and scared in the beginning looking for apartments, I was becoming to give up on looking until I came across willow bend , what stood out to me was the balcony and doors they’re painted different colors & clean and that definitely gave me a warm feeling . Very affordable and homey , quiet area and complex !! Jose really helped me on where I wanna live for my first home !

Calm/friendly environment. Very kind Office Associates who are more than helpful, lots of holiday treats and small events for the residents thru out the year. Maintenance crew is quick and flexible with your circumstance if any rescheduling is needed. This is my second time living here and the only thing I would change are those awful speed bumps 😅Maybe bring back some sort of guest parking with like a “1hour parking max” otherwise they’ll get towed

I had lived at Willow Bend for 2 plus years and i am very pleased with the experience i had. The office staff and the maintenance staff are so friendly and always accommodating. There were a few issues when i first moved in trash being thrown about and partying in the parking lot quit a bit which was no fault of the management and they were so prompt about addressing these issues and cleaned up these issues promptly. The property is mostly spotless and clean as they have someone clean up every single morning, I see them everyday. I have never ever felt unsafe or in harms way at all. I know they can not be everywhere at all times and they work hard and tirelessly to do what they can for this large of a Property. I had to move out of state due to family. Christina was so helpful with my process with my lease and the entire process that was very much appreciated. I have seen alot of negative reviews on this property but these are people that had issues not the fault of management. I would recommend living here with no hesitation, as the ladies in the office are very helpful and AWESOME!! Thank you for being professional, helpful and understanding. You all do a fabulous job with what you have.

I and my family have lived here since April of 2019 and we have not had any serious issues. Our neighbors are friendly and we watch out for each other like neighbors should. Our managers have always been very professional and helpful when I had a particular problem. Im very happy to live here with my family and neighbors.

Been living here almost a year. No real problems. I wish we had secure motorcycle parking so I could chain my motorcycle to a railing but thats about it. Front office team is super polite and easy to talk to. Neighbors are nice and dont bother me. The laundry machines all work and theres never a line for laundry. Apartment came with fiber access already installed So I didnt have to pay a fiber install fee when i got internet. Air conditioner only went out once, was fixed same day. Maintence person was super polite. Rents affordable. All in all Im happier here than I was in military housing. Like I said my only thing is I just wish we had a secure parking spot for motorcycles.How ever after reading reviews Im pretty scared about if/when I move out. Im a disabled veteran I cant afford another security deposit if I have to move. So Im really hoping these negative reviews are just disgruntled tenants. Im really not trying to become a homeless veteran...Edit.Rent on new lease was raised roughly 300$ more at first.Turned down offerNew lease attempt to keep me was not 300 but still more than 100$ more than I was already paying.I had to move out as I couldnt afford the rent increase on a fixed budgetAs Im typing this Ive litterally been couch surfing for over a year due to nothing being in a disabled veterans price range.Still nice people, but rent became unaffordable after a year.

I can only speak on my own experience. I truly enjoy living at Willowbend. Moved in Oct. 2018. Everything was nice & clean. Any maintenance concerns have been immediately addressed. Staff friendly and respectful. Grounds kept manicured. Only thing, sometimes parking can be a little challenging, But I have no problem unless I come in late. LOVE IT!

I’m super disappointed my aunt has lived here for over 10 year and that has no value! She has NEVER had a late payment, a complaint NOTHING! I know COVID is hurting everyone, and my aunt luckily has been able to pay her rent, but unfortunately was not able to cover the entire water fee and they charged her late fees knowing that she has been struggling & trying her best to pay everything. She talked to management & had it not been for those sweet ladies I would tell her to break her lease & LEAVE, they have always been helpful. The management office is beyond understanding & I wish they had more authority to help the residents, and their corporate office should take note from those ladies!

Lived there a little over 2 years. In 2 different apartments. So theres some pros and consPROS:- The floor plans are spacious- The prices are fair considering youre in Klein ISD- The preschool is amazing 5☆ for sure- Neighbors keep to themselves- Easy access to 1960 and Willowbrook- The ladys upfront (Especially Martina) are great. If you have any concerns they are always so helpful and kind.- Maintenance is good (I never had any breakdowns so they were rarely called)- If you get the upgraded apartments they have white cabinets and light counters looks niceCONS:- Security sucks very few times did you ever see them get out and patrolling. Guy just sat there in his car by leasing office- The gates are ALWAYS broken. If its not the front gate then its the exit gate. Maintenance always fixes them but 2 says later bam. Broken again.- The complex is fairly old- The water bill is $75 to $80ish a month for 2 bed/1 bath- Parking is full so if you get home after 12 youre parking across the street at Kroger- Pest control not very effective. I had to buy my own treatment to finally live roach free.-No washer and dryer connections.Overall its a fair complex and I enjoyed most of my stay here.

Lived here for almost 7 years. Parking is kinda bad but loved it here. Everything was closed by, quiet, never had problems. Moved out due to a new job but would totally moved back.
