They recently had a change in ownership and management. Jennifer , the new manager, picked up beautifully the unfinished certification of my moms HUD apartment and not only got her rent to a manageable place , but got her a refund of several months of paying too much. These apartments are now managed very well with kind and responsible office workers. And the maintenance is excellent.

I know the apartments are an old building but they remodeled it and updated everything and theyre really nice but it is for Senior Living only when they also are based on income as well other than that pretty nice place has a lovely little Courtyard and the community garden and its really really close to Central Market so Im sure that helps a lot disabled and elderly people I know it would help me

Manager is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She was the greatest while helping me move my mom into the complex. Very patient and thorough. I feel very at ease knowing she will be there if my mom needs anything.

Management is quick to respond to requests and concerns of residents.Maintenance takes care of tasks in timely and friendly manner. As aSenior resident I can say that this is a comfortable and secure placeTo live and I recommend it to any senior looking for a good place.

As a residential property this place is beautiful they have made some much needed upgrades. I have nothing against that. My closest relative has lived here for a long time. Has never really had an issue until recently. A senior community shouldn’t need security, however they are not liable when it comes to safety or a slip and fall. I don’t feel like a locked gate and sliding door is enough anymore. Moving forward from what has happened not too long ago. I really hope management takes in consideration of the issues that have occurred.

Nice and secure retirement complex. Management is seriously invested in making this a comfortable community for their residents.
