    I moved a few weeks ago and I like the complex is very calm and quiet I can get full sleep without having any issues or noises, people respect each others and the office leasing staff are amazing! Thanks to Ms Juanita for her help. I really appreciate and love living in this complex

    Westborough Crossing apartments have been my home for the past 3 years and I love living here the complex is close to I-10 and all the places that I need and the management has been super nice and helpful and they always reply to all my needs and whenever I have had a problem to pay or being late they are very understandable and work with you. I have never have any issues with neighbors or any incidents living here is a nice quiet community very safe and over the past two years they have been changing and making the Appartments look better. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a new apartment to live here. I love it here.

    Signed a 6 month lease which was very convenient for me and although I am not renewing my lease I would recommend these apartments. You get what you pay for. $800 for a spacious one bedroom. Two closets in the room, one in the bathroom, space above the washer and dryer, and a storage outside. There are a few roaches but its not infested. Its a great location thats close to everything that you can ask for. Parks, dining, gas, groceries, day care, etc. Theres lots of closet space. Washer and dryer. Black appliances. Maintenance has always completed my request within 48 hours. Its not loud. I just dont like the wandering cats they scare my kids. Parking isnt terrible Ive seen worse. Overall a good community. They host events in the office which is pretty nice. Again I would reccomend and I would renew my lease but I am moving somewhere closer to my job.

    Moving in was a smooth easy transition. The first week or so we did have some maintenance difficulties daily but the supervisor, David, worked really hard to fix the problems for us. I’m very grateful! I also appreciated all of Susan’s (manager) assistance. We love the gated community and it’s pretty quiet. My son likes that their are other children to play with as well. All of the people living here have been extremely friendly. We have only been here a short while but I’m excited to see what’s to come.

    Nice place to live, apartment are nice. The floors are nice and appliances are in really good conditions. My aparment comes with washer and dryer so thats a plus. Prices are affordable. Its peaceful and staff is nice. Maintenance is great! I do recommend living here!

    WARNING!!!! Dont move to these apartments. Horrible living conditions. We have been living here for 4 months and our apartment is infested with cockroaches and huge rats. We have complained to Susana in the management office. She was rude and did not give me any solution. We have only recieved pest control and they spray in a rush and run out. It turned out to be insufficient to get rid of our problem of rats and roaches. We feel disgusted to live here.

    I like living in my apartment cause its very quiet neighborhood and I dont have any problems at all and enjoy the quiet neighborhood and neighbors the staff is friendly and welcoming and never a problem with anyone on this property. I been living here for three years now.

    I wanted to give my two cents about my living experience at Westborough crossing. I have been staying here since 2011 and I have been happy living at this community; I do think very high of the maintenance crew; and they always take care of me. the office and maintenance handle their business and they are very courteous . Property is quiet and everybody respect each other , I havent have any problems with nobody. If there is an issue , I`ll let the office know and they handle. Its been good since I`ve been here and I am not going nowhere else. I also like the fact that the office keep mail packages while Im not there.

    I had lived here for 2 years now. I like the new management better than last. I`m happy with the renovations and maintenance. But I do have a suggestion for the management; we as residents will appreciate more residents events and get together. I enjoyed the last party and you should do it more often. Just wanted to put my 2 cents.

    Overall a quiet, respectful Community in which to live. Ms. Susan and her Management Associate are very accommodating and the Maintenance team- Mr. David and Jose are affable and outstanding. Also hats off to Mr. Marco who implemented some new changes in motion that have been great!

    Ive lived here where since 2012. Its been peaceful and quiet since I live on the back side. Recently went through a hurrcaine and the entire complex wasnt affected at all despite other close areas being affected. New management seems like they are trying to make improvements I hope they add a gym since no one is using the laundry mat area. Theres a reason why I wont give the apt complex 5 stars. I wont list that part.

    I really enjoy living here my cats and my Husband love this place we love the trees we love all around us and when Hurricane harvey arrive we didn’t flood due to the drain system that worked perfectly!!

    Excellent attention from all the staff. Good use of technology to open access to areas and for mail. Very calm and family atmosphere. Requests for repairs or maintenance are attended to in an orderly manner. Very good attention in English and Spanish.

    It is a nice place to live, I dont find any drawbacks. The community is very organized, the place is always clean, the neighbors are quiet. Mr. David from maintenance provides excellent service, he is diligent and responds promptly to requests. The apartment is renovated. As for the people who work in the office, they are good people, especially Mrs. Nora and Mr. Luis. I loved the place.

    The place is fabulous, the administrative and maintenance staff are exceptional. I have been in the residence for 3 years and I recommend it. It is quiet, safe and the administration is always attentive to your request. 100% recommended and it also has a good location.

    I really like the tranquility that exists in the community, but there is a serious problem with flukes. In my apartment, pest control was done for 5 continuous months and the flukes were not eliminated. It was only achieved when I bought and applied the product on my own. Combat product
