    Looks like a great place and I had a great talking to the rental office staff person Robbie. They are doing a major renovation, so we werent able to actually see a model apartment, but we put our names on the waiting list as a potential place to consider. Its right across from the Methodist hospital. I do know that these are townhomes, so there will be stairs, but Im okay with that because of the amount of money that I would save.

    I liked the fact that they looked very nice and the property was very clean and the person i spoke with was very polite . I am waiting too get on the waiting list . I spoke with Ms. Belinda Patt two weeks ago. She provided the best customer service .she has an ten 🌟 rating from me. Just too give an update i finally was able to get on the waiting list on Monday September 19/ 2022. Looking forward to hearing from the management team. Until then keep up the great customer service. Update i moved into my apartment on 12/12/22. Listen if youre in need of a very nice place to live/ A very professional Management Staff look no further. West Virginia Townhouse Apartments is the place too be. A fantastic update i have been in my New Home for two weeks now . And thought i had a issue with one of my stovetop burners . Listen the management staff is outstanding. The very next day my issue was taken care of. Maintenance crew hats off to as well. Thank everyone for making me feel the love. Yes its time for another fabulous update a week ago my son picked me to run some errands come to find out he had lost his phone . while we trying to find it my son said call my number so i did what a blessing someone had turn it in to the office. And the manager recognize my voice and let me know that she had it. So you see there are good people staying here and i cant say it enough and a Fantastic Management Staff. Thanks to each and everyone of you for being awesome.

    My experience on getting approved was great! I recently moved in a couple days ago. It literally takes about 2 weeks to know if you are approved. The apartment manager Ms. Shundra is very sweet. Her customer service is off the scale. I really enjoy moving in my new apartment. My kids love their room and i can honestly say we will be here for a while. The community is one of the most beautiful apartments i’ve ever seen or lived in. Thank you so much for everything come and check then out you will NOT be disappointed :)

    My living experience was amazing. Zero complaints, quiet neighborhood. Customer service with all staff members were always helpful & super nice. Definitely recommend living here. Mrs. Hall is so sweet! Thank y’all so much! :)

    I’ve been here for a couple months love it here! Very quiet neighbors and clean property pretty well maintained! Also Ms.Erika in the office always willing to help on different occasions!

    I must say Ive been a resident almost 5 years and with Mrs. Shandra Hall as manager, I dont plan on going anywhere anytime soon. Shandra has a personality and heart of gold. You do feel like family and not just a tenant. I love the staff especially David. Theyre efficient, courteous, knowledgeable and always have accommodated me and addressed any problem Ive ever had professionally and in a timely fashion. Dream Team.

    Love the neighborhood. I am a new tenant, and have no complaints thus far. Very quiet and tucked away neighborhood. Office staff is nice and friendly. I was even able to do many things online without stepping into the office. The online portal is very convenient. I know I will enjoy my time here. Go West Virginia!

    I recently moved in and it was a little challenging to get everything started but Ashley went OVER AND BEYOND to make sure everything went smoothly. Ashley made me feel welcomed from beginning to till now. She hasnt stopped checking in with me and my kids. I love it here

    I’ve lived here for 4 years and it’s a very clean and safe place to live. As a single mother that is very important to me. We are near serveral hospitals and doctors offices as well as great schools! The staff at West Virginia park have made this feel like a home and are very accommodating anytime we need maintenance done in our apartment. I give these apartments 5 stars and vote it a great place on this side of Dallas to live

    I have been here for over 8 years and I have enjoyed my time here. The apartments are nice. The office and maintenance are there when you need them. I havent really had a lot of problems here. Its a quite and safe place to live.

    West Virginia Park is outstanding. The landscaping is very well maintained and the units are very beautiful. Very spacious 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms, will accommodate your needs in living here.People have their own opinion but I give the staff at West Virginia a 5 star review. They do their best to take care of their residents, in making sure they have respectable living, while living on their property.Mardi Hunter, Great Job!!!!

    I would give it 5 stars but the problems people say they have with the office was true. You do need to go there to keep the process moving. It does take almost 2 week to find out if you are approved. They dont not always answer, but the apartment is big and very nice. Its worth the hassle and the wait. It very quite there and the Community is gated, so not much riff raft comes in. Overall I know its is one of the better apartments in this area.

    I hate to say goodbye to these apartments. Because the past two years of living here has been a great experience from the front office with Shundra and her giving you an exciting greeting at the door, to the great maintenance from David, to the community as a whole. Living here has felt great!!!

    I lived here for 2 years and I loved it. I moved pursuing homeownership but the process has been very frustrating. I miss my place! I am waiting. The staff is very pleasant, the property is well maintained and environment is pleasant and very nice. I am waiting to live her again 💥

    Took my mother there to inquire about an apartment home there. Even though with the current guidelines due to COVID 19, we still received excellent customer service and updates throughout the process. Before questions could be asked we already had an answer or was provided with next steps in the apply process. Thank you Mrs Shandra for all of your help!

    I am going on my 10th year at West Virginia and I love it. I love the staff..they are very professional and very friendly. I love the ladies they are always so welcoming when I stop by. I make it my routine to just peep in and say hello!!! It is home!!!

    I love residing over here! Its the complete opposite from where I used to stay! My kids even enjoy staying here as well. My only problem is the visitor parking. I wish we can have more visitor parking spaces or we can get some visitor parking passes. Thats why I give them 4 stars!

    Love staying here. As a current resident, they have extremely friendly staff and keep a very clean property. Also the property is well lit at night. Another key important factors is the working entering and exiting gates.

    Hello, with everything I have read, I wish I would have known about these apartments before I moved out of plum meadow and moved way out here in Arlington on sublett Rd. Everything is too far , my 4 year old son has kidney failure and other heart problems I moved to Addison Park out here and I have asked please move me to 1st floor due to my sons condition when I moved here they put me on the 3rd knowing I have kids and I have a disabled child. I have asked them to please move me and nothing. I am going to go put myself on the waitting list. I have read enough of your reviews to make a smart move to move back to Dallas just to try my best as a single mother to get in here. I regreat coming to Arlington, and I dont recommend Addison Park apartments at all. We will be in touch ladies of west Virginia park. I hope I can get blessed and be able to move into a place like this where people seem to be happy, trust me I have been so miserable and depressed since I got my apartment at Addison Park, I am so thankful my sons girlfriend shared this with me as well. One day thats all I got to say.
