Ive had an amazing experience living at Wellington Park! The office staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. They truly go above and beyond to make residents feel at home.The maintenance team is just as fantastic—quick to respond and always efficient in fixing any issues. Whether it’s a small repair or a bigger request, they handle everything with care and professionalism. It’s so nice knowing that any maintenance concerns are taken care of promptly!Overall, this is a great place to live and work, thanks to the outstanding staff. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a well-managed and comfortable community

Having previously lived in Huntington Circle, and then spending the last year in Wellington, I have to say that I loved both apartments and that is largely due to management. Alberto and his staff are wonderful to work with and go above and beyond to help however they can. If you need maintenance, they are quick to respond and make sure the grounds are maintained. Management is always looking out for the community and offer events to bring everyone together. The pool and barbeque area are fabulous, laundry facilities are reasonably priced and the grounds are kept well. For the most part it is a quiet community and I have thoroughly enjoyed living here. I would highly recommend if you are looking for an apartment look here first.

I have been a part of this community for 5 plus years. I would definitely recommend moving here. Management is always on top of any issues that arise. Maintenance is quick to respond. Amazing and very quite and peaceful neighbourhood.

I love these apartments. I have never lived somewhere where the office staff is so professional and on top of everything like maintenance. Not that I have had any issues because I have not. I would recommend these apartments to everyone jose, kim, and Albert are the sweetest.

Im reading some of these comments and Im surprised by the statements being made. I live on the first floor and yet to see a roach in my apt in over a year..I keep food and my place clean..maybe thats the reason all. Also, the staff is always courteous and pleasant to deal with and they take care of my maintenance needs very quickly. The complex is very quiet and I have not seen much shady activity or crimes. All my neighbors are friendly and the rent is low compared to other places in Dallas. I just want people to know as a professional, I renewed my lease and have no issues with this place.

Ive lived here over 4 years now and since some changes in office staff, these apartments have greatly improved. Office and maintenance staff are very professional and go through great lengths for the tenants. They understand that this is not just their place for work but its our homes.

Management is Great, Maintenance is Great.Were back, We rented here for four years then we moved to be closer to work and due to some unforeseen circumstances we had to find an apartment in less then 5 hours. Wellington was the first place that came to mind. Their Management team is great, Lydia and Cindy had us in our new apartment within 3 hours. Wellington has been great to us, whenever we have had a problem it has been resolved within a couple of hours if that.

I have lived in Wellington Park for 1 year and I just love it here. No, it is not a luxury apartment complex but I also dont spend my entire paycheck to cover the rent and utilities. The complex is well maintained. The management is wonderful as well as the maintenance personnel. Any concerns I have are addressed and resolved quickly. Most importantly, I feel safe here and have never experienced or seen any criminal activities here like I have heard about at so many other complexes in the area. Centrally located and close to everything.

The most kindest and warming Apartment Complex staff and management. They are always on top of everything here, any questions/concerns I ever have Miss Lidia and her staff are on top of everything and they treat you like you ARE their top priority. I am very happy with this complex, they also take care of Huntington Circle next door, I highly recommend leasing with these guys!

Sunday I had a small emergency. I have never received such a fast and efficient response from the office . Mrs Melissa not only called 911 for me, she calmed me down so I could get my four children secure. I have lived on this property for over 9 years and I have never had any issues with response time. I have never had to call when they were closed so this was a new experience for me. I appreciate the staff and maintenance who have helped me make Wellington my home all these years. Thanks

I have lived here for about 5 years now and I am very happy with my choice,, The staff are wonderful and very helpful,, They have a staff now that know how to talk to people , whenever I have a maintenance issue its handled the same day or the next at the most,, They care about their tenants and the Property Manager Lidia, is spot on, she will listen to you and make it work,,, I just had an issue I got myself into and the new office representative Melissa worked with me and just made it work as well,, I will be signing another lease , you follow the rules and pay what you owe,, you have a nice community to live in,,

An EXCELLENT place to live, it has everything very close such as Walmart, schools, park, fire department, 121 SH very close and the best of all is the attention and treatment I receive from its administrative staff. Ive almost been here for 3 years and the truth is that the only way to get out of here would be for them to offer me a better job in another city or state. It has 2 swimming pools, 2 grill areas, one charcoal and one gas, a childrens park, a volleyball court, an area to let the dogs out, enough parking and very soon we will have a gym, the entire complex is always very clean and with green areas that are constantly maintained.
