    I can’t say enough good things about The Watermere! From the moment we walked through the doors, my grandma felt welcomed and at ease. The staff is incredibly caring and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure my grandma and residents feel comfortable and well cared for.The facilities are top-notch, with beautifully maintained grounds, spacious living areas, and an impressive range of amenities. Whether you’re loved one is interested in fitness, arts and crafts, or simply socializing with other residents, there’s always something to do. The dining options are fantastic as well, with delicious and nutritious meals served daily.The staff’s dedication to creating a positive and engaging environment is evident in every aspect of life here for my grandmother.If you’re looking for a safe, vibrant, and welcoming place for yourself or a loved one, I highly recommend the Watermere.     Watermere is a great community. Jane and I have made great friends since we moved in. We love all the activities and the Activity Directors are the best. We looked at other communities before picking Watermere and we for sure made the right decision.

    Watermere Frisco is a great place to live. There are at least two things that set it apart from other similar facilities. One, we have a great calendar of activities each month. We particularly enjoy the outings to theatres, restaurants, museums, etc. The Activities Director and her assistant do a tremendous job. Two, there is a very positive culture of friendliness. Longer term residents enjoy the many social contacts they have developed and newcomers are made to feel welcome and are rapidly integrated into the community. Always being active and having many friends is a strong combination for a happy life.

    I enjoy and love working here at the Watermere in Frisco. Heather is amazing. I enjoy helping out with the activities and joining in and some of the happy hour activities that she has going. I love the resident here and I love being here every day with them they are wonderful. She is wonderful, so is the concierge at the desk Marquell EVANS she’s a doll. I’ve been here at Watermere working for a little over a year and I work for Reliant At Home and I have an office here at the Watermere in Frisco and the majority of the residence. do know my name I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Love it here .

    I really enjoy living at Watermere. I have lived here for 8 years since they opened. The admin staff is great, great activity staff. Plenty of activities and parties. I cannot think of a better place to live.

    For Senior Citizens this Independent Living facility can not be beat. We are truly a family in every way, and it makes each and every day a pleasure and a new adventure. Five stars all the way🎉🎉🎉Just had a fabulous 3 day excursion to Fredericksburg, Texas with 35 of the most fun loving seniors I have ever met! The trip - organized by our own Heather, activities director - was such a well planned and executed event, we could not have asked for more. Shopping, day trips, museums, fabulous well chosen restaurants, and card parties until midnight every night. The hotel was not quite sure to make of us - or how to deal with us taking over the breakfast room for a raucous game of Maniac!! Come join our community if you want to add quality to your life😃

    Watermere at Frisco is a wonderful Independent Living Apartment Complex for 55+ year olds. In a typical month, they offer 250 activities from which to participate. Add to that free continental breakfasts on Monday - Saturday, paid lunches on Monday - Friday, paid dinners on Tuesdays and Thursdays, an enclosed swimming pool, a fitness center which is rich in a variety of equipment, fitness and water aerobic classes, garages and covered parking, and bi-weekly housekeeping, and you have a wonderful place to retire.My wife and I moved to Watermere five years ago and it was one of the best decisions we made in our life.

    My wife, Anne, and I have been a resident here for more than 7 years now and life couldnt be any better. Watermere at Frisco offers a daily lifestyle for seniors that is second to none. From an instructive exercise program each morning to activities, parties, celebrations, and even overnight excursions we have every opportunity to remain active. We have found that over these years, the Watermere programs have kept us more energetic and more involved than we might otherwise be living through our 80s.Being an independent senior is a goal that we hadnt given much thought to until we moved here. Independence just means everything to us and we are able to find things to do at Watermere each and every day to keep us focused on that goal.So, if your aging, think about the importance of staying independent and active for yourself and your family.     Watermere is a beautiful facility. My daughter and I had a wonderful tour with Ryan. He showed us the gym, indoor pool, movie room, four courtyards, main dining room, cafe, salon, and activity areas. We also were able to see apartments to compare sizes. We had lunch, and the food was very good. The staff and the residents were very friendly. I recommend Watermere independent living.

    Last seven years have been very nice living in this place, I call my home! During these seven years lots of my neighbors have changed. Fortunately they were replaced by many more like them.Point is I love our amazing staff, maintenance staff, food and our outings!!     Waldemere at Frisco has everything an active senior should look for. Lovely facilities and exceptional staff. One staff member in particular, Heather , the Activities Director.     I don’t know If I can adequately express how wonderful Watermere at Frisco is for independent living. The facility looks like a Ritz Carlton when you enter. The apartments are well appointed, roomy and have lovely views with the great location. My mom loves all the friendly residents and there are so many fantastic activities that there is never a day without something great to stay active both mentally and physically. I have never seen a facility as caring and well run from top to bottom. It is truly a 5 star living arrangement.

    A community like this has to do a few things really well. (1) Have a sense it is an appealing new home. (2) Provide a sense of safety and security. (3) Friendly staff that meets basic daily needs with the possibility of meeting higher levels of needs if needed. (4) Empathy for the various residents physical, mental and spiritual conditions.Having been a long term resident at a facility in a different State (as comparison) I can say that Watermere meets all these criteria well (some better than others). The residences are relatively roomy, updated and numerous floor plans to choose from. The overall experience is one of stability and solidness. I love that higher levels of care are attached at a sister facility next door - there if needed. The residents and the staff are friendly and welcoming - this culture is the most important sign of the health of a facility like this. And the price for what you get is very competitive.The location is superb. For those still able to drive, everything you could ever need under limited transportation circumstances is within 1/2 a mile including clinics, grocery (a new HEB!), pharmacies, restaurants, shopping ... downtown Frisco with all its medical is just a mile away.My only complaint is to the responsiveness of maintenance issues which, due to the size of the facility does not have appropriate staffing to efficiently meet needs as quickly as I might like. There is no doubt it will get done, and its not terrible,, but in comparison not as strong as the rest. Staffing: Not bad; could be better.My biggest shout out is to the empathy of the staff, especially Ryan the marketing director. I visited and considered a nearby competing facility and what sets Watermere apart is the genuine concern and respect he had for our situation and unique needs and requests, which evolved numerous times during move-in. I was not happy at all with the competitor, under similar circumstances. It made Watermere shine especially from the comparison.Update 1: Tonight they earned a five star rating again. After hours maintenance call for my parents: after I explained the situation to the maintenance supervisor, he had limited staff but he came out on his own time to fix it up for us late in the evening. Cool!

    I cannot say enough about the staff at this facility. They are amazing and never too busy to answer an e-mail or give you a call. They have worked with us so much over the last 6 months and it really feels like we have a village helping to take care of our loved one.

    Our parents moved from CA to Watermere Frisco in June, 2019. They are in their 90s but still are living independently and love all the social aspects of Watermere. They say it is filled with the nicest people, from the staff to the other residents. The reason we all chose Watermere is because, after an extensive search of many places across the metroplex, Watermere was top in all categories...beauty, friendliness, accommodations, services, ammenities (gym is unbelievable!), and activities. Everyone is plugged in and the staff continues to be so accommodating to the needs of the residents. They have happy hours twice a week and throw a large party with a theme once a month. It has been very easy for our folks to make lots of new friends quickly. Other places say they have a busy calendar but we never saw people out and about like we do at Watermere. It is also comforting to know that right next door, The Landing is available to offer more care if it should become necessary. When we first visited with Debbie, their Residency Counselor, we thought it was too good to be true, but we have not been disappointed. When varies building issues have arisen, the staff and maintenance have been quick to resolve them. We are very happy with our choice of Watermere Frisco!

    I moved in almost 5 years ago and have never lived in an apartment in my life. I love it because it is a community and we have lots to do to improve our health with good classes and plenty of options to do during the day if we chose. The parties we have are wonderful and I have a new group of friends. It was the best move for me and my family loves me being in a secure environment with out a house to worry about.

    We were so impressed with Watermere the first time we walked in the door. The lobby area is so lovely...it felt so warm and accommodating. The people working at the front desk were so friendly. Debbie Niemeyer, residency counselor took us to lunch and showed us around. (She is a Watermere jewel). After answering all our questions we were sold, signed a lease, moved in in June. Watermere offers so much from fitness classes, exercise room, book club, bridge lessons, happy hour twice a week and a monthly theme party, free breakfasts, weekly lunches and dinner twice a week. There is a great chef and a wonderful lunch room staff. We have met so many interesting people who live here and the staff from the front desk, residency counselors, activities directors, etc are always so helpful. We give Watermere 5 stars and plan to live here many years.The Morgans

    We lived in a Frisco Lakes Del Webb community for over 8 years. We loved it but taking care of the home and yard and having to drive to activities became a problem. We started looking for a senior independent living community and investigated several before settling on Watermere. It fit our style and we have all the activities we had at Frisco Lakes, minus the golf course. Watermere is much better organized and planned out; always something to do or some place to go.Watermere provides a bus for residents that cannot or do not want to drive. Our facility is like living in a first-class Marriott, with ballroom , wine bar ,sports lounge, exquisite dinning room, fantastic culinary staff, indoor pool and exercise gym. We can honestly say it is very difficult to find anything we do not like about our life at Watermere. To sum it up , we just signed a new 3-year lease and look forward to a wonderful life with the staff and all our new friends.George and Nancy NatsisFrisco , Texas

    I received an invitation for a event at Watermere at Frisco since I had visited there once before to tour with my parents. We were invited for a lunch meal to see how it would be for my parents to be able to have regular meals everyday. Let me tell you, the staff for the dinning area were so pleasant and accommodating. My parents feel right at home with the service and attention received by our server from start to finish. I would like to give thanks to Mrs. Adrianna for being so kind and caring to us while we visited. Thank you to our tour guide Stephanie and for all information provided.

    I love this place! I arrived nine months after opening day at Watermere wondering how I would spend all 24 hours a day with no house, yard, or business to keep me occupied. I was amazed to find so much to do that l had to make time to see an outside movie or read a book. There are many activities scheduled every day, and very many new people to meet.Everyone has an interesting life story so it is easy to meet a large number of new friends and acquaintences.The facilities are striking and the apartments are spacious and well equiped.I am happy to recommend Watermere.Nelson Forsyth

    My Mom has been at Watermere for 6 months now and she loves it! My Mom is pretty hard to please but the staff at watermere have exceeded hers and my expectations. The staff always calls her by name. There are plenty of activities for my mom to do which include shopping, arts and crafts and a whole lot of other activities that she really enjoys.     I give five stars for Tiaria Jackson & Andreas crowin. The service that you get between these two young ladies are definitely high-end. I was here with a client for a month.. not one time did either one of these young ladies ignored anyone, the work they gave was efficient. I cant talk enough about these young ladies always smiling, always willing to help, we are grateful to have been able to experience such good service from these two ladies. I also would like to add Stephanie definitely could not leave her out one of the med techs, definitely a pleasure to be around. great sense of humor she communicates well with the residence.     This is the finest retirement community in the Dallas area. My wife and I are founders. They have more activity then any other community we have been in. T hey have every service you could want and we loved that they are optional and not mandatory. The other residents are great and I cannot say enough about the management and employees. We also opted for a longer lease when we renewed. Best decision we ever made.

    Wow! Beautiful community. The leadership team here truly cares about the well being of the residents AND their staff. Jon and Corbin lead by example, excellent hands on directors.
