I’ve had a wonderful experience living here, and much of that is due to the fantastic management team! Alex is always profesional, responsive and genuinely cared about the residents. Whenever I’ve had any questions or maintenance requests, they’ve been handled promptly. My concerns are always addressed in a timely manner. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the effort Alex creates for a welcoming and safe environment. It’s clear Alex takes pride in ensuring residents are comfortable and happy here!!

A Wonderful Place to Call Home!I recently moved into Water Ridge and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience so far. From the moment I toured the property, I was impressed with the well-maintained grounds and modern amenities. The leasing staff was friendly and knowledgeable, making the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free.

Living at the property for 2 years now has been great with minor complaints. Thanks to Katherine for always being attentive as well as Alex. We’ve had minor issues with the apartment but it’s always been taken care of. The property is currently undergoing some repairs and upgrades and I’m excited to see these new changes come together. No complaints as of now, but grateful to have somewhere nice to stay.

This is by far the nicest place to live in DFW its so safe that you can walk with your animal and not be bothered its extremely quiet and the office staff will treat you like family and everything in the unit works Its always cozy. Stop by if you need a great place to live.

No one should move here. They can’t even keep people from going to the pool when it is closed and after hours. Kids at the pool playing with soccer balls hit and damaged my car. People drinking leaving trash around other people cars. It just a whole mess over here especially after hours.Update even though I am still moving because of personal reasons I have to say that has been some definite improvements made. Mr. Alex has been so helpful in working with me so that I could take care of my business and listen to my concerns that I did have about living here. Also the improvements to the outside of the apartments are coming along and almost made want to stay because of the decrease in rent. Thank you so again Mr. Alex!!!

Sarah in the leasing office was fantastic and gracious and for the spanish speakers shes bilingual as well! Within 24 hours of stepping into the office we had keys in hand and were ready to move in. As always theres some work you have to put in to get the process completed but this was the least painful process that Ive encountered in years. Thank you Sarah!

This is my first apartment ever and I moved to Dallas from NJ for work. Daniela was an actual angel in the process. She answered my million questions every time I’d email and has been so nice ever since. I have been here for almost 2 weeks now and have not had any problems. I came to look at this apartment because it was the most affordable and closest to the airport. I didn’t think that I would be staying here but after looking at how nice the apartments are and how clean the grounds are there was no more having to think about it. I’m very grateful to Daniela and I’m very happy with my apartment. :) also first month free is a huge plus!!

I have been looking for an awesome apartment home for awhile now and Water Ridge really exceeded my expectations. The staff is great, especially Ms Primes who went the extra mile and answered all my questions to ease all of my concerns. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex. I would also like to show appreciation to The other staff members for helping me feel at home. A True dedication to the Maintenance staff, These guys are always smiling even if the job is hard and time consuming you two always take your time making sure it’s done right!!

Brendon from the maintenance team is awesome he’s always working hard on the pool to keep it clean , he’s very professional and friendly you can always count on him to help you with anything you need, I had a leak in my laundry room and he was able to stop it. I also like that we have a new treadmill and weights in the gym I had a good workout! Thank You ,Water Ridge Team !

Ive been living in front of the back pool for 3 years now and it was always green but ever since Brendon has joined the new maintenance team the pools have been looking clean cant wait to dive in when the open up finally and he always the only one working on it and like i said he always keep it kept up to standard. Very friendly neighbor as well

I DO NOT understand how this community has bad reviews!!First of all, Amanda is a sweetheart my very first apartment and she helped me with everything! She made my application and move in process so easy and amazing! Everyone in the office is amazing they are great people they answer all my annoying questions with such an amazing attitude I could not have picked a better place to call home especially being my first time all by myself! And about maintenance, Obed is such a hard worker. I asked him a couple of questions I had because of course I do not know much about apartments, and he was able to answer them and even help with a couple of tips and tricks that I did not know.The whole crew is just awesome! I totally recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a new home. I can not wait to renew my lease!!!

PLEASE READ FOR NEW TENANTS AND CURRENT TENANTS!!! This is an updated review.Originally my review was at best two stars because of the plethora of issues I’ve been having in the past few months. I won’t get into details just because it’s too much to type but I will say this.After speaking with the Corporate office that owns this complex, the old maintenance team got fire and they replaced them with maintenance workers who actually communicate and work with you. We also found out that the old maintenance team neglected work orders for years! Not days, not months but years. So for all the current tenants and for the possible new ones please be patient with the current maintenance crew. After speaking to them personally, they are having to do an over load of all the maintenance requests that were neglected by the old team. I swear this isn’t a review that they asked me to do. I’m making this review to shed light on this complex. I’ll be honest it wasn’t the best place at first, but keep in mind that this new maintenance team has over 400 units to fix. Now as for the people who work in the office, they still only care about filling up empty units so honestly talking to them about needing to get stuff done won’t be your best option.

I’ve been living here over a year now and the experience hasn’t been excellent but it wasn’t the worst. Amanda the apartment Coordinator has made my living experience more pleasurable than the apartment has. No matter when I call the leasing office she always have a “Can Do” attitude. Her hardwork has not gone unnoticed. Amanda is a very valuable asset to Waterridge and they need to be aware of it.

Definitely the smoothest process I have ever been through! Leslie provided us with all of the information we needed to get started on the application upfront and guided us all the way through from start to finish. We were able to complete the process, have the apartment picked, and have keys in hand in just a matter of a few days. We even received a small move in gift filled with much needed essentials (extremely thankful since all of the items in the gift were ofcourse the items I forgot to pick up at the Walmart right around the corner!). Her professionalism and amazing quality service truly exceeded our expectations which made us very confident in our choice to move in. With the new renovations, pricing, and move in special, you just can’t pass it up. A huge thank you to the team out here for making everything possible and easy, and major shout-out to Leslie for all of the guidance/assistance!Friendly, professional, family. Highly recommend anyone to give them a call or even better- stop by the office!

Please don’t believe what you read about these apartments. Everyone has there own experience and sometimes when people don’t get there way they get mad! This apartment is amazing! The community the lake the ducks! I love Waterridge Apartments! I am from out of state and I couldn’t ask for a better management team! From Demarcus to Darrell to Amanda, you guys are truly amazing. Demarcus has been working with me since I was in Cali and he made this move so at ease. The support they have shown is amazing! If you want to move to Texas check them out first I promise you’ll love 💕 it! Not to mention maintenance!!!! They get the job done in a timely matter. I haven’t experienced no bugs roaches nothing! I also have awesome neighbors and I only been here 6 months! Joy the family you won’t be disappointed!

I have lived here for 2.5 yrs. I like it because the area is secluded and quiet.The office staff has transition a few time. But I have been able to continue to receive professional and courteous service. Only a few minor maintainance issue. Which were addressed and fix. I have yet to have rodent or bug issues. Just renewed for another year.

Update 4/25: I have been complaining to the office for some time about a semi truck that parks in front of my building and rudely takes up 5 parking spots. Today not only was I fed up, but my neighbors were too also claiming that they have been notifying the office for 2 months and the issue has not been addressed. It’s unfortunate that we can’t come home and have a descent parking spot because this guy decides to take the whole lot....what it boils down to is the management office knows about what is going on and they allow WaterRidge to turn into a truck stop!Does anyone like this place? Just read the reviews they are all terrible. I don’t even have to say anything because apparently it’s already been said.

Its been around 2 years since Waterridge changed their management; I did have a bad experience before the new management came, but now its the perfect place to live especially with a family. Sadly we are moving because I have gotten engaged and we are moving closer to our jobs, but we will miss Waterridge for sure. Thank You so much for giving my family and my future husband a good experience. I recommend Waterridge to everyone. Don’t judge their past experiences.Ps. Their maintenance team is amazing!!
