Started my rental journey with Virtu on Azalea end of 2024, and can I just say DYLAN is the truth. From start to finish, the process was welcoming, helpful, and although I knew the moment I walked in I was ready to start with them, Dylan gave the full experience showed me every unit type. (1bed, 2bed, and 3bed) I was satisfied which each unit I saw and pleased with the professionalism I received. Definitely hope to see more neighbors in the complex, all 1 level like WHAT can not get better than that and a bonus for me is the closeness to my workplace -

I have just signed my second lease. I have lived here since May of 2023. The office staff is great, Anytime I need something it is taken care of in a very timely manner. The maintenance staff is also very courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend to anyone to live here. -

I keep seeing a lot of one star reviews but honestly, I had the pleasure of working with Dylan and I can’t say this enough, but I’ve had so much great experience at this place. Dylan is incredibly professional friendly and acknowledgeable from start to finish. Additionally, I was very impressed by how quickly he responded to my questions. Thank you Dylan for an incredible experience! -

I want to live here forever. Great shopping right around the corner, also va medical etc. Great maintenance, can pay rent auto pay, great value, peaceful neighborhood. -

I have just recently moved in but the staff here has been great and most units are brand new. I had a couple maintenance issues but they are taking care of them incredibly quickly and are fixing everything the right way instead of a quick fix just to say it’s done. Compared to other places I have lived in Temple this community is so much better than what I have experienced before. -

Fast efficient kind and Caring office unit is spectacular and feels like a home quite clean and Cindy mercy and Dylan were super helpful friendly and explained everything thoroughly and I understood what I was signing and I am so glad I choose here to call home you won’t be disappointed this place is a must !! -

I haven’t moved in yet, but I will say the leasing staff has been amazing. This is one of the most responsive teams I’ve dealt with thus far. They get really busy but they make time for you when it counts most. Thank you. -

This is 1 of the BEST places Ive lived. The apartments are beautiful and the staff ( office & maintenance) are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Any issues weve had were dealt with IMMEDIATELY. I would wholeheartedly recommend moving here. -

I was able to come in for a tour of this complex & I was really impressed with it. The staff was very accommodating & the amenities are great. I love the little yards & the fact that I don’t have to deal with carpet.The tour I went on was with a redhead, I believe her name was Cara. She was really welcoming & great to work with. Always a relief to have friendly staff in the leasing office. -
