Ive lived here for years and have truly enjoyed my experience. The new management has been exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure residents feel valued and taken care of. The front staff is always welcoming, creating a strong sense of community that makes this place feel like home.I want to personally thank Jabari at the leasing office for his attentiveness and friendly demeanor, as well as the manager, Allie, for her dedication and professionalism. Their efforts have made a real difference in my time here.The community remains vibrant, and I’m grateful to be part of it. Highly recommend!

This property is an excellent place to call home, and a big part of that is thanks to Jabari! He is incredibly attentive, listens to residents’ needs, and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable living experience.The service here is outstanding—maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff is always friendly and responsive. The community is well-kept, welcoming, and feels like a great place to be.If you’re considering this property, working with Jabari is the best decision you can make. They’re so accommodating and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as pleasant as can be. The staff here are so nice and helpful, especially Jabari! He answered all my questions and even shared some of the best restaurants near there. If you’re looking for an unforgettable experience and a new home, make sure you talk to Jabari or any of the staff there, they’re all professionals.

Alex and Hugo were phenomenally fast in responding to my maintenance request. Both were extremely polite, helpful and even followed up the next day to make sure everything was working fine.They had an urgent project but came to assess my problem before & were wonderful communicating timelines. They returned later (same day) to ask if there were any other areas in my apartment needing repair.Even with a full docket they went above and beyond in customer service.And thank you Ashley (management) for always addressing my needs immediately. You and Renita have been fantastic and are greatly appreciated for all you do!

I absolutely love it here 😍😍! The area is just perfect!! Its so pretty, well kept, very clean, nice neighbors, convenient and close to everything!! I can go on and on lol. It really is luxury here, you wont be disappointed. I love the decor, the design, and layout. Its so quiet, they keep up the building, perfect appliances, I feel at home. I love, love the view here, and the amenities are perfect. I couldnt ask for anything better. The gym, club house, business center, pool all perfectly designed. I have yet to check out the roof terrace but I will soon. I recommend this complex to anyone!

I’ve been living here for over a year and have mostly only great things to say!!The staff are all so friendly and helpful, I haven’t met one that wasn’t kind to me. Especially Toni!! 🤍The apartment is extremelyyyy quiet, I forget people are around me sometimes. The rooftop view is a favorite. The pool is fun and lively on the weekends during summertime but otherwise its relaxing and chill.The apartment feels luxurious, not cheap like some finishes at apartments feel. The garage parking is nice and I feel SO safe here!!This is my favorite apartment I’ve lived at☺️

I will be renewing for a second year here at the Virage. The location is perfect near parks, the heights, downtown, and quick access onto I-10. Renita and Ashley in the office were extremely patient and kind with helping me find a unit that checked all my boxes. Hugo from the maintenance team is always friendly and dedicated to get the job done right when it comes to work orders.I have to agree with other reviews that there are areas including the parking garage and some elevator bays that reek. I believe this is due to residents not disposing of their trash properly and irresponsible pet owners, not the staffs ignorance. Ive seen messes in the common trafficked areas be gone the following day. Something else to note is that the gym doesnt have proper large mirrors to check form if that is an amenity with high level of importance to you. The apartment units themselves feel luxurious with high ceilings, ample space, and natural lighting. The closet finishings are my favorite in comparison to other complexes.

My man Hugo may as well be Hugo Boss…dude is the bees knees great personality and super helpful. I’ve lived here 2 years and enjoy it, not many negative things to say at all. Elevators go out on occasion, and there was this wild time where it took like dang near 2 months to get the coffee machine fixed which was whilin’ but other than those small things…excellent apartments good location nice units. Pool gets poppin in the summer which is dope, and you’re right off memorial parkway which is the best road in Houston IMO. All in all, would highly recommend

The location of this property is very convenient with many shopping centers in the area. I have lived here three months and the staff has been amazing! Eryn and the office staff have been very accommodating and helpful. Maintenance comes in a timely manner when I put in a request. I couldnt be more happy with my choice to live here!

I called about a maintenance issue I was having with my dryer. Hugo came the same day to try and fix the problem. Sadly, he needed a part that had to be ordered, and promised that he would have it rushed for me. He went out of his way and checked my other appliances while here to make sure there were no other problems. Very polite and great to talk to!

Ive been living at Virage for a year now and Ive had a wonderful experience. The unit itself is really nice and meet my aesthetics. The tall ceilings make the apartment feel larger. We have a 3bd/3bth with an office. The office is perfect for me to meet with my clients. As far as the community the gym is lacking and need new equipment and those mirrors on the wall need the go. The rooftop is amazing, lounge is nice, and the pool is nice. The office staff is nice and are on point. Maintenance turn around is fast. Overall Ive loved living at Virage.

2023 Update: I haven’t lived at the Virage since 2017 (I moved cities) so read this review with a grain of salt.Ive lived here since the apartments first opened in July of 2014. Ive loved living here so far and think it is absolutely beautiful. The pool is a great area but it often becomes very crowded on the weekends, making it hard to get a lounge because there are sometimes residents with a lot of guests. The office staff are very kind and always happy to see my dog and offer him a treat. Maintenance requests are responded to quickly and efficiently. Recently the elevators have been having some problems and not working all the time, but generally, the building is very well kept and I really enjoy living here. The location is great as well. Its an easy commute to downtown and there is never any traffic. I definitely recommend living here.

I moved in July 2014 when the building was still under construction and over the last year things have definitely improved. I love the amenities -- great pool and awesome sky lounge. The gym has everything I need and yoga and boot camp classes are offered every week; Ive yet to make it to one, but I hope to go someday. My dog loves the Virage. Its a very dog-friendly community. One big improvement that was recently made was the installment of dog waste bins around the property. The grounds are kept clean and are well maintained. Ricky and Teri in the leasing office are great and very helpful. The proximity to the bayou trails is great. We love it here and decided to stay another 12 months!

I lived at Virage for 15 months and my experience there was top-notch from the time I moved-in to after my move-out. The management and staff are all highly professional, friendly, and consistently maintain the property to ensure the residents have the best experience possible. There is a team who work all day to make sure the property is clean, maintenance requests were completed quickly, the lawn was done almost daily, and there was an on-site security guard who stood by the gate and patrolled the hallways at night. VIrage also has storage units you can lease, which isnt always an option at other properties. Visitors can park in the garage, there are 3 elevators on the property and I recall all 3 always being in service. The residents here for the most part are friendly and considerate of each other. The location is great because you are in the middle of downtown, Galleria, Heights, and River Oaks. I would highly recommend Virage if you are looking for an apartment in the loop.

I absolutely loved living at the Virage. The apartment was upscale, clean and quiet. It honestly felt like home. Christian, the Property Manager, was by far an excellent example of who youd want managing the property. Her customer service was beyond amazing and she really cares about the tenants that live at the Virage.

We have been in these apartments for just over 6 months. New apartments with great facilities - gym, pool etc. are top notch. Previous management was beyond average, however since Greystar have taken over, things have improved significantly. We originally got in on discounted rent ~15% to advertised rates, which makes the place reasonably priced, otherwise I would consider it overpriced based on what we have seen elsewhere. Parking is still poorly managed, and is one area where the management could improve if they allocated and enforced resident parking permits.

Current resident since September. Absolutely love living here. Location is great (about 3-5 mile radius from Midtown, Montrose, Heights, Galleria). The amenities in this complex are top notch and the best part (that not many apartment complexes have) is the roof top patio. It is absolutely amazing to go up there at night and enjoy the views / warm weather.Management was great and recently have been taken over by Greystar. We used to have assigned parking spots, which followed no logic whatsoever (ex. I live on the 2nd floor and my assigned spot was on the 1st floor). It become open parking after wards, but residents can still reserve their spots for a fee. Other than that, if there are any maintenance issues, the management is vigilant about getting it fixed. Small issues (like water pressure in shower) were taken care of withing 24-48 hours; bigger issues (had dry wall cracks near window frames) fixed within a week.The pool is good, the gym is small, yet functional. The common areas are absolutely beautiful and since the takeover, the management has started to put together events for residents, which is a great positive towards meeting your neighbors and hopefully making some friends.

I like the apartment and the area. Its pet-friendly and secure. The only problem I have had since moving here is roaches. After requesting pest control a few times, the issue has been resolved, but every now and then, I still spot one or two roaches lurking around. The staff here is responsive and kind. The amenities are nice.

Resident since February 2015, it looks like the perfect residence but unfortunately we got a roof leak in April 2015, we had to wait and complain 4 months to see the repairs done. Thankfully it seems to be definitely fixed. Meanwhile, we can say that the leasing and maintenance teams are professional, nice and responsive. they take care of keeping the residence clean, I appreciate that very much. More, many activities are offered.

Ive lived a more than a few apartments in Houston, and this one hands down is the best apartment complex I have lived in. It is QUIET, the people who live here are respectful of their neighbors, they arent party animals, and for the most part they pick up after their dogs. The complex is gorgeous, and very well kept, and the amenities are really good. Pool is perfect, lots of room, and grills and chairs. The business center has new iMac computers, and a nice espresso machine which is helpful when I run out of keriug cups. They are VERY dog friendly, and have lots of events for the residents, which I think is a nice touch. Doggie happy hours, food trucks every other Wednesday, and snacks for the residents every other Thursday. They have door to door trash pick up 5X a week, and run some pretty good move in specials. The prices are conducive to the neighborhood, and I love to be close to Memorial Park, Starbucks, Dunkin Doughnuts, Black Walnut, and both Snap and a tanning salon. They have a dog park in the back, and lots of room to walk around the premises. Also, a REALLY night added bonus is the rooftop patio. Ive thrown a couple of small get together s there, and my friends love it. We watch football up there, have drinks when the sun goes down, and sit under the stars. Such a great use to space that would normally be visitor parking. Another big plus is the staff, they are SUPER friendly, super knowledgeable, and always willing to help me in any way possible. They are actually happy to work there! So happy I chose the Virage to call home!

I was just visiting... However, the lack of visitor parking is shamefully shy. Warning to future residents... Theres no place for guests to park. The 8 or so spots they have is too small for the number of residents. No parking in the neighborhood complicates it.
