I have lived here at the Villas for a year now and I must say it has been a pleasure living here. Very spacious apartments, and what is even better the refrigerated air, especially during these hot summer months. The manager is a very kind lady. She is attentive to our needs, and is always available through phone or by email. The maintenance is helpful as well. He is very nice and does a great job when fixing things or simply replacing an air filter. The community is very quiet, everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. Like I stated before, its been a pleasure living here, and hope to continue to rent the apartment for the next couple of years.

My son lives here and it seems to be a pretty decent place to live. Its always quiet and there doesnt seem to be any drama or commotion.Which is very comforting for a mother.

As we all know the far east of El Paso is growing fast and I think its a good location being as new businesses are opening near by. Theyre brand new, I believe built in August of 2019. I just moved in and I absolutely love it, the personnel is very attentive to my needs and concerns if any. 3 bdrm units are spacious. Im very pleased with the amenities in the unit, especially the washer and dryer, theyre brand new HE types and leave the load smelling great. Shopping centers near by like Super Target, Marshalls, Best Buy. Close to Golds Gym. Totally recommend it!! ♥️👍
