I couldn’t be happier with my transition to Villas at huffmeister! My last contract was an absolute nightmare however, the staff here has been absolutely incredible especially the manager Shirley. She was so attentive and absolutely went above and beyond with the tour. The two bedroom is spacious and I will definitely be leasing here once my contract expires.This environment is welcoming and well-maintained. I recommend Villas at Huffmeister to anyone looking for a place.

Villas at Huffmeister is the best place to live. I have been here 5 years and have had no major issues. RPM management and our new office staff has been really great with their upkeep and resident issues are handled promptly. The office staff is always friendly and their willingness to offer resident satisfaction is superb. Shirley, the office manager shows in her customer service that she cares for the residents and the property. Maintenance is always prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. Villas at Huffmeister, always has and will always be 5 stars 🌟.

My experience has been quite pleasant. From the time i called and spoke to Ms.Lavendar, she was so Knowledgeable,Helpful and very nice.When i arrived at the property it was very well maintained, and was greeted as soon as i walked in.I asked Ms.Lavender to view the townhome, when we walked in she showed me all around, gave me tips on decorating and schools in the area.This has been the smoothest moving experience I’ve ever had. From raising my children in their own homes for over 25 years to now downsizing to a townhome community. My experience at Villas has been comfortable and surprisingly easy. I thought it would be a struggle not being in my own home, but the townhome has the essence of still being in my own home. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the maintenance crew are punctual, friendly and try to complete all issues thoroughly the first time. Feels great not having to search for contractors.

I recently moved to the Villas at Huffmeister and have been very pleased with the leasing staff, including the manager Shirley. She has asked me regularly how I am settling in and if I need anything.The repairmen are friendly and quickly take care of any issues. They are knowledgeable as well as professional.I really appreciate the upkeep of the landscaping, it only adds to the beautiful design of my villa, which is uniquely designed, spacious and modern.Its quiet, peaceful and feels safe. I can take a walk anytime and feel comfortable. The amenities are great, from the pool to the exercise room.If you are looking for a place to call home, the Villas at Huffmeister welcomes you.My neighbors are friendly and say hi when I see them, Ive even exchanged numbers with one neighbor and we talk or text frequently!

I have lived here a year and a half approximately. Shirley the manager, keeps things running as they should on the property. It looks nice but have many upgrades coming Im told, which is exciting. Security here has been great, maintenance guys always do a good quick job, especially the supervisor. Its dog friendly. Ive been surprisingly happy after other property disappointments.

From the application process to get our keys Kim was the best! She answered all of our questions and concerns and makes sure everything was smooth and correct.The apartment was ready for us a few issues but nothing the maintenance team wasn’t able to complete. My mom and I have lived here since Feb and we absolutely love it. Between the gorgeous apartments, exceptional maintenance staff, and by far the best leasing office out of any apartments Ived lived in, you couldnt ask for much more. Kim in the office really does go above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns and ensure that you are taken care of even after you move in. The complex is so clean and the neighbors are friendly. Anytime we put in a maintenance request in, it is completed by the end of day or next day and even the maintenance men here are so friendly and helpful its truly amazing. Im big on reading the reviews especially on places your considering moving to and that is why I wanted to ensure that I post this for others like me who take the time to do the research of properties and places. This complex has still exceeded what we were looking for and trust me it continues even after your moved in. They make it their job to ensure all of the tenants are happy and safe in their complex!

I have lived here for 3 years. My neighbors are friendly and cordial. Ive only had a couple of maintenance request since Ive been here and they were taken care of quickly. Anytime I have questions or concerns about anything I talk to Kimberly, shes very nice and very knowledgeable about anything within the community. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because with any business theres always room for improvement.

Been living here for about a year and some change. Its a nice quiet community. The office manager is kinda snobby but you want deal with him that much if you do be ready. I will say the light of the office always smiling and will to help is Kimberly. From the day I did my application in last March to now. Kimberly has been a great help, she will do her best to help you, and keep u happy, she has great customer service skills and she is very patient while she is helping you.

Im a current resident of Villas at Huffmeister. I relocated to Houston from out of state for work last year. Kimberly in the leasing office was great helping me through the leasing process long distance, and everything was ready when I arrived in town. I currently lease a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage, with HUGE closets and absolutely love it. I had planned on buying a home when my lease was up, but the deal fell through at the last minute. Again, it was Kimberly to the rescue. I wasnt able to keep my current apartment since it had already been pre-leased, but she got me all set up to move into a different 2 bedroom unit tomorrow. The few minor maintenance issues Ive had were corrected quickly, even the broken A/C that I discovered when I got home one evening just 15 minutes before the office closed. They had the maintenance guy there within the hour. Ive never had any problems with the neighbors, everyone is pretty quite and keeps to themselves. Theres a possibility that Ill have to relocate again for work next year, I hope I am able to find a place as great as the Villas At Huffmeister.

Other than that, I have to brag about how amazing the upkeep is on the landscaping and the buildings entirely. I truly believe I will be here until I purchase my home. My family and I are new to the area and was in need of a change and a great place to live. We can honestly say that Villas at Huffmeister has been just that! We found out about Villas while driving through the area one afternoon and seeing the “for lease” sign. From the day we called and visited the leasing office, we were warmly and professionally greeted and attended to by one of the office staff, Neslie. She is awesome!!! She is friendly, polite, professional and personable!!! She made us feel very comfortable and at home! She was very attentive, honest and helpful with all of our questions and made our move-in an easy process. By far, this has been the best Leasing facility that we have lived in and we highly recommend this community to anyone that is in need of a great place to live! 😁

Was skeptical to move in after reading such terrible ratings but have just about nearly finished my year and a few month lease and although they were a bit pricey, they were very nice. Have the 2 bed 2 car garage apt with 2 available spaces outside the garage making it very convenient as not all units have that accommodation with the same floor plan due to parking lot layout. Any issue that has been brought to the office regarding our apartment, was resolved within a day or two, not sure if the management when they first opened was different but as of 2014-2015 they have been nothing less than nice with us, we are in our mid 20s and have never felt any condescending vibe from them. renewing our lease soon definitely!

With the changes in the property management, the Property Manager, Daniel has contributed to this turn around. Lastly, Assistant Manager, LaVonna has also played a role in my decision to nest a little longer here at the Villas.So, stop on by & schedule a visit. I have been living here for two years and I’ve had a great experience. Any time me or my roomate had an issue that needed taken care of, we’d put in a maintenance request or call the office & it would be resolved within a day. Anything from our a/c having issues to us wanted the hedges near my front door cut to reduce bugs near my door, they took care of it in a timely manner each time. We had an issue with our downstairs neighbor complaining about us walking heavily and noise etc but its only my sister and I living here, no kids so she was being very exaggerative about the noise. She would use a broom to bang on our floor and sometimes disturbed our sleep. After months of complaints from both her and us, the manager set up a meeting with us and our downstairs neighbor and we were able to talk and get things resolved and she never bothered us again. The swimming pool is great and always clean. There is never any loud noises or music. Its a very quiet community. I love living here. The apartments are very spacious. Definitely worth the costs.

I enjoy the quietness and neatness of the property. The staff are nice, and although the office can be a little busy, they are good at returning emails and calls. To accomplish many things, you have to be patient and persistent. The staff are human too, so people should keep that in mind when putting in request. Communication is key, and they staff are great communicators. Neslie Ervin personally has been a big help to me and my daughter since day one.

I shouldve posted this sooner, since I usually check reviews before moving in. Ive lived here for the past two years and the Villas at Huffmeister have not disappointed one bit. Maintenance has taken care of any requests promptly. Leasing staff are always friendly and ready to help even when they are new employees. I love the layout of my one bedroom, nice walk in closet and spacious garage. The fact that they are a small community is incredible, you dont get the influx of cars coming in and out. Most importantly, Ive always felt safe. Ive jogged around the complex with no worries. Ive even walked to the Pho&More place acrosd the street safely.The only complaint you may see is the side access gate being broken.The apts do their best to repair it and someone keeps jamming it. Either way, still 5 out of 5 for me.

I have lived here for 4 months and besides the normal disturbances one would expect from living in an apartment complex, everything has been pleasant. Ive put in about 10 maintenance requests (for minor jobs) and each one was attended to in a timely manner. Our apartment has been well maintained and have seen NO signs of bugs/rodents of any kind. The landscaping company is onsite regularly to ensure the upkeep of the grounds and the staff has always been helpful. Alicia was a pleasure to work with while leasing and Amanda has always been available to address any issues Ive had. I would (and have) referred family and friends to VAH.

AC went out at 9:30 pm called to let maintenance know.. temp got up to 80 .. I was a little worried considering how late it was but Hector came and fixed the AC in 10 min.. Best maintenance EVER.. since I been here now a year only put 3 request in and they come the next day but tonight they came the SAME day. Considering the Houston HEAT .,Kim and Lavon are also one of the best very attentive and prompt and very professional. Thanks !!!

Nichole here...great community. Staff is always helpful. Kimberly is typically my go to person for anything. She always takes care of any requests I have right away!Only thing I can say, is my vehicle was broken into as soon as summer started this year and my other vehicle was rummaged through when I first moved in. Only money and cologne was taken out this last time. My fault for leaving that stuff in there. I can chalk that up to kiddos with time on their hands late at night. Maybe a patrol officer, or neighborhood watch would be helpful, or time restrictions on how late minors can be out walking the property.

After viewing seven apartments on 3/13/21 this place stands above the rest, the setting and environment is honestly breath taking my wife and I both fifty so we set I our ways but this we immediately gravitated to but unfortunately at this time we didn’t get approved which was very heart breaking especially since we are hard working middle age but it is what it is, Kimberly in the office alone is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Worthy by herself, I strongly advise anyone reading this to consider this place, and I’m picky as hell.... lol.... this is definitely the best place I visited gotta be honest, even if I can’t live there at the moment... 😞

We absolutely love our apartment! The layout and garage is a huge bonus to make living here more enjoyable, any time we have an issue maintenance is super quick to come by and fix it and even go out of their way to check ac filters and leave a detailed description of what was fixed, the office staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and very understanding when it comes to any issues. Our neighbors are respectful and friendly when we see them so thats a plus as well. The office always has a resident event for any holidays or just because which give the community a more homey atmosphere. We would definitely recommend this apt complex to anyone wanting a quiet atmosphere and friendly environment.

I love this place. The apartment is spacious, with good solar lighting due to the number of windows. I like the location to access expressways and it has a convenient environment. The staff is super attentive and willing to help solve any problem. The maintenance staff is respectful, courteous and attentive as needed. For parking I have always gotten a position close to the suitable one, this indicates that they made a good calculation to maintain a balance between positions-residents.
