Moving to this apartment community has been beyond safe and great for my family. Maintenance, front office administration and the management are fast acting on any issue. The community events held by the front office are fun. The pool is one of my favorite places to be at.

This community is an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. Everything is so beautiful that I feel like I am at a resort. The office staff is extremely accommodating and friendly also. It could not be better located and is amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools. It offers amenities that most communities do not. My dog loves it as well.

My husband and I moved here in July and it has been great since the move. The staff is pleasant, maintenance comes with urgency if and when there is an issue, and the apartment complex is well kept. We are enjoying our new home and glad we made the choice to come to Victory North.

Great location and beautiful apartments!! Move in process was definitely the easiest I’ve ever had. Miranda was incredibly helpful, nice, and professional! Nothing but good experiences with the maintenance as well.Great access to i45 and lots of restaurants and stores in the area. Only about 10 minutes from Buccees. Definitely a child friendly environment. Couldn’t ask for a better complex for my 9 month old to grow up in. Highly recommend!

Wow I can’t believe the apartments we have here! Miranda at the office was so nice and smart at her job. Showed us around and have made us had a safe feeling of moving around this town!! Two months of my family living here and I’m always welcomed and greeted outside in the morning! Maintenance does the best as I can see while our apartment looks so nice!!! Can’t stay anywhere else!

I came to League City as an out-of-state intern, fresh out of college. The staff here made such a large and stressful transition, seamless. They were (and still are) very transparent with me as a resident. Their patience and assistance while I navigated uncertainty about extending my lease, post-internship and pre-workforce, showed me their sincere commitment to its residents. Thank you Camice, Erica and Miranda! Your compassion is what sets your team (and Victory North) apart.This is not the first time the staff has gone above and beyond for me. Charles has also been an immense help throughout my time here. He is a very kind and responsive maintenance guy. Apart from being extremely reliable, he is very approachable!Alternative positives:No issues with noise, beautiful (and clean) pool, available parking, clean complex and safe area.

This is the second time my husband and I have rented an apartment at Victory North. We looked at other places when my husband’s job brought us back to Texas and we chose Victory North again for the location and accommodations.The staff has been so kind and helpful throughout the entire process, and has gone above and beyond to make us comfortable in our new apartment. Erika especially has been amazing and we appreciate the time she took with us to ensure all our needs were met. We also had a few maintenance requests that we needed to put in and the team took care of everything very quickly. I would highly recommend renting at Victory North!

The Victory North apartments are in a great location with easy access to I-45 and a variety of stores and restaurants.Move in was easy and the apartment/facilities are clean. The property management staff have been friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Any needed maintenance work has been done promptly and professionally. Valet trash pickup 5 days a night has also been a huge plus. It’s a dog friendly complex with many dogs and a dog park situated in the center of the all of the apartments.

Love, Love, Love this property! I have lived here for 3 years and it has been perfect for me. The apartments are newly updated and beautiful! The management team has always been kind and quick to respond. Maintenance is great, they are polite and respectful and always do a a great job. It is a clean property with wonderful amenities. (Nice BIG pool area!) You wont regret taking a look.

I’ve lived at several apartment complex’s & due to life changes I had to move out! Victory north was by far the hardest one to leave, but I will 100% be back! The staff including maintenance workers are top tier & are always so helpful & communicative! I also lived alone through the ages of 21-25 years old here & never felt safer!! After moving out, they refunded me my entire deposit, which a lot of complexes don’t do! I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else but here to live :)

When I was trying to find a place, I can assure that no other place was as welcoming as here. Anthony was the person I saw first in the office and patiently spent a lot of time to answer my questions. Not only him, but also every other people in the office are amazing and sincerely nice.The complex itself is very young and thriving. I love my apartment. Great neighbors, quiet, beautiful area, huge and well-equipped swimming pool, multiple BBQs, Billiards, and lots of other astonishing amenities are just to name a few. The recently-renewed gym is absolutely extraordinary for a complex; never seen anything like this, as equipped and huge as a gym outside.I have everything I need in the vicinity. Walmart 0.5 mile, Kroger 1 mile, least expensive gas station literally 0.2 mile, restaurants, outlet mall, fun events, and ALL YOU CAN IMAGINE within 3-4 miles max.The images in the website are real and you can rely on it. This is only a nice view from my balcony.I would choose this place again and again in a heart beat with no hesitation.

Beautiful complex with lots of amenities. Leasing staff was very friendly and informative. We walked the grounds and visited a 3 bedroom. Large, open concept kitchen with a large island good for adding 4 counter height chairs! Granite countertops and good sized bedrooms. It seemed quiet. Balconies are small. I liked it!

The office staff is always so nice and helpful and the maintenance team is very quick and friendly. They always keep the property very clean and it always feels very safe. Amazing amenities like the pool and gym etc. Definitely recommend Victory North!

Update from my last review: I’m thoroughly enjoying my stay here at Victory North apartments. Assistant Manager for maintenance has taken care of everything so quickly and is extremely nice individual. Tory the property manager listens to all concerns and quickly resolved them. I feel extremely safe at all times of the night. They have the BEST apartment gym you could ask for with a sauna. Super pet friendly place with dog park and kids park next to it.

We really like living here. The office staff is very friendly. The groundskeeping and maintenance staff are amazing. They are super responsive, professional and helpful. Some tenants don’t follow the rules like not cleaning up after their dogs or themselves, but the staff works extra hard to make this a nice place to live. I dont want to speak too soon but I love it here! I moved in around October and I havent had any complaints. The office staff is always super nice and ready to help, especially Serena for answering all my questions and Alex who helped me through the process of getting the apartment! The property itself is nice and always well kept. The community is friendly and its pretty quiet around here, there are kids that play outside after school but they all seem respectful and innocent. I definitely am satisfied with my choice!

This has been my favorite complex by far and Ive lived in several in the area. The staff has been accommodating no matter what has been needed. Lindsay in the office has always worked hard to make sure I’m covered and Charles the groundskeeper is always ready with a smile and a kind word, he is awesome. The amenities are way above grade from other places. There is also a pretty tight knit community of people here that are professionals, friendly, and watch out for each other; all you have to do is reach out to someone here and introduce yourself. I see the parking reviews but thats what happens when a large community of people live in one place. They could assign parking but then there would be the issue of distance to apartment, so there is no perfect answer.

Victory North is an incredible place to live! My boyfriend and I have spent over a year here now and were super excited to resign. The staff is sweet and knowledgeable, maintenance team is fast in fixing anything we request (i.e. light bulb change), and the property is beautiful. There is plenty of visitor parking for our guests when we host for dinner and we love showing off the volleyball court + fun pool! Highly recommend!

This apartment complex was our first choice out of all the ones in the area. The maintenance team (Mr. Rob, Kevin, and I believe Alfred/Alfredo) have been one of the best parts about living here. They come promptly when requested and respect your space by cleaning after themselves when they are done, even taking off their shoes when remembering my preference made in the notes. They even update me in passing when waiting on certain parts to come in in order to complete a job. No apartments are perfect and all have their share of maintenance issues that are bound to happen, but this team definitely stays on top of it! Thank you!

Weve been here 8 months now.So far, were happy here. The ladies at the front office are very kind and helpful. (They remember your names, which is amazing )Particularly the orange haird woman. ( I cant remember her name sadly ) but she is amazing!The dog park is a plus.There are issues everywhere you go, thats life.Its how issues ( big or small) are handled that makes a place worth it in my opinion.Only minor things would be emails may take a bit to reply.But the ladies at the office are very nice, so I just go ask in person.Gate has some issues every so often.Moving in was a bit of a mess, some mix ups, and had to reach out about some things. However, like I said above, the orange haired lady (lol) was super kind and apologetic, she explained she had 8 or so move ins In 5 days. ( we could tell she was super busy and a little stressed ) but she had no anger, no rudeness, things happen, she was very kind and professional about it.The way she handled our concerns made us drop all the worries about them. Theres not a lot of places that have someone like her.Price is a tad high, Id say, but sadly, everything is expensive right now.Safe to say, we are very happy here.As long as our rent doesnt increase, we will happily renew our lease and stay another year easily.We also have a very old neighbor couple, and they are the best! Lol

This was my very first apartment and I couldnt be happier. When I was apartment shopping, I looked at over 10 places in this area. I kept coming back to Victory North, because the other places were also nice but the staff werent always polite and the expenses for some of those places were just crazy. Victory North has everything I have every wanted in an apartment complex (especially the huge dog park and pool). Joe is apart of the maintenance staff and came within 5 minutes of me calling for assistance after hours. They are very quick to respond if you have any problems. Anthony and Kimberly work the front desk and are always so polite and ready to answer any questions or concerns you have for them. If parking is starting to bother you just go talk to the staff in the lobby and they will work something out for you. The landscaping is always well kept and they take control when it comes to dog poop being left behind. If I could rate this higher than 5 stars I would.

The reviews below recently do not follow my experience here. We have lived here from October 2019-present.The staff is professional and caring. They honestly do want the residents to feel comfortable in this community.Victory North’s property is kept up and they seem to invest in upkeep such as power washing, new paint, added amenities, etc.Parking in building 3 and 4 is never an issue. If you get home at 2am it’s still not an issue but you might have to drive around a little longer to look for a spot, but there are spots for residents.This is a VERY dog friendly community so keep that in mind when looking to move here.We have had several situations such as our dishwasher not working, light bulbs being out, and our fridge not working and they were all fixed in a timely and professional manner. In regards to the previous comments I would like to make it clear that if you have a problem—SPEAK TO THEM. Most of the staff does not live on site so please speak up if you notice something that needs correcting. I am not one to complain but every single time that I have mentioned things to them they have been corrected very quick or the staff communicates when they will be fixed soon.The gates have been broken only twice in the year we have lived here. Once was due to a fire truck coming in to extinguish an apartment fire and the other time was due to a major storm. They were fixed as fast as they could.The only complaints I have are1. people do not pick up dog feces. Although the apartments say you will be fined for not picking up after your dog, there is no way for them to track what apartment is repeatedly doing this.2. Amenities were closed for months due to the COVID pandemic and we didn’t receive a rent discount3. The sprinklers go off way too much in the winter months which cause a lot of mud throughout the propertyThis was a great place to live for our lease! We were pretty happy with our choice to rent with Victory North!

Quiet and well kept community! We havent had a problem with noise other than the usual children above us which comes with the territory of not living on top floor so its fine with me. The grounds are kept clean constantly. Maintenance is quick and efficient. Amenities are perfect for an entire family with park, bark park, heated pool, hammocks by the pool for night time stargazing, and what the kids call the “sandpit”. I love living so close to EVERY store you can think of without the feeling of the hustle and bustle of living in a city. Highly recommend and will be renewing our lease.

The staff is friendly, beautiful property in a great location, property is clean, well maintained, and small enough to feel like a neighborhood rather than a giant apartment complex (only four buildings). The amenities are what sold me. Im moving from a house Ive been in for 25 years, so the in unit washer and dryer, huge closets, and hardwood floors, and custom light fixtures make it feel like a home. My only complaint is that I made an appointment with the leasing office to tour the property, and still had a long wait when I got there because they were taking walk-ins while people with appointments waited. Application and leasing process was done entirely online, and couldnt have been easier or more convenient. I would recommend working with Kenesia.

Every since I moved in, the staff and others who live here have made me feel very welcomed. Krysden and Brandy Ross did a great job helping me with the move in process, it was really easy and quick. Everyone is very kind here and as for the staff, they make it fun to walk into the front office whether it’s to get a drink, go to the gym or get a package. I will always recommend this place to anyone looking for a home.

I have lived here for a year and have recently decided to renew my lease here. I have visited most of the apartments in the area and lived at one prior to this one. This is the best complex in the area and is next to everything as far as shopping food and the highway. The rooms here are up to date and have real granite countertops along with updated appliances. Maintenance happens quickly and with in 24hr of you requesting it. The office staff is wonderful here Anthony, Kimberly, Alexandria and Brian are always willing to help or just lend an ear to anything you need. The friendliness of the staff is the main reason for us choosing this apartment as a place to stay for the next 3 years. The pool is wonderful during the summer and spring and the office always try’s to have different events to help you meet your neighbors. Joe the maintenance man has come to fix a couple of minor issues that are just standard maintenance issues. He always fixes them quickly and it’s never an issue afterwards. Overall living here has been the best thing about league city to me and my family.

This place is a dream. It’s tucked away from the main areas so it’s quiet but close enough that everything is 5 minutes away. Lindsay & Kendall have been so wonderful and patient with all my inquiries. My favorite feature is the resort style pool. It’s huge, beautiful, and peaceful. Perfect for families, college students, and anyone’s living style/situation.

Living at Victory North had been very pleasant! All the staff and maintenance are always helpful and quick to take care of any issues you may have. Its always nice to run into Charles. He is so friendly and always ask how Im doing and if there is anything he can help me with.

I have had the best experience here! Anytime I have had any maintenance issue, it’s always fixed almost immediately! I made a request online today and Rafael came within the hour! I just needed a few minor things done and he got here quickly and was in and out so fast.

We had a smooth move-in and have been very happy! The office staff is professional and the maintenance staff response time is great! Another plus, they have fun events for the family (movie night, game night, etc.).

My wife and I just moved here this past weekend and they could not have made it more welcoming, Brandi was awesome and helped explain everything before moving in, the move was perfect we had 1 matinence issue and it was resolved so smoothly quickly. The place is very very nice, clean, and just has that home feel. This place is great!

I have absolutely loved living here and Im sad that Im leaving (even though I should be happy because Im getting a house!). This place is worth the rent. Location is great, staff are friendly and get things done for you right away. Parking is okay, could be better. But the common areas are awesome too!!

Parking does fill up quickly and there isnt always a space near my unit but a little walk is never a bad thing.I have no issues with noise or loud neighbors. Office staff has been amazing over the last year!

If you are looking for a quiet peaceful place, this is the place for you. Everyone is so friendly and professional here, I’ve been here for a year and haven’t had any problems. Maintenance is always so quick with anything that needs to be fix, management is very responsive and always willing to help. Do yourself a favor and stop by and talk to Cori or Lindsey.

Very Friendly Staff. I came to see the property and the apartment at least 3 times already and they helped me out with out any questions. The place needs a gate on the front two buildings on the front sides so that it may be a proper gated community. I am going again a 4th time to check it out and do paperwork and i know they will help me out and not have a problem with it.
