I have lived at the Vickery Grove community for 5 years. During my tenure year Kyla has been the most efficient and productive property manager yet. Vickery Grove has improved since she has been here and this has made me decide to Renew my lease for an additional 18 months. I would recommend living here 10/10

This is the perfect place I could have ever chosen to live at! The location is great for getting to and from any place that you might need. This little community of like 90 homes is tucked away from the big aspect of the city. It is managed by a company that manages apartment communities and has EVERYTHING you want in a rental home. Speaking of managers, Kyla is by the far the best property manager I have had in my 20 years of renting!

Been living here for about 5 years now and have had no issues. This is the first place that I have lived in that was as helpful anytime I needed anything. From maintenance to the office staff all around great service. I have had 2 or 3 maintenance requests in the last 5 years and all met with prompt quality and friendly service. When I had a question about my lease McKenna was absolutely helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. I will recommend this community to anyone. Thanks to the Vickery Grove team.

David, ive been meaning to leave you the praise for making our experience making our moving more easier and accommodating. Just one thing that I do have to say is TO WHOEVER TOOK MY PRIDE FLAG.!? that is called stealing and I dare you to try it again because I’m getting bigger ones put up! My girlfriend and I are moving to San Antonio from out of state. We had spent several months searching for a house to no avail. Every time we found a home we liked, something would go wrong. Houses were either not pet friendly, or quickly become unavailable. We also seemed to have difficulty getting call backs from leasing agents, but even when we did, most seemed too busy to help us. We were almost at the point where we had lost hope when we saw an ad for Vickery Grove. At first it seemed too good to be true. I assumed my experience with them would be similar to other property managers, but I am happy to say that I couldn’t have been more wrong.I requested more information from the site at around 9pm, and the very next morning I had a reply in my inbox. The unit I wanted was listed as unavailable online, but the manager Vivian (more to come on her) was able to find the unit I wanted, which just so happened to be situated in probably one of the best locations within the community. By the end of the day I had my lease signed and the unit secured.The manager Vivian has been beyond helpful throughout the whole process. During the lease signing process, I must have called her five different times with questions, and she was always patient and helpful. After signing the lease, I asked for pictures of the property. Within 20 minutes Vivian took and sent me brand new pictures! Since then, I have asked several random questions about the property and the surrounding area and she has always answered everything quickly and thoroughly. She has made this process incredibly smooth.I highly recommend Vickery Groves to anyone moving to the San Antonio area!

My husband and I have been living here almost 3 years & we have never lived in a complex more caring and quick on requests! Keter and McKenna (old leasing manager) are always above and beyond with any issues we experienced over the past years. Juan is 100% the best maintenance guy to have on the property. I fully recommend this complex & trust you’ll be in good hands!

First off, I want to say that I toured the property last week and it was gorgeous. The floor plans were spacious and the homes had way more curb appeal than I originally expected. The manager was super knowledgeable and followed up with me the next day. Hopefully they get some availability in time for my move! 😁

I loved living at the Villages at Vickery Grove! It was really nice to have all of the amenities of an apartment but be in the privacy of a home. The leasing staff is great and Greystar is one of the best management companies around, they really make sure they keep up on their property. The only reason why I left was because it was time for me to buy a house. One awesome thing I learned while buying a house is that renting here could help position you to buy a house because they have that program to put your on-time rent payments on your credit and also since the rent is close to the price of a mortgage, mortgage companies will see this as good and that you would be less likely to experience income shock. I fully recommend this community. Even though I love my new house, the community feeling the managers provided added a little something special to living here.

My wife and I have lived here since January 2, 2017, we love it here, we moved from Iowa and the staff made the application process really smooth doing this by phone, email and text from Iowa. Once we moved in, staff made us feel as family, and they still do today! They make it a point if we are outside, and they come by on the golf cart, they smile, waive or just shoot the bull for a bit! Complex is clean very pretty and well maintained from the grass, to if you have a maintenance issue, pool and fitness center... High five to the staff, you rock!

Been with Vickery Grove community for over 2.5 years and have had a great experience working with the staff at Vickery Grove, they have been responsive and professional. These apartment homes are uniquely laid out as individual homes with garage parking and a fenced in yard. Highly recommend for those relocating to the city and looking for a true home away from home.

We’ve been here for about 5 years and love the home itself. There has been management changes during this time. Some good and some bad unfortunately. However, Juan has done a great job making sure the homes are well maintained.

We recently moved in to this community and I had an accident and had some pretty intense surgeries and when we came home after being in the hospital the tankless hot water heater stopped working . I just want to give Erica the manager and Juan the maintenance tech a great big thanks for their quick response. They called the plumber and they could not make it out that day due to being late in the day and Erica reached out to my wife and asked if we wanted she could allow us to use the shower facilities of a vacant property close by. I was very impressed of how quickly she was willing to assist. And Juan was on top the next morning and got the plumber out and they resolved that they would have to order parts and that it would take a few days and Juan asked how long long to replace and they said that they could replace same day. So, Juan and Erica discussed and approved getting replaced and thank goodness we had Hot Water again within 24 hours . Erica and Juan thank you so much for responding and solving our issue so quickly.Sincerely,Richard Ainsworth

Since I’ve moved in over here my experience has been amazing. The office staff Keter and McKenna are always so helpful. Anytime I’ve had questions they are quick to answer. The move in process was super easy they explained everything step by step. The houses and yards are very well kept. It’s a very peaceful community

My wife and I were looking to relocate to San Antonio for work and found Vickery Grove. We loved the community and Erica was so helpful and professional. We ended up not moving to the area but if the opportunity presents itself again, we will definitely have Vickery Grove at the top of our list. Anyone looking for a home in the area should check it out.

This seems to be a great community. When I went the property manager was out but the lady filling in was very nice very thorough in her explanation and description of the property and the home I looked at. Though it was $2,300 a month it was gorgeous!

My personal experience was very pleasant with the staff and maintenance personnel. I will recommend the living experience, I feel safe, I knew my neighbors and my children were safe with the gated community and cameras for security.
