I visited The Vibe recently and I was impressed with the state of the community. It was a beautiful experience, and I am seriously considering moving into one of their apartments this summer. The leasing agent at the front desk, Matthew, was very kind and helpful.

I’ve lived here for about a year, easy move in process. I have had literally no issues other than they were doing maintenance on an elevator but it was resolved fairly quickly. Maintenance is quick and friendly. Avery is top tier and always willing to help with a smile! It’s an “midrise” complex that is within reach of everything but far enough where everyone is pretty much quiet and to themselves.

Avery was helpful and made the entire online process moving from LA to Houston a breeze. He even gave us a tour via FaceTime making us feel even more comfortable with the decision to move into the Vibe Med Center. The property is modern and the amenities are exceptional. I recently moved here and I am in LOVE! Being a young college student safety was a #1 for me and my needs were met! The staff is prompt and kind and go above and beyond to make sure all residents are happy and comfortable! They are always open to answer questions and they respond so fast! Kelli has made my experience perfect, she is very communicative and helpful. The property is beautiful with so many great amenities and a concierge service (trash pickup as well). Parking has never been an issue, the community is gated and has cameras as well as security when dark which keeps away car break ins that Houston is known for. There are lockers for mail and a fridge for food deliveries as well. Living here is so convenient and I KNOW I will sign my lease with Kelly as soon as it’s up.

I’ve been living here for 5 months, and my experience living here has been positive. The apartment itself is very spacious and modern! The grounds are also aesthetically pleasing and well maintained. The ladies in the leasing office are all very kind and helpful. We have had a few criminal activities happening, but the leasing employees always keep us informed. We live in Houston, so it’s expected. I also love the ease of letting visitors into the apartment. (Everything is done with a mobile phone). I would definitely recommend living here. I even recommended a friend of mine to live here as well! I’ll probably renew my lease next year if they keep it up!

Over the course of a year, Ive enjoyed my stay here at Virtuo Med Center. Kelli and Linda were very nice and respectful in the onboarding process when I first came to this apartment and I greatly appreciate that! Abigail and Cynthia were extremely helpful when I had general questions about the amenities, my packages, and any of my troubles. Thanks you guys for that :)The only issue that I have was in the beginning of my stay here, where the fire alarm was going off constantly. Though I completely understand what had to be done because at the time, construction was still on-going and the management did warn us that this would be an issue. There wasnt any issue with the fire alarm anymore after a couple of months later, which was great. I had no bug issues since I can in the apartment, which kept my sanity checked.I dont know why this place would get bad reviews, but just compare the ratio of satisfied residents compared to unsatisfied residents. At least the management team tries to respond back to those people who had a bad experience. The only ones being unprofessional are the ones who leave them hanging without giving them a chance to help out. I guess not everyone can be satisfied these days ¯\_(ツ)_/¯Im an introvert, but I can definitely see that this place has a nice community built around it. They have awesome amenities like the pool, gym, lounge, and many more. I would definitely recommend this place if you want to relax, enjoy a clean environment, and chat with your fellow residents. They always have cool events that I wish I had time for, but I had to prioritize my studies over everything else :(If theres anything I would add, make use of their services that they provide that comes with your rent experience!-Tony

I have been living here for almost a year and Virtuo Med Center was my first ever complex in TX. I got so lucky to find this complex while it was under construction. I remember when I first saw the photos of the apartment and I was like ohlalala, yes, I love it. Furthermore, everything has been great and smooth. The staffs has been super helpful & amazing. Also, if you have any problem or questions, feel free to contact them and they will do their best to help you. The complex is still new and it has been improved a lot ever since they established and it is still improving. Lastly, I am grateful for everything and being part of Virtuo Med Family. My husband and I moved into Virtuo a couple of months ago and we have nothing but good things to say about the property.The location is central, very close to the medical center which is a great plus if you’re a healthcare worker and want to avoid the commute. The apartments are spacious , pet friendly and well designed.The property is well maintained and staff members work round the clock to keep it spotless.The community manager Kelli, along with Linda, Abigail and Cynthia have been extremely warm and helpful throughout our stay here. From the pre move-in formalities to our day-to-day needs, they’ve all been very responsive to our needs and have gone out of their way to help us.I would recommend Virtuo to anybody in a heartbeat! Keep up the great work guys 😍

Ive been living here for about 3 months now and I cant recommend it more. Youll see reviews about mold (I dont know how thats possible, its as new as it gets) and bad management, but that is far from the truth. Kelli and Linda have been extremely helpful at all points in my move and me living here, the apartments are a good price for what you are getting, and there are amenities galore. Plus, they leave Valentines Day cards on your door!Overall, its been a great place to live, an easy 5 star review.

I’ve been very pleased with my experience at Virtuo Med Center so far. On move-in day, I unfortunately was placed in a unit that I was not expecting, but once Cynthia realized I was unsatisfied, she and the rest of the staff made every effort to assist (even going as far as to walk every unit available on the 4th floor and letting me pick which unit best suited my needs). Communication has been excellent and I’m very impressed the staff know me and my dogs by name!! Location is great and less than 8 minute commute to MD Anderson. The coffee machine makes great lattes! This property is still under construction as of today, however management has been very transparent on the process and I haven’t had any problems with noise or construction thus far. I would recommend this complex to my colleagues and friends.

Thoroughly enjoyed my time at Virtuo! The pros outweigh the cons for sure. I loved the community engagement events, maintenance is typically timely in their responses, and the complex is fairly clean. Vehicle vandalism is unfortunately an issue but living off of OST, it is to be expected. Considering the area, the owners should have put further consideration into security outside of a lazy contracted security guard.The fire alarms is an issue pretty inconsistently, there was collectively 7 days out of the year Ive lived here that the fire alarms went off without notice. The power does go out pretty often during storms, and you are effectively stuck either inside or outside your apartment. The gates will automatically open, but unfortunately once you leave the building you cannot get back in.

Moved in here April 8th (Christofer Peralta). The application process was seamless and easy. Linda was in full communication with me and Kelli was very friendly/informative. Move in day was also pleasant, found my apartment to be clean with everything intact. I had a few questions after move in and they were ready with the answer nice and quick ( on a weekend too). I see this being a wonderful living situation as that’s all I’ve experience so far.I have no idea how this place got any negative reviews.I will update this after I’ve lived out here for a month or so :).

The apartments are 5 star luxury like a hotel with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and the amenities are out of this world! Pristine & beautiful apartment complex. Everything is modern and spacious. I love it! It has great amenities like, in unit washer & dryer (my favorite), balcony, eco-friendly flooring, stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite counters. Also, there are community amenities! 24 hour fitness (also my favorite), coffee bar with free wifi, private gaming room, concierge services, beautiful pool, and etc.! Moreover, You are 10 minutes away from downtown of Houston and there are a lot entertainment, food to eat and shopping places around which is awesome! Overall, I’m so pleased with everything thanks to Kelli & Linda and everyone!
