Vera Cedar Park is a great option for those looking for a modern and stylish apartment in Cedar Park. The apartments are very well-built and well-maintained, and the community offers a number of amenities for residents to enjoy - business lounges, pool area, gym and cardio, kitchen, private dining, sports and clubbing, mail boxes, and many more.The rooms are very spacious and well-appointed. The community is clean and well-maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to shopping, dining, and entertainment, all at a very walkable distance. Additionally, with all the digital tools at hand, it’s very easy to do hassle free payments or raising service requests.I have been living here for 4 months now and it has been an amazing experience. Chris and Sam are literally always on their toes for making your stay an exceptional one. They are an amazing host for the community events. The other residents are very friendly and polite. It’s an amazing community to stay.

I came in today as a long shot, assuming the office would be closed due to the weather. To my luck, I was greeted by an employee named Chris. He was so nice to give me a tour even on a snow day like this! I loved these apartments and the location surrounding the apartment is very nice. They are definitely in my top choices if I move to this area.

I had the opportunity to take a tour of some apartments with Christopher Rice, and the experience was excellent. From the beginning, Christopher showed great professionalism and knowledge about the place, providing detailed information and answering all my questions with patience and kindness.One of the things I appreciated the most was the Spanish-speaking service that Christopher provided. His willingness to explain everything in my language made the tour much more enjoyable and easier to understand.

Happy to be a resident here! To start off the leasing team was amazing and made the whole process so easy and pleasant. The property is beautiful and has great amenities. My unit is perfect and has a gorgeous view. The location is also great, within a 2-5 minute drive from everything you could need.

I visited Vera Cedar Park this weekend and was able to have a walk-in tour led by their agent Chris. The only reason I wasn’t able to move forward with this community is simply distance to work. Otherwise, this place checks off every other box and more! Definitely keeping this place in mind for the future!

The team are superstars!As for the property and apartment, they’ve exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The staff here at Vera are wonderful! My boyfriend and I only been here a few months now and no complaints! Chris, Sam and Sairah made us feel so welcome! Any small concerns we bring up were addressed very quickly and professionally. Love attending all the community events! The events are so much fun and gives us a chance to get to know them and the community! Loving living here at Vera, our new home.

The leasing agent Chris was extremely helpful answering all of our questions and was so positive and upbeat I loved our experience here at Vera.

Been living here roughly 4 months and have absolutely loved it so far. Zero complaints and staff is super responsive and really good about keeping everything clean.My car battery died one day in the parking garage and I went down to the front office to see if I could get help and Sairah went out of her way to help me out. Highly recommend living here!

Vera cedar park has been the fist place I’ve lived in that has felt like a community. The neighbors are kind and caring and the staff goes above and beyond for their residents. As someone who has been here long enough to watch managerial supervisors come and go Sam and Chris have done an outstanding job doing their best in trying to manage and take care of everything that is under their control. Not to mention how amazing they are with the pets. My dog along with many other pups in the community, loves to stop by to say hi and for a daily treat.

We highly recommend this apartment for anyone seeking luxury living. The high-quality appliances and top-notch amenities provide a truly comfortable and upscale experience. Weve been here for nearly 5 months, and its been wonderful. The leasing team, especially Chris, has been outstanding. He has helped us numerous times, making the leasing process smooth and easy.

We just moved in , and I need to tell that stuff is great and helpful.Maintenance team is also very nice (we had a small problem with microwave, but they solved it in seconds)And my biggest Thanks are for Christopher Rice 😊He’s been so great and supportive, he was doing more than just a job , he was really interested in helping us to moved in and in our „rushing case „he was in contact with us all the time until we got our keys 🔑Apartment by itself looks very good , the amenities is more than enough and style of the building inside and outside is something what you will like for sure !

We initially toured a few months ago with Chris and were blown away with what we saw. After touring maybe 10 other new properties, Vera was the clear winner. We signed a lease for a unit that hadnt been built yet since we were so confident its where we wanted to live next.We finally move in next week and couldnt be more excited. Chris and Sairah have been awesome about accommodating our needs and answering our many, many questions about how things have changed since we last moved many years ago. They are a great team and we cant wait to attend some of the cool events we see them hosting on social media!

Vera Cedar Park offers a great and convenient location with easy access to 183A, walking distance to restaurants, and within a 5 minute drive to most major retailers. The property itself is beautiful and offers great amenities, such as a fitness center with an attached yoga room, separate cardio room, spacious resident lounge, private dining with attached butlers kitchen, outdoor pool, dog park, dog wash station, and more! The apartments also come with wonderful features like the stainless steel kitchen appliances, included washer and dryer, and granite/quartz countertops. Some unique features to note would be the walk-in showers with floor to ceiling tile surrounds, no carpet, soft close cabinets, mud rooms, and extra storage cabinets in front of the islands. With all that being said, the best part of the community is the people. The maintenance team is constantly working hard to keep the property glowing and address any issues that pop up in a timely manner. The office staff strives to make you feel at home by greeting everyone with a fantastic attitude and encouraging a sense of community by hosting multiple events each month. In summary, the location, the community, the apartments, and the people are all reasons why I would recommend calling Vera Cedar Park your home!
