Excellent apartments, large and very comfortable. I am a resident of Tradewinds Blvd and I love them. They have good lighting, they are safe, and the maintenance service is excellent. The office staff is very friendly and helpful.

I love everything about this place! The management, the apartment, the area and the energy! They always have activities and something going on that’s positive to involve the community. No matter what I come up to management and ask or need they have all had great attitudes as well.I think it’s great that they offer activities to help the community get away from some of the issues we may or may not face in our daily routines! One time I attended one of their functions and they had the entire lobby decorated for the event. It really shows their willingness to help us keep us strong and connected.Love Ventura ❤️ all love

With new Manager Janie being brought in, things have been much much better. More reliable and understanding. She had helped in many ways that management in the past couldn’t not fulfill. She made renewing easy and actually changed my mind as we were planning to leave due to old management. Would highly recommend these apartments!

Its a very nice apartment. Area isnt bad. All my issues with it have to do with the neighbors, nothing management has done. Multiple people have blocked me in my space where I cant leave, and have also blocked the entrances and exists. They also have played music so loud it shakes my furniture and also well into the night, like 4 am. Like I said I have had minimal issues with management. All the office staff are friendly. Rent is high for a low income place (max, actually) but like I said it is a really nice apartment. Bedrooms are good sizes, my laundry room is bigger than some ice seen in houses. I can fit an office desk in mine. The only flaw in the actual apartment is that the patio does not have a full roof on it. The dog upstairs constantly pees on my balcony. During storms the pee pads and whatever other trash, falls through the cracks onto my balcony.

I applied online for this apartment. I received a phone call from Katherine the next day to setup an appointment and told me everything I needed in order to start the process. My appointment was Wednesday I meet Katherine a sweet, friendly young lady who moves fast if you have all your documents in order. She worked with me took her time and made sure everything was correct. I later get a call from Mia who stated I’m in processing. I get a phone call on 3-16 telling me I was approved for the apartment.I just received my key today 3-17 tell me if that’s not fast and friendly service. I met Sam who was amazing and very nice offered us snacks with a friendly smile. The women there are phenomenal please if your looking for somewhere to stay go with Ventura. Thank you so much.

Ventura at Tradewinds is definitely one of the cleanest (if not the cleanest) and most affordable places to live in. The community is very peaceful and beautiful. I’ve had a great experience so far as far as getting moved in and having assistance along the way. The manager Janie Hernandez is very polite and has assisted with any of my needs through the process along with Gisselle also keeping up just as well.

Ive been living here in Ventura for 1 year. The place is quiet, and the administration is very good, the manager is attentive and if you have problems of any kind she solves it. The times that I have had a problem she has solved it, she has solved it for me, I can say that I live calmly and happily in my apartment. Thanks!

My family and I just moved into Ventura at Tradewinds and I couldn’t be happier. Beautiful apartment and complex, so spacious and lovely floors. Loving the grounds and how easy it is to walk our dog around or Inside the complex. We worked with Sam, she was sweet, friendly, patient and accommodating from start to finish. She even carried our 5 month old around the office and entertained our 6 year old while my husband and I got through paperwork. I would definitely recommend living here and working with Sam. Great job!!

Definitely recommend coming into Ventura to check it out. I had been looking for the perfect home for my daughters and I and this is it! All the personnel was amazing. Tatiana went out of her way to answer all my question, was extremely patient and showed me multiple units. Don’t look any further, come here!

Ventura at Tradewinds is a very beautiful place the management is spot on perfect when I had a problem with anything in my apartment the next day after I got off work it was fixed the manger Janie Hernandez is very helpful and get things done when they are needed to be done i had sum issues but she made them all go away the next day best apartments in midland !!!!
