This complex was very nice, the management was was kind and helpful i had a great experience living there for a year and had no roach issues I had a 2 bed 2 bath apartment and I loved it ! And a great community Would definitely recommend

At first I was a little worried after reading some reviews but I moved in 6 months ago and the apartments are taken care of clean and property is also clean and the manager she’s great at responding and fixing any issues.

Hello the mail man here I am proud to say that Ms. Andrea helped me out on replacing the two doors she relieved a lot of stress off me she is a sweet happy nice kind and wonderful Professional lady that gets the job done much love to you and support yours truly the mail man. I only gave 4 stars so people would know this was a real review. I moved into the one bedroom townhouse last year and even though it was smaller than I expected I live fairly comfortably. I had zero pest problems which was a big deal for me because I’m terrified of roaches. They came in and physically sprayed often. The owner and management are super hands on and extremely friendly. My lease was up and I had put in a transfer request for the upgraded 2 bed 2 bath. I was hesitant for a long time because of the price difference but I have zero regrets. The dream floor plan is gorgeous and a massive size. I forget I’m in Alief when I’m home ! The maintenance team lives there so if it’s after hours and something happens they come to your apartment within 15 minutes like clock work ! Farrah is awesome and wants the best for everyone and made the move effortless. I work 50 minutes away and don’t even care so I can live here give it a shot.

Just recently moved in. Ive never had a rental experience go so smoothly. Jessica in the front office was very helpful in guiding me through all necessary steps I needed to take. She was very professional, yet added a personal touch. Looking forward to enjoying my new spot. Thanks Jessica!

I would like to welcome Ana and her crew, onboard and a happy farewell to the previous management ( not Farrah) . They are doing an awesome job getting the Property back on track. They are concerned about any issues and happy to help. Vanderbilt is again becoming an awesome place to call home.

I lived here from 2017-18 during my stay management changed for the better. Evelyn and Sandy were great. They never judged, always had something for the children to do. When I moved out i visited the office and they Sandy remembered me and still treated me like family. Its quiet also. During Harvey they called to make sure we were ok and didnt have any issues with water leaks, if we needed water since the streets were flooded. They showed they cared. Hate to have moved but family got bigger and we needed 2 more rooms.

Our experience in Vanderbilt was a peaceful one, we had fun and bonded with the staff in the leasing office. Sandy was the best. She answered all our questions and helped us through out our stay. We were never troubled and our requests were always priority to them we miss her very much

I enjoyed living here! Leasing office management was always pleasant and maintenance took care of things right away. The community is nice and quiet. The only thing I disliked was the space of the apartment as the one bedroom was small but a great price. Thank you!

I lived here for 2 years. Very quiet, beautifully landscaped outdoor area. no flooding. Free covered parking. Never had any roaches or bug problems. Maintenance very fast response. I feel safe here. Very small and polite community. However, the apartment lacks storage space.

Very quiet, beautifully landscaped outdoor area. I noticed free covered parking when I came to my friend house to visit. It looks extremely safe there. Very small and polite community. I am definitely interested in moving there once my lease is up.

I have lived here for almost 1 year now. It started off weird with mngmnt. But overall Friendly and knowledgeable and professional management. Fast and courteous maintenance service. Friendly small community. I do wish ppl that lived in the complex would be better with theyre trash near the dumpsters bcuz it spreads out when they have their small kids take trash out and it ends up leaving trash over the beautiful community; and the spa dont work and I wish there was more storage available. Overall I feel safe in this little community and feel my 2 year old is safe too playing in this community. I would recommend this place. And it is located at a great location to everything. Never floods!! Pools stay open and clean All year around!! Beautifully landscaped!! Also kids are very polite but always unsupervised just being kids but as a parent the parents need to watch theyre kids better. also roach infested even with an orkin specialist once a week! thats apt living 4 u- u know constant ppl always moving in & out & who knows how clean other tenants live to prevent it. otherwise it is a very nice place to live! Im sorry I posted this 4 months ago! and just re read it back now! Im the Only one the owners havent commented back on; even from 2 months ago! lol Smh! sad to say but I told u!

I lived on the Vanderbilt Lodges property for approximately 3 years (I just moved out) so you all know Ive seen many come and go in management. My favorite is the most present, Ms. Farrah V.! Ms. Farrah has come into V.L and gotten that place right on together. Weve all faced difficulties in renting but when you communicate with Ms. Farrah, shell try her best to help solve your issues. Great location to get away from the city! Professional customer service especially Karina C., who help my family get the best apartment with and explained key detail of the property and help you with any problem you may run to.P.S. The pools looks amazing!

I do not live here but I want to say I have never seen another involved manager like the one at this place. I wa doing a door dash delivery and she opened and held door and showed me route to apartment. She was walking property, pools clean and all. May be the next apartment I look into moving into.

I loveeeeeee my apartment now it have changed drastically and it’s so much MF better than ever! Sandy she didn’t do nothing she sucked and now my loves Farrah and makaya and Steven and George are the best of the best! I couldn’t ask for nothing betterThey made sure my apartment was fixed and things and like I see no bugs and no critters anymore cause back 3 years ago it was not good but NOW ITS FANTASTIC!

I’m in love with my bedroom mirrors. When I wake up all I see is Beauty and God. But in all here is the best place to be. Their willing to offer second chance living to those that qualify. And they will work with you. Ms.Sandy is the (bestie ) manager that looks out for you. She understands just know that communication with no b.s is key for a successful leasing agreement terms. Amen!.

The manger Karina is extremely nice and very helpful. Always help you with any issues that you may have. She is the best!!!!! Sandy is back!!!!! She is also great at her job. She is understand and will work with you as long as you give proper notice.
