I had such a great experience touring with Josh! He’s absolutely amazing and has an incredible sense of style. Seriously, he’s the best leasing professional I’ve ever met! The amenities at this place are truly impressive—definitely the best I’ve seen in Houston. I can’t wait to lease here next year, and Josh made me feel so welcomed. I really appreciate his support as a potential future resident!

I have toured more places than I can count the past couple years in hopes of finding somewhere that felt like home since moving to Texas. I was blown away by leasing agent Joshua, the amenities, resident events, beautiful spacious units, and gorgeous community. This was by far the most excited I had been after touring a property and was so thrilled to find what I felt would truly finally feel like home, but unfortunately when I went to apply the next morning the unit was gone…of no fault other than my own. I am so heartbroken and back to searching after exhausting all options in the area, but I absolutely would recommend to others!

Now that I’m moved in, I like my place, it’s quiet, cozy and the neighbors are friendly. The location is great, off the highway, by the Bayou park and about 2 miles from downtown. Many businesses in the area off Clay street with different shops, good food and nightlife entertainment. With inn the complex there’s two pools, work out room with a dance studio. You can join classes such as yoga and free weights on certain days. You can enjoy weekend events that are scheduled every month such as, paint and sip, volunteering, cooking classes, and poolside events. The apartment is a good vibe. The neighbors are friendly, staff is nice, and the weekend events are a nice touch.

My partner and I have been living here a little over a year, and we absolutely love it. Caesar is super great when it comes to my packages because I do get quite a bit! I feel everyone in the leasing office is very kind and attentive :)

I have been living here since June. The assistant manager Elizabeth has always been so kind and responsive to all questions. Josh is so helpful and takes the time to talk to people about their experiences and always tries to improve the quality of the community experience. I signed my lease under Greystar and there were a lot of things that were not done, but since Kairoi has been here vast improvements have been made under the leadership of Alison. My son has high functioning autism and living here has improved his social awkwardness and helped him come out of his shell. He has participated in events and has made friends, where in other apartments I don’t think that since of community would exist. We truly have found a family here.

Not sure if Ill be able to get into this building based on move in time and current budget but this place is great. Caesar, the leasing agent, was EXCELLENT!!!! Gave detailed info and was honest about all fees and the process. Even when I called back with a question, Josh was able to give me some more information. Definitely a top choice on my search list!

Thinking about moving to Houston … called many of apartments wasn’t pleased with the appearance and prices..so I decided to call Us bayou and had the pleasure of speaking with Ms Elizabeth she was so professional and has such a pleasant toned we did a virtual walk-through of one of the apartments. Us bayou park… i lived here for 2 years and although rice has my ups and downs one thing i can say with 100% certainty this will be my home away from home. I’ve had issues with apartments being move in ready after moving across country, ( the staff made sure i had an apartment to stay in). Issues with refrigerators breaking multiple times, (the property manager paid for a months worth of groceries). I’ve even had my car vandalized but it’s Houston you’ve gotta love it lol. All in all i can say that the majority of the leasing staff and the team at Vero Sade have done a great job at listening to their tenants. I miss everyone and all the events luckily have so many awesome friends in the building so i will see everyone bi monthly. lol 💕

Mrs.Elizebeth (Lizzy) is the absolute best thing ever. Such a great person. She stuck with me the entire process. She helped me when she didn’t have too. Her work ethic is impeccable, she go all out her way for her residents, and is the most genuine and amazing person. I am so excited for my journey living here because of her. The property itself is beautiful it’s clean and I’m overall so happy and at peace . The amenities are great the events are amazing the views are great just an amazing place to call home.

Really have enjoyed my stay. I have been here for a year now and love the events they host. The property is getting some much needed TLC. Kairoi management has definitely cleaned up the hallways. The changes have been nice and looking forward to another year.

Danielle at Sosh Coffee is the best! She is such a fun barista, giving great recommendations based off what drink you want, is so skilled at her craft of making great drinks, and if you come in enough to become a regular, she will memorize you drink order :)

My roommate and I are moving in this Saturday and so far the management has been super helpful with the process. Josh, Elizabeth, Allison, and Caesar have all been very patient and understanding with us with our many questions and concerns, something I’m super grateful for. 04-2024, A very long, but very genuine review. I hope you consider reading it if youre really thinking about moving here. ---So, I moved to US Bayou from Domain at Ellington in South Houston, if youre curious about that review, you can see it on my google account. I have lived in apartments my entire life, including most of my childhood. At my old apartment, I was paying the same amount that I pay here and the differences are unbelievable. Us Bayou is without a doubt the best apartment complex I have ever lived in, whereas my previous apartment was the absolute worst. My husband and I were going to settle on a cheap apartment when we moved, but after touring Us Bayou, we immediately fell in love. It truly blows my mind that this place has so many negative reviews. I have been here since August of last year and will be signing another 12 month lease here because I refuse to live anywhere else before I can afford to own a house. The amenities here are insane; the gym is amazing, the pools are gorgeous, the lobby is unique and fantastic, the 24/7 security and courtesy office keep me feeling safe, I dont ever have to worry about people breaking into my car anymore thanks to our parking garage. The events hosted by the complex are always so much fun, I dont work currently and spend alot of time at home, Ive had so many positive interactions with staff and other residents just from participating in small events held downstairs. I love this place, everyone here is so nice and even in the short time Ive been here, Ive noticed improvements throughout the complex, even after I didnt think it could get any better. Im not sure what kind of crazy expectations people have for apartments, but the pricing, the amenities, the location, the service, the people, it just cant be beat... this place is so worth it. I couldnt have asked for a better home.P.S. I have never had issues with stolen or missing packages and I order things on Amazon almost weekly, the only complaints I have is with other residents not cleaning up after their pets, which the complex has someone who occasionally goes around and picks up to keep it looking nice (although they shouldnt have to)

I’ve wanted to move to a larger building for awhile having been in a small 11-unit building. This building has been wonderful. The amenities (club, gym, pools) are amazing and the activities hosted by Stacie are fantastic! Sosh (the coffee shop) and Daniele are also fabulous! Come be my neighbor!

If you are looking for your new apartment, your search is over. From the moment I moved in, I was blown away by the level of intentional and thoughtful service and care provided by the staff. (Shoutout to Nour, Madison, and the maintenance staff who were exceptionally patient and accommodating with all of my needs and random requests on moving day).Everyone Ive come into contact with has been incredibly helpful, prompt, and responsive to any needs or concerns I have had. Living here has truly been a wonderful experience, thanks to the beautiful amenities, the cant be beat location, not to mention the incredible city skyline view from the top floor of the garage. Have them take you by to see it on your tour.Also- the community event planning here cannot be beat. I I won concert tickets to see Tim Mcgraw the first month I moved in?!? What other apartment complex does that? They have chefs come to talk, entertainment and activities throughout the week, workout classes, and a cafe- you really have everything and more you could need- all in a beautifully designed space.The community at US Bayou is vibrant and welcoming, it feels like home here. Building community can be difficult when moving to a new place, here- they make it easy. If you are looking for a place to call home - where you will be taken care of and supported, welcome home.

I have lived with US since Feb of 2023. Bang for your buck is huge here. Everyone is so attentive & friendly. The perks you get living here are truly special. There’s always something fun going on. Great place to live & network. Very thankful to call this home. The maintenance team is superb. They really put their heart into everything they do to provide you, as a resident, with a satisfactory experience. I highly recommend deciding to place your occupancy here!! I’ve honestly felt like family, even in this short amount of time. They call me by my first name even! True southern charm indeed.

New resident to the apartment community and so far have had nothing but a positive experience!I originally was looking at other properties and stumbled by Us Bayou Park. Walked in without an appointment and was given a tour by Raul, who was extremely professional and personable and took his time to explain what the apartment complex offers. The property itself is very beautiful and management is really trying to work to address resident concerns as well as build community. So far I have not had any issues and I am confident that if they do happen they will be properly addressed! Looking forward to the rest of my stay here and if anything changes in that respect I will be sure to update this review as I relied on similar reviews when I was making my decision.

Great people and awesome neighbors! The events make it easy to explore the area and experience new things. SOSH in the morning for the perfect espresso by Daniele. She makes the best Cubano and latte art. Pastries and breakfast tacos are a bonus also.Maintenance has been really responsive and I couldnt ask for better.

Us Bayou Park underwent some renovations last year. The changes they’ve made are incredible. The community areas are very spacious and include lots of seating area. There is also plenty of parking for the both residents and guests. The community also has locked walking entrances and closed parking garage gates, which makes me feel safe living here.As well, if you have a gym membership, go ahead and cancel it because this gym has everything you could possibly need. If you own a pet, there is a great dog area that has great length for playing fetch and getting their exercise in.In terms of the units here, they’re very spacious, have great appliances, and have really good lighting. Also, I have had very little trouble with keeping my unit at a nice temperature during the summertime which is definitely important!As a current resident, I would definitely recommend Us Bayou Park!

Ive lived at Us Bayou Park since August (2023) and believe the property is truly beginning to hit its stride.Rachel are incredibly friendly, attentive and welcoming to residents! And From my experience, the entire front desk team puts in their best effort to ensure our satisfaction.They also go out of their way make sure members feel welcome in the space and encourage us to treat the common areas like home. This is especially useful for the remote crowd. Its a great way to meet other remote workers and neighbors.Maintenance moves very quickly which is always important!The facilities are top notch compared to other apartments in the area.The gym is full service with standard and Olympic barbells, dumbbells, cable machines, and cardio equipment. Not to mention the consistent fitness classes available.Events are pretty dope and the prizes are great.Having an onsite café comes in handy on those buys mornings.The pool area is incredible, and neighbors are super friendly during the summer.Overall, its a solid place to live. Im happy with my decision to move here.Couple of things to be desired:Snacks at the grab and go could be updated (some Alani would be cool!) - this is just personal preference, either way the grab and go is great to have.A 45lbs barbell to round out the Olympic weights would be nice (we only have 20lb barbells). Again personal preference.Thats it!

If I could put Trina in my pocket I would I absolutely love love her, very knowledgeable, sweet, attentive & has so much respect for everyone. If it’s one thing that stood out to me is the way she listens and responds when she needs to. She makes sure she has all the information she needs to choose the best apt for us. I just adore Trina I will refer her to any and everyone in Houston cause that’s just how amazing she is.
