The building had a few growing pains such as a prolonged water outage and I was hit by an emergency tarp faultily released while exiting the elevator. However Tony turned this whole experience into a dream. He consistently greets residents with a grin and fist bump. He is meticulous with any task he undertakes and is best described as a ray of sun on a cloudy day. Thank you Tony for making this year fabulous.

I’ve been living at The Union for some time now, and I have to say, it’s been a fantastic experience overall. The community is welcoming, the amenities are top-notch, and the location is unbeatable. But what really sets this place apart is the incredible maintenance team, especially Tony!Tony is hands down the best maintenance person I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He’s always prompt, professional, and super friendly. Whenever I’ve had any issues—whether it’s a minor repair or something more urgent—Tony handles it quickly and efficiently. I currently live here and I love it. The location is great, the price is decent, and the amenities are amazing. All that being said my favorite part of living here has been how helpful the staff is. Every time Im met with a problem, they are quick to solve it for me! My favorite person in the office is Ariana as she always goes above and beyond and ensures that Im happy with their solution. 9 times out of 10 she is the one to help me out and I couldnt be happier with that. She is one of the reasons why Ill be resigning!

For anyone looking for an apartment in Austin. I highly recommend Union on 24th. After searching for apartments in the area this one absolutely was hands down the best one. The complex was beautiful , well maintained and clean. Everything is pretty new but most importantly it feels safe. Ariana Ramirez showed me around the property and she was really sweet andhelpful by answering all my questions. When it came to making the decision she was super helpful and most importantly very patient with me, she truly made me feel very welcomed. Over all I truly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a place to call home.

Dwight is awesome!!! The apt is great, but the staff including Dwight really make it an even better experience. He was very patient and answered tons of my questions and made me feel super comfortable meeting with him and renting. I love the Union on 24th even though we’ve had some minor issues, like every building has, the staff works so hard to accommodate to residents and have been really successful in doing so. I’ve never felt a community more patient and supportive than Unions team! Union has the best customer service, my favorite employees by far have been Ari and Tony. They’re very friendly, welcoming, and are always there when you need anything! They’re always in the best moods and never fail to make me smile!! They honestly make union truly feel like home!!

I am apartment hunting for my senior year and the second I walked in she made me feel so welcome! She gave me a tour of some units and the entire experience was just so seamless! She is extremely knowledgable, patient and kind! You can tell that she is just so personable and dedicated to helping everyone! She took the time to sit down with me and listen to all of my preferences as well as went out of her way to look at every single floor plan with me in detail to ensure I was getting everything I was looking for! The union on 24 staff have been really helpful with the water outage. Even though it is very hectic they offered to find a place for people who did not want to sleep the night and offered a 200$ a night that we stay without water for the inconvenience. All the staff is very sweet and very helpful

My daughter and our family took a tour this past Saturday and wow! What an amazing building with more amenities than I can list including a theatre, dog spa, indoor basketball court and so much more. Our tour guide Sydney was AMAZING! She knew everything about the building and was very patient with our large group of 6 people + a baby in a stroller and visiting multiple floors during a game day! It was definitely a plus and we look forward to hopefully visiting our daughter here soon!

Place is super nice and amenities are top notch. Pool has the best view in ATX. Close to campus and downtown. Staff is very friendly (especially Tony). Would highly recommend.

We signed early and there were several verbal agreements made. They kept to their word and honored those. Even when they made an error, they were accountable and fixed it. Dwight responded each time and followed up with any concerns. Staff, overall, was helpful with providing measurements and answering any questions we had. It is a new apartment, but if they continue to provide good customer service they will have the potential to be a premiere location. Dwight is great and his staff are following his lead.

Overall it’s nice, but I’m extremely frustrated I was placed right next to the basketball court (literally we share a wall) without being warned after I am already paying $100 extra a month to stay on a high floor. I hear every single time the ball bounces and people still are in the basketball court after 10 pm(when it’s supposed to close) it’s stressful for me and my dog who is scared of the noise and I was given no heads up.
