Awesome place to live! We had a biggest 1750 square feet apartment face to Postino restaurant and lake , we -kids and puppy loved staying there but was too small for usOur rooms -always sunny ☀️ and we could see beautiful sunsets 🌅,interior was nice with floor to ceiling windows.It’s located at the lake and close to all of our favourite restaurants ,organic shop Whole Foods ,etc and walking paths to the Waterway square and good thing you can use trolley tooLake view at the pool and gym, sky lounge on the top floor with wine storage, a game room with a sports simulator, business lounge with large space to workThe front desk staff are super friendly and are quick to resolve any issues that I had, nothing major but they were on top of anything I needed. They have regularly scheduled events for their residents which are usually free, as well as free access to kayaks, paddleboards etc. which I never used ))Maintenance people are friendly and professional management team, always on time to fix thingsWould like to add -with security and cameras could be much betterWe highly recommend 2LE if you are looking for an apartment complex in The Woodlands area

Wow just wow! This place is breathtaking. Between the luxurious units and the outstanding views, this place is a win in my book. The amenities are top notch. There is a swimming pool that overlooks the lake, a sports lounge with a multi- sport simulator, a spacious gym, and a sky lounge with views on top of views! Now if the looks of this place aren’t enough, you also have an amazing leasing team that will be there for you whenever you need assistance! 5 stars for the team alone!! They take customer service to a whole new level! This is by far the best apartment complex in the Woodlands!

We moved from out of USA in 2023 and with all the stress and anxiety moving countries found 2 Lakes Edge to be our new home in Texas, USA. It has been amazing. Apartment living from a big home in a golf estate to a small unit has been easy with the amenities and luxuries at 2 Lakes Edge. The staff were so helpful with assisting us with a lease with no credit score history in USA. Everything was new to us and foreign however the transformation has been alot easier with this amazing home. Its quiet, you cannot really hear the neighbors. Its always spotlessly clean in all common areas. The staff are friendly and the amenities are always in top condition and functioning. Its setting is magnificent true beauty on your doorstep. We have been here for nearly 8 months and I would choose this place over again. Its become my safe and happy place since relocating. If you looking for something immaculate with pride and beautiful then 2 Lakes is a definite choice.

I recently moved in and wanted to share my experience. The leasing process was smooth and easy. The property itself is one of the best in The Woodlands. I want to give a Shoutout to the Leasing Agent Brooke who made our move very easy and was very helpful throughout the process. I recently moved into Two Lakes Edge apartments in The Woodlands, TX, and I am thrilled with my decision. Sharda, one of the employees, was incredibly helpful in showing me the apartment and getting everything set up. She went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed and made the process super easy and stress-free.The property itself is fantastic. Its located in an absolutely beautiful area. The apartment is big, modern, and well-designed, with great finishes and appliances.The amenities here are top-notch. The fitness center has everything I need, and the pool and lounge area are perfect for relaxing. The staff are super nice and helpful (Sharda, Calvin, Kylie, and Brooke are awesome!).Overall, I highly recommend Two Lakes Edge apartments to anyone. Thanks to Sharda and the team for making me feel welcome!

Moved in April 2020. We LOVE living here! Casey and Kelly in the leasing office are so kind and responsive, they make us feel comfortable and truly make the place feel like home. The amenities cant be beat. The build quality is fantastic, and overall maintenance does a great job with upkeep. Best part about living here is being steps away from Lake Woodlands, Hughes Landing Shops, and easy access to trails!

Awesome place to live! So convenient to town center and all of the restaurants at Hughes Landing. Plus plenty of workout shops, grocery store, coffee shop etc! The amenities are also top notch! Lake view at the pool and gym. A bocce ball in the courtyard.. sky view lounge on the top floor good for parties.. wine storage! And a game room with a sports simulator! And above all that, the leasing staff and maintenance staff are not only awesome and helpful, but they are also some of the friendliest folks you will ever meet! You will love it here!

It is right by all of the restaurants and walking paths and the amenities are awesome. The staff is super friendly and are always available if needed. Love living here!

Two Lakes Edge is the best! I moved to Texas recently from Chicago and was looking for an apartment that offered similar qualities and amenities to living in the city, which is pretty non-existent outside of downtown Houston. Luckily, I found 2LE at Hughes Landing. The building is professionally maintained, clean, and the community / atmosphere is very welcoming. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, its across from Whole Foods and Krisers (very dog friendly), and overlooks Lake Woodlands. I highly recommend 2LE if you are looking for an apartment complex in The Woodlands area.

Building is beautifully appointed with comfortable furniture and lighting in many areas to provide residents with conversation areas. This includes an interior courtyard with multiple seating areas; a coworker area with coffee 24/7; a sports lounge; a large fully furnished lobby; a multi level pool area and a Sky Lounge with an exterior balcony on two sides.As if all this were not enough, the staff personnel are outstanding.Tne maintenance crew are cheerful, knowledgeable and considerate. They maintain the building in remarkably fresh condition, especially considering there are around 300 units here.The office staff are amazing. We are Seasoned adults with a modest degree of technical knowledge. The office staff walked us thru all the necessary technological aspects needed to reside in a smart building. They did this with grace. expertise and patience.In addition to their reception and regular office duties these employees organize and conduct weekly events for residents. In the 10 days we have been in residence there has been a wine happy hour; a cocktail mixing class; a luau with live DJ; and a cocktail gathering. All manned by these incredible employees.

I think i use most of amenities of Two LakeEdge. Resort style pool on lake, sky lounge for a drink in evening watching sunset on weekends, I think best location to see sunset. Game lounge to practice few swings on golf simulator and off course daily use of Co-work place and lobby and gym. There is nothing I don’t like about this place.

Two Lakes Comunity is amazing, the staff is one of the best, Jessica Calfee and Sam Spell were amazing during the process and very helpful all the time. The whole atmosphere at Two Lakes is super cool and you can enjoy every part of it. Had the privilege of a private tour before their grand opening. Location is incredible and the amenities rival the best I’ve seen or lived with in Houston. The shared working space (WeWork-ish) and Ion3 golf simulator currently put this on the top of the list of places to live. If the staff is anything like their neighbors at one lakes edge, this will be the best money can buy (lease) in the Woodlands.

Nothing but positive things to say:- leasing staff is extremely attentive in handling residents questions, I get response times here at least as fast as I do most upscale hotels- on the note of hotels, the interior feels like a 5-star hotel, along with a excellent gym and some bonus amenities (namely the golf simulator)- despite the challenges with COVID-19, the leasing staff has still managed to plan a variety of safe events (e.g., outdoor group exercises with professional trainers, cocktail happy hours, a whiskey tasting, etc.) that have helped me enjoy living her anymore- the area is fantastic, you have a Whole Foods across the street, a bunch of restaurants a block away, and a trolley stop that takes you into the mall areaIf youre looking to rent in the Spring / Woodlands area, this place is a no-brainer.
