    I was a resident at TruNorth for 2.5 years, only moved bc we got a house.The office staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The maintenance was wonderful and quick on all work orders whether it be small job or a big job they were on it!!!Great apt with even better amenities.🫶🏼

    Writing this review in regards to the leasing agent, Matthew! He was so kind and answered every phone call and all of my questions and concerns. The application process was smooth sailing and he got me approved within two days! If you are a resident currently, dont hesitate to reach out to Matthew as he is phenomenal. I CANT WAIT TO LIVE AT THE BEST APARTMENT COMPLEX IN SATX!!!!!

    Went in to the Trunorth at Bulverde Apartments today and was simply blown away! This property is amazing. Their outdoor pool are is nothing less than spectacular!! I sat down and spoke to Matthew who was equally as impressive as the property. He was so very friendly and willing to help me in any way that he could. He never stopped smiling! If you’re looking for a place you can actually call “Home”, then I highly recommend Trunorth!!!

    Tru North is hands down THE best apartment community in San Antonio. I just resigned for another year because I can’t imagine not being here. I dare you to find another apartment complex that truly values their living community like the staff at Tru North do. I want to specifically shoutout Matthew, one of the leasing agents. He is one of the coolest, down to earth and always goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth and comfortable time here. From answering any questions, making you feel comfortable and always informational. Not to mention how amazing he is when it comes to tenant events and parties and making you truly feel like you don’t just live here but you are really apart of the Tru North family! Also, we have the best pool in San Antonio and there is no way there is a better apartment gym ( all my friends say there is not). Everything is always kept really clean and updated. Food trucks all the time and multiple events like breakfast on the go and fun holiday related events. This was my first apartment in San Antonio and I got pretty lucky :) Shoutout again to Matthew!

    Moving out in a week but wanted to give a shout-out to Lupe, Matthew, and Jessica. Lupe is the heart of the community! Kept the place clean and was always friendly with me and my toddler. Maintenance requests were always completed without any issues. Matthew was always helpful in the office with anything I needed. Jessica is new so I didn’t get much of a chance to chat with her but I can already tell that she’s very personable and approachable. I think the new team is going to make the place even better than when I showed up at the beginning of the lease. I love that the community is well lit at night which gives me a sense of security. The amenities are unmatched , always clean and beautiful pool! Great location, easy parking, and nice interior. My only wish is that there were more family friendly events/amenities as I’m a new mom…

    I absolutely love my new apartment here at TruNorth, i was really locked on this place after the leasing agent Matthew R. Gave me the tour. He was very straight forward to me, i said tell me how it really is here and after telling me and saying he lives on the property, and also met his Dog Ms.Maze i felt like this was gonna be a great choice!     I have been living here for the past six months and for my first apartment living experience, I’m incredibly pleased. I was here for both the management change and the winter storm and in my opinion things were handled as professionally as possible. We were constantly updated and you could tell they were doing the best they could for something completely out of their control. I had visited other apartments near the area for a year looking for the right one, but this one takes the cake! The leasing agents are all so nice and the complex stays pretty clean. My favorite part is the gym, which made me cancel my own membership since I no longer needed it! Overall it’s an awesome community to live in!

    Moved in in January. Its been a pleasure so far. The staff works hard and has done well with the blizzard and any situations that arise. Maintenance and communication is timely and professional. Pool and amenities are excellent, nice community.10/11/22:Update: I recently relocated for a new job and wanted to express how much I appreciate Derek and his communication, attention, and care assisting me with the early move out.     I LOVE living here!!!!!Aside from the property and amenities being absolutely stunning, the staff are really what set this complex/community apart. They go above and beyond to plan fun resident events, coordinate local food trucks, and really just to let you know they genuinely care about your experience.Also, my dog loves it here too! They are SUPER pet friendly and it really shows! I honestly can’t say enough good things, or say thank you enough to Monica the Community Director and the amazing staff here!

    (Edit) Previously, I had some complaints about the responsiveness of management on some past pest issues I had in the apartment. However, with the recent shift of management and staff, they took care of my issues quickly, and I have not had any problems since. The front desk is very friendly and nice, and the apartments themselves are good to live in. Honestly, parking around some buildings are not the best, especially after 9/10 pm, but that seems to be normal in apartment complexes. I really like the area, and the amenities are nice as well. Overall a pretty comfortable place to live.

    Absolutely wonderful place to live! Clean, nice environment with a fabulous pool and gym facility. I moved in only 2 months after they opened, and was the first tenant in my apartment. Had the pleasure to live there for two years with not a single issue. Maintenance requests were done next day, and in a timely manner. They came under new management recently and they have been nothing short of incredibly helpful. Allison Forster, was incredibly helpful when I was on a time crunch trying to get moved out and into a new apartment. She knew everything that needed to be handled before turning in keys, top-notch professionalism and even went above and beyond when I ran into a timing issue. All in all, it was a pleasure to stay here, and comes highly recommended. Cheers!

    This place is a dream! My husband and I moved into our new apartment two years ago, I officially moved here in October 2019. There have been no issues since arriving. Apartments are beautiful, clean, spacious and quality appliances. We have a full washer and dryer. Love the maintenance staff, had a slight issue with our dishwasher. They probably replaced it.Front desk staff make you feel like your at home. Main reason why we chose his apartment complex is because of how sweet the staff was, they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. This is a perfect apartment for a couple, or family. The pool is WOW! Honestly the minis don’t get used very often… There are grills on site, full gym, computer room and lounge area. Since Covid they have continued to keep everything clean. Go talk to Joseph in the front office and he will show you all of your options for for plans.

    An incredible experience!Living here is like being on vacation everyday, the pool and community area are absolutely stunning. Everything is clean and the community director, Monica, was incredibly helpful and the most professional manager I have met so far. Its been 7 months that I live here and all I can say is that living in a luxury community is definitely making the difference.Highly recommended!

    Wonderful apartment complex! Nice, new facilities -- only 2 years old, and they even replaced the carpet before I moved in. The pool and community areas are stunning. Plus, theres even a dog washing/grooming annex. During application/move-in, Derrick in the Leasing Office really went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and help me tour safely during Covid. Ive never dealt with such a professional, caring, and thoughtful complex manager. It made the tough, mid-Covid move a lot easier. Big fan of this apartment so far and the management as well!

    I had a great experience at Tru North. Lindsay was a wonderful rep. She greeted me with a smile and made me feel like I was already family. I was able to look at a model apt by myself and was told to take my time. She was helpful through out the whole application process and showed me some videos on the iPad. The guests that came in also were very friendly. I was very happy with this property. Other properties in the area immediately said no to touring because of weather without even showing me a brochure or sharing any info about the apartments.     I have been waiting some time to write this review because I wanted to make sure I can rate it a true 5 star. My husband moved here 2 months ago and I had to stay behind due to some work and family issues. During this time, I was ordering several furnitures and other household items from Amazon. The packages would sometimes stay 1-5 days in front of our door, and my husband would always find it when he came back from his trips. This was already a great sign, regarding the neighborhood. The apartment we have has 3 bedrooms, it’s beautiful, and the only neighbors we have are above us, so there is no noice other than hearing the footsteps going up and down the stairwell we have right behind our room… but we are early birds and it doesn’t bother us. The community amenities are just amazing, it’s like living in a resort…. I only need more the time to enjoy them. I work from home, and I was a shocked to for find out, they only have one internet provider, Astound Broadcast, which I had never heard before, and by reading the reviews… I was shocked and was hoping I wouldn’t lose my job due to poor internet service. But to my surprise, this internet is even better than the one I had before. They also have trash pick up service, which is charged separately. I am happy so far with our new home, and hope it stays this way. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

    One word...PERFECTION! If there were 9 stars, Id mark all 9.I had been looking for apartments to call home for a few weeks. I stumbled upon this property as I saw it from 1604. I arrived and was quickly and graciously greeted by Joseph Susca. After having been totally turned off by the lack of (other, prior) apartment representatives lack of professionalism and knowledge, I was very impressed. This young man knows his stuff! Never a question he could not answer with confidence and a smile. The tour, the showing, the welcome hospitality and the overall presentation of the propertys amenities, were spot on. I never felt, for a second that I was wasting his time. He never looked at his cell, never took a call, and was very PROUD of the Property he represented. THAT says a great deal. I look forward to being a resident.Any and ALL property Mgrs. need to visit this property and learn how to make someone feel welcome! Cheers!

    Not sure what these reviews are about, I love the property. Yes there were some changes when they switched management but the property is amazing and the new staff is super friendly and helpful!Also haven’t seen Unexpected rent charges... they were regular fees we pay every month, they were just charged on the 4th instead of the 1st this month.... The office sent out an apology email and raffled off $300 in gift cards for the inconvenience.... maybe that’s its?It’s been a year and I like it a lot. No issue here besides whoever left their dog outside and it got lost! How do you do that!? lol

    I have been living at TruNorth for almost a year now....and my experience has been very good.....But i must put out a special compliment to one of the personal who has helped in making my experience over the top. Derrick deserves special notariety....he was the person who showed me the complex and remains my go to person whenever i need anything done.I have had an issue with a burnt out lightbulb...when i brought it to Derricks attention he personally took matters in his own hands and came to my apartment w a ladder and bulbs and replaced the lightsThis is exactly the type of person Derrick is and why i have so much respect for himIf you are moving to TruNorth...See DerrickHe is kind and professional and gets the job the job done....ALWAYS

    Very nice property... just moved in and everything was great. On my first visit to meet with Allison, she was out on a showing and Kaylene the manager allowed me to come into the office and waited with me until Allison returned even though she had other managers waiting for her. I told her I could wait outside but she insisted it was ok... I felt she went above and beyond showing outstanding customer service. Allison has been awesome. The other two staff members Lindsey and the gentleman has been excellent as well. Looking forward to our first event on Saturday hopefully no rain? Mahalo to the entire Staff on TruNorth Bulverde for making us feel extremely welcomed!

    In the midst of the storm, they went above and beyond to make sure that we were informed about the status of our complex. Yes, we did not have water, but that has absolutely nothing to do with our Management office/complex. They go above and beyond to make sure that we are taken care of and informed. Theyre so incredibly easy to work with and Im so grateful to live at TruNorth!

    I moved in here when new management had taken over and so far so good! They have always been willing to answer any questions I might have and to lend a helping hand.As far as the snowstorm that just went on they did a fabulous job of handling everything that went wrong. They communicated everything quickly to the community so I always felt like I knew what was going on and why.The main water line burst and lights went out. Management let us know right away to let’s faucets drip and that there was a freeze warning. First off the water line probably burst at the fault of the residents here who don’t know that they need to let all the faucets drip ( even though they were told to right away) when it starts to freeze outside especially since Texas lines are not built far enough underground to avoid freezing at all.Secondly it is not the responsibility of management , although they did try to help in any way possible, to take care of full grown adults who have not educated themselves on what happens or what to do when there is a freeze especially when there are so many avenues to take to get help.Since there was no water available because stores were sold out, I collected whatever drips of water came from my faucet in a plastic container and had enough for two adults to shower, to filter through a bruta and to sustain toilet water throughout the emergency. I would call that being proactive.So I don’t know why anyone would blame management for their own failure to take action for their own self but I did completely fine, felt informed constantly , and really appreciate the Tru North Team for taking care of each inevitable issue as it came. They always reached out to residents to give a helping hand but alas they are humans suffering through the same emergency.Thank you Tru North Team!

    Great place, feels like a lot more than what you pay for. Pool is awesome (partitioned into multiple “units” for friends/guests). View is nice from the third floor (on a hill). So far so good, the aesthetic is good. Clubhouse is cool. Wi-Fi is fast (up to 1Gb/s depending on what you pay for. Appliances are top tier. It’s quiet so far as well!
