As if finding an apartment isn’t stressful enough I was lucky to find the perfect one. Nadine the apartment manager was surprisingly eager to help me get situated, I say surprisingly because most managers have so much going on they overlook customer service at times. I am so grateful Nadine made it top priority to handle my situation as quickly as possible, keeping me updated on everything I would say she is the ideal definition of a manager. I thank her so much for making the process less stressful due to her attitude and her professionalism.

I am so grateful of the time I stayed here at Tres Palmas. Armando the property manger is so helpful and goes out of his way as much as possible to get stuff done. I am so happy with maintenance as well for coming in and fixing things I need ASAP. Unfortunately, my stay was short but I definitely would recommend living here as well as me coming back. Thank you for everything and helping me out in every way as possible from the way beginning!

It was warmer than usual in my apartment since yesterday. I gave it some time to cool off last night and it seemed to cool off only a tad. I went to the park with my daughter and when we returned it was whole new level hot! I texted Crystal at 1156am. She responded immediately, asked if Id be home today and let me know she had already informed maintenance. I let her know I had a banquet tonight and asked for an ETA... Maintenence responded by ringing my doorbell. It was fixed before 1👌☺😊 I am quite satisfied to say the least. Thank you both for your quick and efficient response! My experience has been very pleasant.

Great and very modern townhomes! Full size washer and dryer, microwave, refrigerator, disposal, and dishwasher.... and the floor is tile!The new manager Guillermo is great, funny, and down to earth. And if you cant get a hold of him on his office phone number, you always have the option to contact him on his cellphone!Definitely this is the place to be!

Went on Friday 1/21/22 got some information about a 2 bedroom Armando was very nice and helpful answered all my questions I had unfortunately there is none available right now there is a waitlist but hope I will be called back and get to live there very friendly
