I’ve lived here for almost 2 years, and it’s been great! The negative reviews are people that have complained over and over for very minor issues, and just like anywhere, it’s hard to please everyone. My building is quiet, there are many amenities accessible, and I’ve had zero issues with management or maintenance staff (they’re great!)

I’ve lived here now for over a year! I can say is this apartment complex has been one of my favorites. There are some one star reviews I read on here and want to say is people sometimes are hard to please and that’s okay. Parking hasn’t been an issue for my side I live on. Whenever I need help I walk into the office and the staff have helped me right away. I understand that sometimes they don’t pick up the phone not sure why but I’ve found it easier just walking in and they get it solved usually same day. Maintenance are rockstars here very responsive and quick. Neighbors are kind and haven’t had an issue besides maybe loud music one time in the whole year I’ve lived here not a big deal at all and didn’t happen ever again. Highly recommend to tour this place it’s beautiful and I love the nature trail one of my favorite amenities here. Long story short people will complain about every apartment complex I was in the same place reading reviews and I’ve found the easiest way to see if they are true is to go tour. I resigned my lease as I love this complex that much!

I absolutely loved this community. It’s very clean, very quiet and the floor plans are top tier. The amenities are chef kiss. I hope that the floor plan I want becomes available because I’d love to call this place home.

THE MOST PLEASANT move in! Lauren Brenning the lease manager is consistent and on top of anything and everything. Much needed if you want to live in a well ran complex that cares about keeping the standards high. The whole staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I love it! Positive and realistic personable staff that cares is nice for a change.

I toured with Lauren this week, and I was so impressed with these apartments! I love the finishes inside the apartment home, and also the awesome amenities in the clubhouse! They have the coolest golf simulator, and great little study rooms or office spaces that you can use when you need a place outside of your house if you work from home.I really think I’m going to apply here because the staff was so welcoming when I came in to tour, and Lauren was so sweet and answered every question that I could possibly have. OH! and they have wine fridges in some of the apartments, love that!!

Lauren Brenning was our apartment manager, and she was absolutely amazing. She took the time to find the perfect fit for our needs and went above and beyond to make our move to the Marlowe complex one of the best experiences weve ever had with apartment living. Her extensive knowledge of the complex and the enjoyable events she organizes for residents have truly enhanced our stay. I highly recommend her to anyone considering moving to a complex shes involved with!

I moved into Marlowe a year ago and just renewed my lease again with Lauren Brenning, she’s always made things easy with each process, if I ever have any questions she’s SO accommodating. The property is beautiful and has very nice amenities. The maintenance team is very friendly and trustworthy. Highly reccomended

I tagged along on tour with my brother who is relocating to the Grapevine area for work. Lauren in the leasing office was hands down the BEST tour experience we had all week! She was super helpful and truly made us feel like she wanted my brother to live at the Marlowe. Moving out of state is stressful. Not only was she informative of the property, she was full of awesome recommendations for local Grapevine hot spots! He’s moving in this weekend and we look forward to future visits!

While I only lived here for 4 months, this place is wonderful!The apartments are luxurious, and the amenities are plentiful. They have community events often, and resolve issues pretty quickly. Maintenance staff is always responsive to problems, and friendly! This was truly one of my favorite apartments!

I cant say enough good things about the Marlowe community! Its truly a five-star living experience. The amenities are fantastic, including a beautiful community space, a virtual gaming area, an infinity pool, and a great fitness center.What sets this place apart, though, is the incredible leasing staff. They go above and beyond to make everyone feel at home, and they plan some of the best community events.If youre looking for a place to call home with great amenities and an awesome community, this is the place to be! Also, be sure to follow them on Instagram for great ideas on things to do nearby.

Nice environment. The location is the center of everything, you can get to DFW Airport in less than 10 minutes,you can get on 360 north and south with ease. Marlowe staffs are very helpful, especially Corbyn.

Marlowe beautiful spacious apartments and great options on their floor plans are amazing, this is a very nice and clean community, with incredible shopping and a great place for the nightlife. I love the management here, everyone is so friendly and very professional.

I have pre-leased a unit at Marlowe Grapevine and am very excited to be moving there in January. The leasing experience has been awesome. Lauren Brenning has been extremely helpful in navigating the process and making sure I will be happy in my new home with my pups. Overall it is a great place to live and the location is perfect because it’s right in between alot of major cities. The countertops are real granite making the interior look very nice. You are allowed to have guests.

One word “Karen”My wife and I are relocating the DFW area and recently reviewed the property floorpans and received the best service from Karen. She really took her time showing the property features and apartment floorpans to us and even recommended some local hot spots for us to enjoy while we were in town. We haven’t made a decision yet,but this property is at the top of our list due to the outstanding service we received!

Pool is refreshing and new. Chairs in the shallow water to relax with a 70ish TV and 2 built in barbeque grills with stone counters. Went to a birthday party at the pool. Would recommend if looking for an apartment in the area.

We have been living at Trailwinds almost 2 yrs and truly love it here! Its safe, I love the trail behind for walks, the luxurious pool and the Gym.Let me not forget the world class service provided by Dalon, Mike and Michael- they are so prompt and professional, you put in a call and it’s done!I love Bree in the office as well.My mantra is be nice to people around you and nice things will happen to you.
