I stayed in this apartment for 7 months. The staffs in leasing office is very helpful. Due to covid, I had to move out and Ana Benitez has helped me a lot when I moved out.These apartment is well maintained and its clean. Community in Townlake of Coppell is also very good.The only drawback I felt is, the unit I leased didn’t have a washer and dryer and they don’t have a common laundry. We should either buy or rent it from 3rd party. This was little painful when I moved In and moved out.Overall, I strongly recommend this apartment.

We have stayed in Townlake of Coppell for almost 9 Years. Was a bit emotional leaving a place where so many memories have been built. The team handling the apartments is amazing, always eager to help us. Gena has been wonderful and helped us where ever and when ever possible. A great school district. Mr. Santos from maintaince team was always a call away, Really good place to raise kids with the school distric which it offers. Best of Luck to all.

Lived here for 6 years total, both in renovated and unrenovated units. Dont be fooled, the apartments are REALLY OLD either way.The location is the best thing about it. I still really liked my home, and Coppell is quiet and beautiful. But the rent for an 1980s apartment with most of the furnishings and appliances from the 2000s is just too much.

Love it here. Best office staff! Best maintenance! And great units and amenities. Its beautiful and I love the lake and pools. Its also very peaceful. The office really works with you. Ive lived here 2 years, and renewed for another.

The management team is awesome starting from the apartment manager. Dustin and all the staff is also cool and caring. maintenance is taken care of right away when called. There always in a good mood when you walk in the office and always willing to help and work with you and that’s all I can ask from my apartment management team. I wish the parking was a bit better but I always find a spot so not much to complain there. Also it’s in coppell with great pricing. Best value for the money.

I have been in Townlake of Coppell since 2017 and it has been an amazing experience. I love the surroundings, beautiful lake, far more main freeways so negligible traffic noise, walking distance to the our Andrew Brown Park. The Management is super helpful and friendly. A lot of changes in the staffing but that is normal. I will continue here and my family loves this place.

I love our apartment. We got it for a very good price. Its 820 sq. feet and has 1 bedroom 1 bathroom. However, we have a sunroom with doors, which can be used as a guest room. The location is very quiet and comfortable. All the appliances have been working well, except weve had a few problems with the dishwasher. Maintenance come the same day you put the request in the system. We dont have any bugs and in general the apartment is well-maintained.

Beautiful well kept community. The pools are a true highlight. Lots of resident events that are enjoyable. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Neighborhood is quiet and the majority of residents are very active. I love that. Definitely recommend.

Been here about a year, and I’ve enjoyed my experience living here so far. Management and maintenance persons are great and accessible, and the rent is affordable. The community is lovely, although other residents can be pretty loud occasionally. Overall it’s been nice here.

I am very satisfied with Lina who is apartment consultant. Graystar took over in December and their maintenance service is superb. They take care of all the problems you have immediately and they take responsibility of fixing things on priority. Lina showed me many apartments and gave me lot of choices and explain everything in detail which helped me make my decision and I am happy living here and recommends others too.

I have lived on this property for 10 plus years and have experienced so many things not all of them positive with former management companies and their oversight, however the new management of greystar this year and the new manager Denise has restored this property to what it needed to be all along. She is very helpful compassionate and really injected new energy and life to the complex for the residents and was the best person to have during the Covid crisis as well when my lease was up for renewal,she really cares and has passion for this job, thank you Denise and thank you Greystar management ! Townlake is a great place to live again now!

My Fiance and I have lived here for a while now. After doing extensive research on apartments in the Lewisville/ Coppell area we found Townlake of Coppell. The price was very resonable for the communtiy and apartment you get, and much cheaper than any other. The apartments are older but have been well taken care of. I am not sure why people are leaving such horrible reviews, we love our apartment. The walls are a little thin but then again it is a apartment, if you wanted to be completely secluded buy a house! The staff has always been so helpful and very friendly. Both Ashleys who work in the office have always been super nice to us. They always know you by name which goes along ways in my book. The pools are exceptionaly nice and they have great amenities!! I have read a few reviews stating all the 5 Star reviews are fake, you can personally contact me via google and I will vouche for my opinion!!

I have lived here for more than 2 years, all my service requests were completed on time, recently my A/C broke down. The maintenance guys Santos and Alias and the office people made sure I got a new A/C unit within a day and maintenance guys put it the same day. Thank you, appreciate it guys. Keep up the good work

I have lived almost 5 years in this place, we never have any problem, the maintenance team was always there when you need them, Elias was the best maintenance worker I have ever know, one time we requested to moved to different apartment within the complex and the office team help us with a good discount, the only reason that make me move from this complex is because we bought a house, we really enjoy our stay in this great place.
