My partner and I just moved from Austin and are so lucky to call this place home!! We were looking for a great deal and our expectations were surpassed here!!Darian, who works in the front office is one of the nicest, most supportive, and professional leasing agent we have ever worked with. He made the process comfortable and smooth! He definitely needs a raise!!This property is clean and very well maintained. They have a strong maintenance team. We also have an app forum where the community can communicate and keep each other updated. The community is very friendly and respectful. -

When I was searching for my new home, I came across Tower Village. They have been unreachable via phone, but in person they were very helpful & friendly. They helped with the application process in a timely matter. There have been college parties here and loud noises. Most of the residents here are college students. That doesnt bother me. Im just glad that I can come home at night and not worry about anything. Parking used to be an issue but theyve cracked down on that so parking is great now. There have been countless issues with the apartment. Their new maintenance employee, Scott was able to fix them all that the previous maintenance employee couldnt. Normally, it would take a day or maybe fifteen minutes after putting in a request for maintenance. I appreciated that a whole lot. Since I live on the first floor, there have been water bugs. There have been flooding in my apartment twice, but it was all attended to within a day. My lease is ending soon and Im transferring to another apartment within the apartment complex. Im happy here and will be signing a new lease for another year. This time I will be on the second floor. Shalina, Lauren, and Jessica have been amazing working with me. They also answer the phones now. Major improvements within this apartment community so come reside with us! -

This community is amazingly awesome, the staff in the office is very helpful and friendly. Maintanance is always picking up trash. The apartments are spacious and clean. They have hard wood floors throughout the apartment. So excited to call this community home soon. -

I just moved into Tower Village Apartments. The main floors are all redone with a wood look vinyl floor and the kitchen counter tops are resurfaced. All the walls are nicely painted. The bedrooms have carpets that were recently cleaned. I have a great view of the pond. The complex is a little old but the updates are very nice. I am a student at the University of Dallas and the location is perfect. It is an easy walk to campus or the train station. The process of renting went very well. I was able to do all the paperwork by email and over the phone. It was made real easy. I will post again later once I have been living here awhile. -
Review 5 (2016-08-19 - Rating: 4)
Based upon my interactions with the management, Tower Village seems to a good place to live. As as student at the University of Dallas nearby, this option will end up being a lot cheaper than living in the Student Apartments on campus, which will help out financially a lot. As I have not yet moved in to an apartment, I cannot comment on the nature of the rooms, but they seem like they should work well for a college student. Pest problems have been mentioned in several other reviews, but I am willing to bet that prompt reports to the management at Tower Village will result in a fix of the problems, as well as properly taking care of your apartment. After I move in, I intend to update this review, but until then I would recommend this location as a good place to live.**Update: As of 08/18/2016**After moving into our 3 bedroom apartment, there are several things that can be noted. Our particular apartment has a slight lean to it, which takes a little bit of getting used to, but most apartments do not have this. Unfortunately, upon moving in, our apartment was not ready for our arrival, and while it did take a day before we could move back in, the staff at Tower Village promptly responded to our problems and did refund us a day off our total rent. The room size is fairly good, and nearly everything works. The one main issue is that there arent an lights provided in the main rooms, so only the kitchen and bathrooms are lit, while lamps must be bought to provide light for the other bedrooms. Other than that, I expect that this apartment will serve well for a cheaper living space than other locations. -
Review 6 (2014-11-26 - Rating: 4)
Of all the apartments we looked at, Tower Village is the most affordable for the amenities provided, along with a sense of security. The office staff has been very helpful and handled everything in a timely manner. We have no complaints about the move in process, except one and that is there are no washer and dryer hookups in the units. BUT there are several laundry facilities in the complex. Overall we are satisfied with our move in process and enjoy our new place! -

All in all, my experience living here has been really nice so far. Ive been here since March 2014 and the majority of the staff has been very friendly, eager to help, and prompt to respond. The apartments have made a lot of improvements lately from fixing pot holes and sidewalks to installing a child play place, and a sand volleyball court. You can tell the apartments are all freshly painted. They are older units but have been overall well maintained. The bottom line is, you cant beat the value here; for the amount of space you get the price is unbeatable. Yes the units may be a little older and therefore arent brand new but I had new carpet when I moved in and fresh paint on everything. A few of the interior amenities in my apartment could stand to be updated but overall everything has been very satisfying and Im happy with living here.Another great plus is it is located in an area that is near a convergence of highways (but isnt so close you hear noise / are effected by traffic) so it is really easy to quickly hop on a highway and head to any area of the metroplex in DFW. It also is in a quiet area across the street from the University of Dallas campus and is in walking distance to beautiful parks and a Dart train station (there also is a bus for the train station). For the affordable price you spend you get a great experience. Also in response to other negative reviews, I have not had any problems with bugs or roaches at all. And my neighbors havent bothered me at all. -

I went to rent an apartment here and thought I would be restricted because I am new to US and dont have any social security. But I was wrong. The staff there explained me all the possibilities of leasing an apartment with them and with some little formalities and paperwork I was approved for the apartment. I was helped by Jackson on my leasing process and explained me everything in detail.Tower Village is a good place to live at with all the amenities. It offers spacious apartments with competitive prices and is landscaped beautifully. I am satisfied with my apartment and is a pleasant experience to be here. -

This apartment complex is conveniently close to the University of Dallas. The maintenance crew is always prompt when contacted. Our refrigerator went out one evening and after letting them know that same day, they then brought us a brand new refrigerator first thing the next morning. Every one in the front office is extremely helpful. It is the first apartment I have stayed in and so far I am very pleased. -

I believe Tower Village Apartments is a good place to live for a couple of reasons. One reason is the location and this place is perfect for commuting in Irving and Dallas in General. I am less than one mile from major cross highways. Also, the leasing office staff are very friendly and they show that they care.I have searched few places before I moved in here and this place stood out. In short, reasonable rent, great customer service, and a renovated apartment makes this place the right place for me. -
Review 11 (2016-05-28 - Rating: 4)
Lived in these apartments during my senior year of college, and despite what I thought of them then and what everybody says about them, I really do think that they are a pretty good deal. The rates are awesome, you cannot beat them, especially on the college dime. There are some problems: some buildings should be tore down, the gate is usually broke (but with drunken college students everywhere, that is going to happen), a pest control problem (my apartment was nooked right against a drain, so those huge waterbugs would own the place during the summers), and a few other things.Looking back, especially now that I work in Leasing, I see that Tower Village actually has a lot of potential and is a really lenient place to live. They have some nice amenities like the circle, the pool, and their washer and dryer facilities. I also felt relatively safe, despite the broken gate, because they are really good about making sure all the exterior lights are functioning. The office staff is a little hard to get a hold of, but if you walk in respectively, or even use one of their online request links, and ask for help, they are more than happy to help. Their number 1 downfall is probably being too lenient on the students, particularly with allowing unauthorized occupants to live in every single apartment leased by a student. It really leaves them vulnerable to damages and complications with other non-student residents that no one can really be accountable for because you cannot evict someone who is not on a lease. If you do live there, especially as a student, try to cut them some slack. If you have the waterbug problem, like I did, just ask them to caulk around the edges of your floor and such, that will really help them from getting inside, and remember that those roaches are not GERMAN roaches-they will NOT infest your unit like that; they just accidentally got in. For those of you who have two or three squatters living in your unit, just be grateful that they are not evicting you. They absolutely have the proof and right to, and that will MESS your ability to rent somewhere half-decent for years. It also will ruin your credit, so good luck if you are evicted when you have several variable rate student loans (your interest rate will increase). If you are NOT a college student, just understand that there are many college students renting there. It will not always be quiet. Keep whatever Patrol contact they give you on hand and feel free to use it if the noise is just ridiculous. Or, if you really need a good nights sleep every night, just dont move here. Avoid the stress of you and the office staff and just go somewhere that does not have such a high college student population. -

I been here since December 2016 and it has been my best experience. They have the best apartment layouts and maintenance is on point. The office staff is the number one tho =] you will love coming to the office friendly. -
Review 13 (2016-08-06 - Rating: 5)
All of them go out of their way to ensure your needs are being met. They may be unreachable via phone, but when you go inside the office they are very helpful. They have stuck with me each and every step of the way until I finally got the keys to my apartment here. Im happy with everything, so far. -

I moved in this week and so far i really like it! It seems like a nice place to live! The apartment inside is pretty nice! Also the staff is very helpfull, nice and friendly! Shelina helped us with the moving process. She made it easy and fast! Hope to enjoy my stay here in Tower Village! -
Review 15 (2017-05-19 - Rating: 4)
From the moment my roommates and I walked into the office, we were helped by Shelina. She has done a great job helping us get all the paperwork done before we left off to our homes during the summer. If you help her get what she needs, shell help you get everything done smoothly! So far so good :) -
Review 16 (2014-09-23 - Rating: 4)
I feel that the Tower Village staff has really stepped up their game recently. I never have to wait very long to meet with someone in the office, and the staff is always able to help me with what I need. The improvements to the public areas are a nice touch.Plus, as a UD student, Im saving a bunch of money by living here rather than on campus. -
Review 17 (2014-10-17 - Rating: 5)
This place is everything we could have hoped for, we just moved in but can tell this place is fantastic. The management is very attentive and kind, and will go out of their way to help you. The apartment itself is very well built and offers a lot of space. It is also very affordable but offers a lot more for the price than you would expect. -
Review 18 (2015-12-07 - Rating: 4)
I definitely have enjoyed living here. The location is great and highways are available in every direction. I like that its an isolated residential community with no unwanted guests or extra traffic in the area. The office and maintenance personnel are courteous and helpful. I wish there was more visitor parking. -
Review 19 (2017-05-10 - Rating: 4)
The community manager, Shelina Musani, responded to our emails very quickly and was very helpful. She made the process of signing the lease very smooth. There was just a little miscommunication that caused us to have to wait in the office, expecting to finish signing the lease in person, only to find out Shelina was not working that day. Other than that, she was very friendly and great. -
Review 20 (2016-05-18 - Rating: 5)
Overall, the experience has been great. The only complaint so far is the loud noise at night, but hopefully, they will have this under control soon. I just dont understand why people sleep all day and want to disturb others while they are sleeping at night. I value my sleep just as well as the next person. I will have security on speed dial. -
Review 21 (2017-08-08 - Rating: 5)
Really convenient parking complex across the street from University of Dallas. The 3 bedroom apartment is the one I lived in, and it is pretty roomy. Overall my stay at Tower Village was all right! -
Review 22 (2016-08-20 - Rating: 4)
Living here for school. Definitely not the nicest place: broken lights and locks, limited electrical outlets, and so on. But still, its not a bad apartment, and so far maintenance has been helpful. -
Review 23 (2014-12-10 - Rating: 4)
I have Tower Village to be a good option for living. It is conveniently located next to University of Dallas. But it isnt just used because its the only off-campus option for students. Theres a lot of non students who choose to live here too. -

The management seems to be trying really hard to make the complex a better place to live. I heard many horror stories from the past, but Ive found it a comfortable place to live on a budget. The new improvements look great! -
