This is a very beautiful property full of amenities, I have had the opportunity to work with Destiny, Stacie, and property manager. They go above and beyond to make sure the process is smooth. The ladies in the office are very professional and understanding in helping with your needs. The process can be a little longer than you expect , but be very patient as you are not the only applicant they are very busy working and trying their hardest to make this process as smooth as possible. I definitely appreciate the office staff for being patient with me and helping me with everything!!! Torrington is the place 😊

Beautiful property and very nice agents! The first time I came to the property Edion was so helpful. The second time I came Destiny was very informative and patient with us doing our application process. My husband and I are expecting a baby here soon, and don’t have many options to move. Destiny gave me a sign of hope explaining our next steps in the process. She is great at her job. I really hope we are approved this looks like a great community.

Dez is the best. I stopped by Torrington looking for an apartment and was told to place my name on the waiting list. I was disappointed because thats what had been happening everywhere I went. On my way to my car she came outside and told me she might have an apartment for me. Whatever happens in the application process I appreciate her professionalism and her caring spirit. Thank you Dez for your help and I hope to become a tenant of your beautiful complex soon . Again Thank you!!

Regardless of how the application goes, I love the professionalism by this complex. Alon has been very welcoming. Handling multiple tasks at the same time and still giving me her full attention. Can’t wait to start my journey here ! Amazing facility with amenities. Just bare with them everyone, they are extremely busy.

My son and I came in today for a tour. We were met by Edion and she was so helpful, patient and answered all of our questions. The apartment that we viewed was very nice. I love the designs of buildings overall and the community. I am currently on a waiting list, but I definitely look forward to becoming a Torrington resident!

My daughter lives Torrington Arcadia Trails and I must say I was so very impressed with one of the staff members named Stacie, she was so professional and considerate to the concerns of several tenants that came in while I was there with daughter. Every one who works with the public should have this young ladies compassion!

This place is absolutely beautiful, very nice community. The ladies are very nice, helpful, Edion Burns great with the paperwork with the assistance of Destiny work together and got it done. Stacie was so nice and helpful got right on it the job that they all done professional. Yessica with the team are super hard getting the job done. Thank You all for the happiness you gave us and the people that come through the office really felt welcome . THANK YOU GOD BLESS YOU ALL!

I give it 1 star for now because my nephew still waiting on his response they haven’t return his call nor keep him updated about if he’s approved or not….UPDATE Nephew said take this comment off and give Ms.Stacy a shout out and Ms Yessica they took care of me…!

I love the costumer service the property manager is so helpful and patient and even though they are still in construction it’s understandable that its kinda hectic and what not, ppl need to have patients and understand the situation and it’s so easy to find the office plus the office smells amazing I’m so ready to move in ❤️

New place super clean super friendly staff I dont give it 5 stars because I came the first time 6 months ago when they were almost empty now there are a lot of brown people littering and driving like crazy without respecting the community rules
