And a big shoutout to my Agent Rico, he was a blessing in our lives. Our beautiful Reilly renovated apartment is complete. And he responds in a timely manner. New update: was able to speak with the boss and got all my issues worked out. YAY!The rent is inexpensive and you can have an Amazon package delivered to your apartment and not worry about somebody taking it. All the residents are nice get along and look out for each other. The apartments themselves are old and a little rundown, but they’ve started renovating certain apartment buildings.

The experience has been so far amazing! Ana has been so helpful through the whole rental process for the floor plan, letting me know updates on the apartment, and showing us around. She was able to answer any of my questions and let me know about everything I needed to know. The apartment looked really nice and she made the renovations needed to it was looking nice before move in. I’ve really appreciated all of the help!

Well from experience Angelina Fabian is the most professional worker I’ve came across with when entering the facility. Her demeanor proceeds itself and comes off as welcoming and she has effective communication when it comes to dealing with problems and defusing any situation. I would recommend anyone that’s going to apply to the property ask for Angelina to assist you and you will feel like you knew her for 10 years after just one day

After several Slumming Lords, the latest group seem to understand what Gentrification is all about. They, actually are investing in Properties with a Great Location. I laugh at all the Commuters stuck trying to get to their overpriced Apartments outside 1960. Since bringing in Security, Rif Raf should look elsewhere.

This is a prime location with quick acess to I-10 and my favorite restaurants, shopping centers and movie theater. I like at the recent updates the light color flooring and kitchen cabinets are both aesthetically pleasing. Everyone has their own experience. Make your own experience at TimberRidge. My husband and I were in a rush finding a new home for us and we totally came to the right place! Bree our leasing agent was super diligent and made the process quick! We got in within two days! Our apartment is super clean and spacious with a modern feel. So far neighbors are quiet and it’s been a great start to this new chapter of our life. If you’re looking for someone professional and that makes you feel like a friend I’d totally recommend Bree as your leasing agent!

I recently moved in to these apartments just before the corona virus hit, everything was fine up until my hours had to be cut at work, I didn’t know how I was going to pay my rent.. because I spent all my money moving into my new place and I only had a little bit in savings. I was very embarrassed but I had to have this conversation with the manager I’ve never met before. The last thing I wanted was to be quicked out of my apartment. I met with the manger, Jessica, she allowed me to enter in to a payment arrangement which I was very thankful for. She was very understanding and worked with me and allowed me to live in my apartment that I love. I recommend this place to everyone despite the bad reviews. If you want a nice apartment for a good price with understanding management this is the place to go!

Ive been living in these apartments for 6 months now and I love them! I have yet to have any problems, I live right by one of the pools and I never hear any noise. The people who work here are very nice to me, I guess if you dont create problems then there will be no problems. I also feel very safe here that was something that was a huge factor when picking out a place I wanted to feel safe and I without a doubt feel safe here!

This has been the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The property is pretty well kept, maintenance is always on time, the leasing staff is amazing, friendly, and very attentive. Everytime I walk into the office I feel at home with such a welcoming staff there to meet my needs. I would definitely recommend this place. I wasnt sure at first with all these negative reviews, but its under a new company and trust me its not a bad place to live.

I lived here for a year already, never had any trouble with any of my neighbors, everyone keeps to themselves, the pools are always clean& the people in the office are very nice. If I ever have an issue with my appliances, light fixtures they immediately send some one to take care of the issue. The only issue these apartments use to have was a group of men drinking heavily in front of the apartments giving the complex a bad vibe. Its a decent place to stay& very convenient cuz the surrounding stores&school.

I can say i have never had any issues. The staff is courteous from my experience. To top it all off i left my sons iphone in a lyft ride and the driver took it to the office. Fearful it was taken i called the phone and staff informed me the driver brought it to them. I wanna say thanks because everyone is not that honest.👍
