Been living here for a little bit and Ive had no issues besides the cats sounding like a woman screaming at all hours of the night. Maintenance and front office are super nice π and get the job done. Bad part is the rent is going up π -

Never had a problem renting here...the rent has been going up everytime i renew is the only concern but all bills except electric are paid for so it evens out. Maintance is amazing here always fix things right away. Cockroaches are common at this side of town but if you talk to the office theyll sent an exterminator to help with that. -

The management is nice and the apartments are cool, the neighbors and kids however...well prepare to see the cops a lot and watch for crazy screaming around the parking lot at all hours or knocking on your door asking for money. Also people drive around the parking lot like its the indie 500 watch out -
