    We love living at Tide on 35! They really care if you’re happy being here! Very nice and friendly office staff and the maintenance department is absolutely amazing!!

    Overall great living experience. We lived here for two years. The community is kept clean and so are the common areas such as the pool/gyms/dog parks. The maintenance team is great. Jessie is very prompt and professional. If you are looking for a safe/clean place to live you have found it here.

    The office made the move in very nice!our little family feels like we are home living here! We absolutely love the coffee bar, the pool and the fitness room! The maintenance guys are right there to help when there is a problem with your house!

    First of all, the maintenance personnel here at Tide are phenomenal!! I was so happy when Kellen power washed the breezeways.. Thank you Kellen. Also I had an issue with water leaking from my shower that Jesse came and fixed as soon as w reported it.. He is GREAT!! The office personnel have been FANTASTIC!! They helped me set up my autopay… The seemed pleased to be able to help.. This is much appreciated from someone that is not too tech savvy.. Krystal and Melissa are WONDERFUL and am glad they are here to see after all of us that live here… I can’t leave Gabby out. She has been a blessing to me when I have had a question or need.. She is always very amicable… Tide has a SUPER TEAM… , My Most Sincere Thanks, RIC.. Apt 8208

    So grateful to the amazing staff here! Moving is already difficult and stressful with 2 kids and 2 pups but Krystal, Gabby and Melissa have made it so much easier. So far the experience has been a dream! From being displaced by tornadoes in southern Oklahoma to being welcomed by neighbors and the office staff at Tide on 35, here in Texas - we feel truly blessed. We are proud to call this home. Thank you everyone for welcoming us to the community. Looking forward to making great memories here.

    I have lived here for 2 years and I absolutely love it here. Ive never had a single problem with the staff, on-site workers, or surrounding residents. The pool is always clean and nice, the gym has always been well-kept, (and for those who care) I have not found a SINGLE bug, roach, or any type of insect at all in my apartment. There has been no molding and I have never really had to have anything maintenanced. The grounds are always kept very clean and this apartment complex keeps up with its landscaping. Another thing that I like is that the office is constantly engaging with us tenants. They are always setting up things like get-togethers, raffles, food, and sometimes a wine evening! I have lived in Rockport my entire life, and this apartment complex is so close to everything you need within a 5 minute drive - Rockport is small of course though. New gas station is on the same corner as the apartment so that is also VERY convenient.

    Tide on 35 a little slice of heaven would be an understatement. Just moved to the area and was looking for the perfect place to live well I found it here at the Tide on 35. about a 4-7 minute drive to all major shopping locations perfectly located off of TX-35. the office staff Gabby and Krystal were so helpful and charming and had the answers to all my questions. I got to meet the property manager Mellisa she is very professional and I can tell she is willing to help make my stay here at Tide on 35 the best experience I can have in community living.the maintenance staff amazing at what the do and how quick they get a very professional job done. Jesse always have time to chat and ask how things are and has a very down to earth vibe to him. Christian had my apartment sparkling and in excellently presented for my move in. The groundskeeper is a very friendly funny guy that keeps the property looking good he always has time to be friendly and give my pup rubs and love.I truly couldnt be happier about this location and all the friendly community that I am surrounded by. The amazing pool the fitness center free yoga on Fridays a dog park with a washing station for pup bathing. it truly doesnt get any better than this. thank you Tide on 35 for everything you provide for the best community living that can be presented for me.

    Thank you, Tide 35 staff! Especially Kellan, for always working so hard to make the property look amazing!I absolutely love it here! My daughter and I moved from Colorado without even seeing the place in person. The features in the apartment went above and beyond expectations. They have a great dog park. The pool area is amazing, and we go daily. The best part is that everyone who lives here is so friendly and welcoming. I have not heard a single noise from surrounding neighbors as everything is so quiet due to it being built well. Great experience coming down from Colorado and couldnt be happier. I would recommend this place to anyone!

    Our newly built apartment offers the perfect blend of modern amenities and natural beauty. The stunning wooded views and easy access to the shore make every day feel like a vacation.One of the best aspects of living here is the community. The people are friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Its also a pet-friendly environment, which is a huge plus for us. Our furry friends have made plenty of pals, and there are ample spaces for them to play and explore.The apartment itself is beautifully designed with contemporary finishes and all the conveniences we need. The management team is responsive and helpful, ensuring that any maintenance requests are handled promptly.Overall, we couldnt be happier with the combination of a picturesque location, wonderful neighbors, and a pet-friendly policy makes this place truly special. If youre looking for a coastal paradise to call home, we highly recommend these apartments!

    Tide on 35 is such a great community. The property is clean, the residents and staff are friendly, and the amenities are well kept. The management puts a lot of effort into the community activities, ie. food truck Fridays, live music by the pool, yoga classes, etc. We love living here. :)

    This place has been amazing , Gabby, Krystal and Melissa are very kind . From being displaced by foundation issues, a tornado, and being almost homeless, the staff at Tide On 35 has really made us feel at home again . Wellness Wednesdays, yoga Saturdays , a beautiful pool, 24 hour fitness room, 24 hour cardio room, a package room - this place has it all . It has been an amazing experience and everyone is kind and welcoming, we are proud to call this place home .

    I loved my visit to this community! My friends recently moved in & invited me over to visit their new home since I will soon be in the market to find a new apt. The community is beautiful, everything was so well kept up it was very impressive. I was able to speak with the office staff & the manager I believe his name was Aaron. He was so kind & told us the ins & outs of the community showed us the floor plans they had coming available & their amenities. My husband & I were definitely impressed.If you are looking for a new apartment please visit Tide on 35 & ask for Aaron! September can’t come soon enough!

    Tide on 35 has such a welcoming atmosphere. The property is always clean and tidy. The staff are exceptional. Aaron, Emily, Gaby, Jesse, Johnathan, and Christian all go above and beyond to make sure the residents are taken care of. They really do make you feel like you are the most important person. No other apartment complex can compare. Having such a wonderful staff that residents can depend on makes the whole experience excellent. I would recommend Tide on 35 to anyone!

    Tide on 35 is a beautiful newly built property with an amazing staff. When you enter the office you are greeted by a lovely team. The atmosphere of the office is phenomenal. There is a beautiful pool to enjoy and relax in, their fitness center is state of the art and the apartments have so many amazing qualities. Tide on 35 is the perfect place to call home in the Rockport area.

    Wow!! I just moved into my apartment at Tide On 35 about a week ago and Im completely blown away by how nice everything is. The apartment, the grounds, and the amenities are all perfect. Gabby and Aaron have both been so kind and helpful and Jesse was prompt and courteous in taking care of a couple of small maintenance requests that I had. Even though I havent been here very long, the staff has been so welcoming that it already feels like home. If you are looking for an apartment in Rockport then I highly recommend Tide On 35.11/5/2023 UPDATEI have been at Tide On 35 for around 8 months now. I just had a maintenance request a few days ago and felt compelled to update my review. The clothes dryer was not properly heating up. No worries though. The maintenance guys Jonathan and Chris had a new dryer installed very quickly. They did an awesome job! My review still stands at 5 stars! I would give more stars if I could. Thank you Tide On 35 staff for providing consistently excellent service!

    My experience since may has been nothing short of amazing! The staff has always been helpful in times I’ve needed and very generous. The atmosphere is really great. I’m friends with many of the neighbors. The pool is quiet, no parties and no rambunctious neighbors. The overall theme here is pleasant. I use all the facilities here and have never once had an issue! The gym is updated and I use it everyday. The fridge stays stocked with an array of beverages including sparkling water! The apartment it’s self was brand new so I have 0 complaints! If anything is ever needed they are quick to respond and resolve the issue.Highly recommend this complex! The one I can from in midland was a complete nightmare so I don’t usually do reviews it’s got be either reallllly terrible or really amazing!So thank you Tide! Im definitely renewing!

    Absolutely love these apartments. I am amazed at how roomy and well built they are. The common area and pool/outside entertaining area is one of the nicest I’ve seen. Beautiful, coastal feel, just outside of all the hustle and bustle. I would highly recommend to all my friends or family.

    Tide on 35 is a lovely place with great amenities, especially the state of the art fitness center. Their friendly staff makes you feel welcome from the beginning. Everything is brand new and worth every dollar.

    Im only giving Christian a 5 star review. Since our dishwasher broke in about 2 weeks of move in, Im holding off on my apartment review! True, Emily, Aaron, and Gabby are really nice, but they have to be to encourage people to live here. Enough said for now.

    This place is amazing to live at. I have lived here for a few months and it is a great place to live. The grounds are keep clean and the office staff is friendly and always helpful. Maintenance staff is friendy and quick with any work orders. This place is as nice as the pictures.
