I recently moved in to thrive and so far I have not had a bad experience. The ladies in the front were very helpful. Vanessa helped me with all my questions and concerns. So far it’s been a good experience! Only thing that I wish we can register more guests to visit. Only 2 guest per apartment, I wish we can add more coming from a big family.

I love living here the office. The office staff is amazing Jessica, Vanessa, and the manager Ana. They have made my stay here very comfortable and smooth. I look forward to staying here for many years.

When looking for a clean, and safe place to live while still being affordable I was having a hard time. But then I happen to drive by and Thrive caught my attention. Long story short staff was and still is extremely helpful and they took their time with all of my questions and concerns. Now I live here and anytime I have needed something done at my apartment or anytime I’ve had a concern they immediately take care of the situation. Very communicative, and super sweet ladies upfront. As for the amenities and property it is always very clean . Couldn’t be any happier!!!

I love these apartments!!!! So much I can say from the keyless apartment doors to the beautiful pool. Gym is always so clean and they have a PELOTON!!!! Not only that but the girls in the front are super nice and attentive to everyone. The one and only time I needed something fixed at my apartment they responded quick and took care of it immediately. Them being a new complex and having the smart ac, double paneling windows, humidity reader etc., my electricity bill comes really low ….! I love how clean the property is aswell!!! For such a beautiful and upgraded apartment i find them to be cheap !!!! See myself here for a while !!!!

I am a first time renter and I was really nervous looking for a place to live, but the staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The approval process was extremely fast. I sent in all my info and within 1week later I was able to move in.Neighborhood is very kid friendly and the apartments are spacious

The assistant manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. Although I did not get approved due to my income being over the limit, I was well informed and really liked the new unit. I was informed that my fees was non refundable but I don’t know any properties that does give refunds. I am beyond happy with the device Ana provided and will be sending my friends her way. Thanks for your help and being so knowledgeable!

Lived here 6 months and already thinking of renewing. I’ve had several get togethers and someone always starts touring and asking about floor-plan pricing. Maintenance and the front desk have always been helpful and quick to respond. Just recently Miriam at the front desk stayed late because I lost my keys. Got me a new set and set me up with an app to unlock my door when inevitably lose my key again. Best complex I’ve lived in for a long time.

I love living here. The office staff is Awesome!! I was affected by the tornado that hit Houston in February. Trying to find a place ASAP. It was frustrating. Thrive Almeda Genoa past out flyers to help the people at Beamer Place Apt. If they hadnt done that. Ill probably still be looking. I had put in 2 or 3 applications at a couple of Apt. No one called. Im just lucky that I was able to get everything done and able to move in. Havent had any problems. Everyone is super nice and friendly. Everything is clean and organized. Plus comes with a pool and a gym. Thanks to the office staff for everything youve done for me. ☺️👍

Been living here for 2weeks and so far I love it . Had a few issues from the moment I moved in but the maintenance people(guy) really worked hard to figure it out and fix it . Also the ladies in the office especially Anahi was sweet and very upfront .She took me around and showed me two different apartments. I don’t feel like she ever lied to me at all about anything here. As far as the application fee and what to expect . It clearly states in the application what their requirements are so not sure why some people were shocked because their applications were not accepted. I guess some people do not read the application as they are filling it out. Anywho I love it here staff, neighbors and amenities. The only issue is I wish people that lived here would clean up after themselves on the weekends around the pool. There’s always toys(from parties) cups drinking cans and random stuff left behind . And that’s because there are trash cans and they still can’t pick up after themselves. But I guess we can’t win them all.

PROS:The 1 bedroom is very spacious. Loving the appliances, I only hear my neighbors outside the front door, I don’t hear anyone when they go in the apartment. It’s pretty quiet on my side, mailroom is nice and gym is decent.CONS:The gate going out of the apartment is a major headache, because it opens towards you I feel like it’s going to hit my car one day lol, the people in the office are very sweet but they barely answer the phone chile, my patio view is a motel parking lot but hey you get what you pay for. And I really feel we need security on the premises if possible.That’s it other than that it’s a nice complex in a convenient area 5 min from the airport. I would definitely renew here! ❤️

I thankful that I found me this apartment the staff was really helpful in the process and they are very friendly and responsive the property manager was very engaged keeping me updated with my application. The apartment are so beautiful and peaceful. A great place for me and my family
