Visited this property and liked what i saw. Very well kept and maintained. Humble team that showed us around and prices were good as well. They have updated apartments, better than the others I visited in the same area. Value for money in my opinion.

The complex is very clean with friendly and quiet neighbors. The apartment is beautiful and the fireplace adds an elegant touch especially now during the holiday time. Furthermore the property manager Ms. Silvia is very polite and welcoming. You can tell everyone including the maintenance Mr. Norman works hard to keep The Woods community comfortable and peaceful. This is home.🧡

Due to a personal situation, I have to move to a new place after living in the Woods apartments for 9 years. Norman the handyman is a very professional and respectful man. He is a trustworthy person and always does a good job. Around the apartments he always keeps everything clean and he always pays fast attention to the work orders I sent to the office. .. Sylvia the office Manager always was ready to help me with paperwork or anything related to my apartment, she is a professional lady and she takes care of the property.Im sure I will miss living here.... Unfortunately I never met the owner in person. But I want to say thank so much to Sylvia and Norman for be always being there to support the residents at any point.... I really hope their boss appreciates their employees, both of them are very good employees.Thanks for everything.

I love this place. I have been living here for eight years and it has been a very pleasant experience. Management has always taken care of my concerns and my work orders have been done promptly. Sylvia runs this complex well as she and Norman (Maintenance Man) have always been very helpful. It is by far the safest place I have lived here in Houston. I appreciate the fact that they take my concerns seriously and how they keep the property looking so nice. Great job to Sylvia and Norman for making the property feel like home.

Sylvia was so sweet and went above and beyond to help me apply for a 1 bedroom. She works hard to maintain a peaceful and safe community. While I was in the office I met the maintenance man, Norman. He was very friendly and joked with the both of us. As I was touring the property I noticed how well maintained it was.

I am a vendor for the property and I must say Sylvia is great to work with, if I have any issues she addresses it right away and works with me. She is a sweet heart and really cares about her property and tenants. Her years of experience in the multifamily industry is very rare to find, hence why she’s been running this property since 2009. 10/10 property, older property but extremely homey, well kept and everyone is very neighborly.

I have been living here since September 2022. The location is perfect. It’s on New 90 off Beltway 8 with easy access to 610, and I-10 as well. I chose the location because its close to downtown and there is never traffic on New 90. I love driving home from downtown because the woods are a peaceful view.As for the actual apartments themselves, the pictures online is exactly how it looks, GORGEOUS. They also have wood-burning chimneys! It is the only apartment complex that I have ever seen that offers a 740sq ft 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment that doesn’t have an apartment on top, therefore I never hear footsteps! The apartments have a decent size patio with 6 ft wood fences that give you privacy.I have really loved living here and I love the updates they have done to the apartment complex such as parking lot lines and pool furniture. I definitely recommend living here :) They keep up with their landscaping every week. The grass is always nice and even. There are cameras which help you feel safer and of course make sure people are held accountable if doggy poop is not picked up or if trash is not disposed of properly. It helps keep the apartment complex clean.I personally had a few pests problems but it was only when it would rain heavy for days and the manager always makes sure that I get pest control to take care of it as soon as possible. I have lived pest free for almost a whole year which I really appreciate. If maintenance is needed, it is taken care of within 24 hours as long as it is communicated to the manager. One time, maintenance fixed my garbage disposal within 5 minutes of me submitting a request.I have really loved living here and I love the updates they have done to the apartment complex such as parking lot lines and pool furniture. I definitely recommend living here :)

Living in The Woods Apartments has been a really good experience. It’s a very calm environment. Manager is very nice. Just now I had an issue with my AC unit and within 10 minutes our maintenance guy ( Norman) was taking care of the problem. Thank you Norman 😃

I have lived here for a year now and I love it here. It’s a nice, clean, quiet community. I’ve had 1 issue and maintenance was here within the hour. They have gatherings during the holidays to bring the community together. You really are treated like family here.

I came in about 2 weeks ago inquiring about an apartment. Silvia gave me the details of what was available and showed me an apartment. The second I walked in, it felt like home, I just had to have it! I loved the layout, the colors, the space and the community feeling overall. Im sure my application process was more challenging than most, but Silvia helped me with every step (even helped me fill out a money order for the deposit lol), calling me to let me know where we were in the process, she knew i wanted to live here and was determined to make it happen for me. Well today she called to tell me the apartment was officially mine! I will move in soon and am very excited for my new home! Thank you so much Silvia!

I lived here from 2011 until 2015 the rent has gone up a little since I left but they are still the best price in the area in the four years I lived there. There were to times peoples car got broken into but that will happen anywhere your at. They have a pool and me and the apartment manager got a long just do as she ask its not like she is asking anything crazy I will and have recommended friends

The woods apartments condominium is a spectacular place to live in peace and harmony, the apartments are comfortable, spacious, recently renovated, the neighborhood is very quiet and safe, the green areas and surroundings are kept very clean and plowed. Mrs. Silvia is very attentive, pleasant, she explains all doubts with a lot of patience and dedication, she always has a smile and treats everyone well, as does Mr. Norman, who is very helpful, kind, both are very efficient in their work and They do it with love. They also carry out festive activities to enjoy and share among all the neighbors and children. I recommend it 100 percent. It is an ideal place to live with family and children with a healthy environment that makes us feel like a real home.
