Title: Great Community & Location with a Few Areas for ImprovementI’ve had a great experience living at The Westheimer Apartments. The location is excellent—close to great restaurants, shopping, and major highways, making daily life very convenient. The community itself is well-kept, with beautiful landscaping and great amenities like the gym, clubhouse which I really enjoy.The staff has been helpful and responsive, and maintenance requests are usually handled in a timely manner. Moving in was a breeze! Ariel was amazing—his excellent communication and expertise made the process even faster than I expected. The gym is well-equipped with everything you need for a great workout, and the smart access app adds so much convenience. Plus, the location in Montrose is unbeatable—just steps away from cafes, restaurants, Target, and more. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend The Westheimer Apartments. I have been living here for about a month and my experience so far has been amazing. The front desk people are so kind. Ariel in particular is always welcoming to any questions I might have. There are always parking spots not too far from the elevator when I get to the complex. For my apartment, I obviously love the layout and the finishing, but if you need any maintenance submitting a form is super simple and they always come fix any problem within a couple of days. I honestly can’t say I see any issues with this complex apart from its too close every food place around lol. The location is great with it being right in between River Oaks and Montrose.

We love it in here. It is central, convenient, quiet, clean and most importantly we feel safe in here. The management is kind, and the neighborhood is perfect. For the money we pay, we feel it gives a great value to our rent. Overall, a great place to live - even the cat agrees!

Highly recommend the Westheimer apartments, staff there is great, maintenance is on top of thier stuff. Security at night. Walkable (for houston standards) to coffee shops and restaurants in Montrose.Con- not the best for dog owners, very small space on side of building for them that’s mainly electrical boxes some grass and concrete; maintenance does pick up poop often because dog owners here seem incapable to do so. It quickly stacks up with such a small space and can turn the area nasty. Walking along Westheimer rd is rough for dogs as the pathways are tiny and cars move across the potholes very quickly.Great apartment building overall.

Great location and a perfect fit for my wife and I. I just moved out of Westheimer Apartments and even though we had issues (elevator not working at times, noise complaints, etc.), Adrian ensured we were in good hands. He was always so responsive to our requests and was able to resolve almost every issue we had!

Moving to Houston from abroad was made so much easier because of her. She is always smiling and ready to help with any concerns related to the apartment. The Westheimer Apartments are absolutely amazing. Fantastic location, but the staff is what makes this place so great! Ally has been a great help from the beginning of the touring process. Roxanne is always sweet and is always up for a conversation. Jordan is an absolute joy to see daily and has always gone above and beyond for any customer service needs! I personally had an interesting incident happen and he made sure everything was taken care of beyond what I expected! 10/10 would recommend this location to any of my friends and family!

We are so happy that we decided to live here at the Westheimer! The community here is wonderful. Weve met lots of friendly neighbors, some of whom have become close friends. The staff often host get-togethers which really develop a sense of community here. All the staff are so caring and friendly, and they are so prompt at taking care of things if ever an issue comes up. Its always a pleasure to stop in for a chat with them during the day! The maintenance staff are always helpful if ever we need them, theyve always been quick to help with any minor issues we may have had.We love our apartment, its spacious and has everything we need. The amenities (pools, gym, rec room, etc) suit our needs really well too. The Westheimer is also really well located. There are plenty of great restaurants and coffee shops nearby and its easy to walk around the area. :)I would highly recommend this apartment, its a great place to live!

Ive lived here since December 2018 & recently transferred to a new unit on the property. The fact that Ive decided to stay is an endorsement of the property and management here. Ive been in Houston since 2014 and this is the first apartment community that I have chosen to stay beyond the initial lease term. I am pretty picky but simply put: Pros outweigh the Cons for me. 4/5 stars based on 14+ months as a resident.The building is pretty well maintained; though the elevators go out on a semi-regular basis & more often than not the grills seem to be out of gas (hard-line gas for the grills would be awesome!). -1 starOffice and maintenance staff are friendly, competent, and have been the same familiar faces since I moved in late 2018 *knock on wood*. In particular, Jordan has been especially diligent and helpful for my needs as a resident, and for navigating the details for transferring to a new unit. But I should add that on a whole, the office staff have been very approachable, professional, and helpful for any of the needs I have brought forth. +1 starMost of the residents are also friendly, and something I greatly appreciate is its mostly working class folks that behave considerately *knock on wood again* - I have encountered a couple of aggressive dogs (thats the owners faults, not the pups), but the majority are well-behaved. +1 starParking is no problem, the amenities are solid, and the location is convenient. +1 starThe lease rates are competitive. In my opinion this property is a solid balance of quality & cost. +1 star

Just moved in and it was a seem less and very pleasant experience. Beginning from the signing of the rental agreement, a quick tour of the premises to finally moving in to the apartment was very smooth and enlightening. The surroundings were very clean and impeccable kept. The staff and residents appears to be quite friendly and very helpful. I enjoyed and liked all the amenities (especially) the exercise room. Finally, the location is perfect for grocery shopping or any other shopping/entertainment experience you have in mind to do.

I loved loved living here! Everything is so clean and the location is fabulous. We had an amazing view from our apartment. The staff are extremely friendly. I loved getting to know Roxanne, Allie and Jordan at the front office. Maintenance was always on top of it when we needed them. They have accommodated us very well. I would recommend this place to anyone! Amenities are great ei. pool, coffee bar, dog area. Apartments are very well furnished too. I always felt very safe as well.

This apartment complex is really well maintained. I’ve never seen one pest in my two years here and that’s a feat for Texas especially in the summers. Maintenance staff respond to work orders quickly and the leasing staff are always cordial and really helpful and willing to go the extra mile. The floor plans are spacious and the balconies are the largest I’ve seen and I toured a LOT of apartments. The ceilings are high and the finishes are all really high quality. I’ve toured other apartments and the doors feel cheap etc. Great cabinet space, granite, etc.If I had to take off a star it would be that the gym could use some updating and there’s an ongoing issue with elevator maintenance. There are three so you’re never stranded, but it’s inconvenient to go to the one closest to you and find that it’s out of order.All in all I highly recommend this property. It’s secure and updated and very clean. There’s plenty of parking in the garage. Honestly for the location and the price I think it’s the best option in the area. There are cheaper options but you’re not getting the upgraded finishes, covered parking, spacious floor plans and those sorts of perks. I recommend making The Westheimer your home. It hasn’t disappointed the entire time I’ve lived here.

I have lived at The Westheimer Apartments for 3 years. My unit feels so homely. The best thing I love about the community is the location. Its located 10 – 15 minutes from Downtown, the Medical Center, Herman Park, Museum District, Houston Zoo, and the Galleria. The management team and staff are very professional, proactive, and responsive. Jordan Greene, the assistant manager, always goes above and beyond to help with any issues I had. He’s customer service is exceptional. I accidentally through my keys down the trash chute Saturday after hours. I was in a panic. I sent him an email asking could my keys be retrieved. I really wasn’t expecting him to respond until Sunday or Monday and definitely thought maintenance couldn’t do anything until Monday. Jordan responded to my email within minutes saying maintenance will get my keys and contact me so I can get them. Jordan saved the day! He truly cares about the community and residences.Positives:• Very clean and well maintained community• Clean and well maintained community gym with nice machines, free weights, towel service, and water.• Free coffee bar with decent coffee, hot chocolate and teas.• Trendy comfy clubhouse, nice game room, and yoga room.• The community is very diverse, pleasant and quiet for the most part.• Community socials with pretty good food and monthly food trucks on property.• Package lockers and text notification.• Fast maintenance staff when theres an issue.• Plenty of garage parking.• Trash chutes in convenient locations• Washer and dryers in each unitNegatives:• The service elevator is down some times and is put out of service to be used for moving frequently• The ceilings are thin. If you have upstairs neighbors you will hear them washing clothes, running the dishwasher, and walking.

This has been one of the best properties I have lived at. Jordan, Ally, and Roxanne have been truly amazing to not just work with, but to also go down and just visit on some days! They are always very welcoming, and quick to take care of any concerns that may come up (which are minimal.) The maintenance team is very helpful and personable. This property isnt just a place to live, but a community full of family. I always recommend The Westheimer to anyone I know looking for a great place to live thats also in an amazing part of the city.

Living at the Westheimer has been a great experience! The staff is wonderful and very customer service oriented. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help me. I make use of the pool, business center, gym and billiards room (all are wonderful). They are all impeccably well maintained.Anytime I have had any kind of maintenance issue (from water filter in the refrigerator being replace to have the a/c filter being replaced to replacing a light bulb) the team here is always very quick to respond and resolve the issue.Recently I had an issue and the resident manager, Jordan, was so helpful and understanding. You can tell he really cares about the tenants needs. He was able to help me resolve the issue quickly.I shouldnt just single out one person, all of the staff there is outstanding (Diana, Ally, Roxanne, Moises, etc).

The Westheimer Apartments has great spaces with high ceilings, community events, all the amenities you need (my personal favorite is the amazon lockers and the free coffee), but the best part about this complex is their office staff!The staff here goes out of their way to accommodate. We had to break our lease to move from a 1BR to 2BR and Allie genuinely helped us through the process and did not just screw us over and take our money like most complexes would’ve.Jordan and Roxanne are THE sweetest and are always ready to help. Seriously such a pleasure working with this office staff, service like this is hard to find with apartment complexes! Also, in regards to maintenance... if something breaks they fix it pretty quickly!My only con is that the building could be a little more secure. (More security cameras, key fobs at stairwells, etc.) Also, I wish we could fob into the front doors of the lobby (like we can at the back door) at night.

This is an initial review regarding my leasing process and staff so far. I will definitely be updating it based on further experiences.Definitely so far, the BEST aspect of my experience has been Allie. She has been straightforward, professional all with the most positive attitude and she definitely gets things DONE. My schedule has been very hectic, and have been very grateful for her patience and keeping me on track with everything to get my desired apartment.-Great access to elevators-Clean complex with great amenities that seem to be well kept-Unit is beautiful, spacious patio/balcony-Parking seems unproblematic-Location is fantastic and close to a couple of my favorite spots (Paulies, Brown Bag Deli, Agora)Will update further with more pros/cons and experiences!

They do a great job planning resident events and happy hours, and bringing food trucks to the apartments.The team was most helpful when I needed help with appartment repairs. Jordan Greene did a great job finding a reasonable quote and scheduling a time for repairs. Happy with my experience so far!

Could really be more responsive to noise level complaints, as they are to animal violations. Put reminders out about substantial issues, not just entertainment and dog poop clean ups! After all, we are paying tenants,but none of us own the property. Some tenants just act as if they are in their own house.

I’ve lived here for the past year and couldn’t have picked a better place to call home for my first year in Houston. Only reason for not renewing my lease is due to a change in living situation and budget. Only complaint I have is if your balcony faces a courtyard or pool area, you can hear literally everything your neighbors are doing and saying. Usually this wouldn’t be too big of an issue because it’s just something that comes with apartment living but we’ve been unfortunate enough to have some disrespectful neighbors who like to throw parties until 3 in the morning :/ but everything else has been great. Allie, Roxanne, and Jordan in the office have never been anything but friendly and helpful, maintenance guys are top notch and always on their game, also incredibly nice. No pest issues, hallways, common areas, and the gym are ALWAYS maintained well. The location is great, walkable distance to so many Montrose bars and restaurants. 10/10 would recommend and I will be sad to leave.Edit: I’m removing a star because the last three months of living here have been tainted with loud, obnoxious, and disrespectful neighbors keeping us up late at night and waking us up early every morning. If you choose to live here and value your peace and quiet, ask for an apartment facing the streets because nothing will be done about loud neighbors.

I have lived in Houston for a little over a year now and The Westheimer was an easy choice for me. I was set on living in Montrose and the pricing is extremely reasonable for the location. This is a luxury community with beautiful amenities; everything about living here is convenient. One of my favorite parts about the location is that it is walking distance to HEB and Trader Joes; what a dream come true. I have easy freeway access and commuting anywhere in Houston from here is a breeze. Another huge plus, Target is getting put in directly next door where the old Randalls was. Location really cant get any better than this. Allie helped my husband and I through the leasing process, she has been the best and I am so grateful to her and the rest of the team. Roxanne, one of the leasing consultants, was extremely helpful in my transition to Houston and actually was super helpful with my job hunt - I wouldn’t have landed a job so quickly if it weren’t for her. Jordan, the assistant manager, is the best. The staff is very attentive and maintenance is on top of their game - everyone is seriously amazing here. I wish I had some constructive criticism, but I truly don’t. I have been living in apartment communities for roughly 10 years now and this one is my favorite by far. Thank you so much for making The Westheimer feel so much like home for my family & I and for being so welcoming in our transition to Texas!

I have been living here for about a month now and my experience have been more than exceptional. From the initial leasing process and very friendly office staff to the maintenance team who are always responding in a swiftly manner and making sure that our community stay up to par.Not only are the westheimer staff amazing, but there are great amenities as well.-spacious floor plans and beautiful granite countertops-a nice clean gym (open 24hrs)-plenty of garage parking for community & guest-security at night-elevators in convient locations-apts location is amazing (food spots, groceries stores, and not too far from midtown/downtown)-resident lounge with free wifi/coffee-etc, etcSide Note: We were recently hit with a winter storm, which was out of their control of course, but the way the office/maintenance staff responded to everything that was in their control was AGAIN exceptional. For me, it was important to see how staff responded during a crisis, and it seem that they went above and beyond for us even when they were going through the same thing. They kept us updated on the power/water outage, opened up the game/yoga/residential room to keep us warm when half of the apartment complex regained power, still available on site when we needed them, responded swiftly to questions sent via email and even provided us with breakfast tacos one morning.So thank you Westheimer staff for making this more than a home and making it feel like a community!

I moved in January. I worked with Jordan for 99% of everything. He was super friendly, very helpful, and super quick to reply to all of my questions.I looked at 10+ apartment complexes in the area prior to deciding on the Westheimer. Jordan was very up front about how the pricing worked and there were no games/negotiations. I am very satisfied with my rent.I saw some reviews from years back stating the walls were thin. I havent really found that to be the case. For ~1 week there was some noise above my bedroom, I assume that was due to a new tenant moving in. I am a very light sleeper.The additional water bill/sewage bill wasnt fully spelled out on the lease (or maybe I am dense and missed it). I have found the amount is negligible (< $20/month on my most recent bill), and I spent too much time googling what it should cost prior to signing the lease.

My wife and I lived here for over 4 years and theyve been a great 4 years. It is a fantastic location, nearby to everything. Love being able to walk to multiple supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. Excited to move into our own home but sad to be leaving. Big props to Jordan and Roxanne who helped us with a short extension to our lease when our dates for moving got messed up, went above and beyond to help us out. The office staff have always been helpful the whole time we have been here and always helped us out when we needed it.

Literally everyone on staff at the front office and in maintenance has been very open, honest, and upfront about things. Theyve all been very accommodating within reason. Issues that have arisen have been handled promptly, and I dont have one single solitary iota of a complaint with the property itself. Parking hasnt been an issue either, there is always a spot available. I highly recommend this property as a place to call home.

I moved out of The Westheimer apartments in August 2018 to be closer to my office. What a big mistake!! My goodness, the old saying could not be more true...you dont know how good you have it, until its gone. My new luxury apartment is horrible. If you are considering the Westheimer, know that you will always be treated with respect, professionalism, and kindness. Not to mention that the Maintenance staff was top notch. There was never a problem too big or too small. They were there in a flash. Miss the location and all the ammenities as well. I am considering moving back. Miss yall!!!

My fiancee and I have really enjoyed living at the Westheimer. The location is great and were definitely happy we chose to live here when we moved to Houston last summer!
