I’m so glad we got a new manager at the vines in October. Lucy has been the best with any work orders or issues I have here in my apartment. I was ready to move out but I now see myself here as my forever home. Which works out in my kids favor because they love their school lol

Amazing maintenance staff! Santo and Enriqueta saved me today when my washing machine flooded my apartment and helped so much. They let me know that there was water coming from my apartment before I even noticed while sleeping during the day due to working nights. Not a second after I called for help they were there and I don’t know what I would have done without their help. Going the extra mile above and beyond anything I have ever experienced before just to make sure that I had everything handled. So thankful for this great staff!

The Vines apartments is an astonishingly beautiful property, upon arrival I was greeted by Henrietta with a very positive and jovial attitude. She was very knowledgeable about all the questions I asked in regards to the property and area, especially safety because I have a seven year old son and his safety and well-being is priority number one to me. Henrietta was very kind and courteous to show my son and I all around the property and show us all the amenities The Vines have to offer, I was blown away by all the time Henrietta took out of her busy schedule to make sure my son and I were well taken care of and we could call The Vines our home. I say this because before visiting The Vines my son and I visited Somerset and Vista and their customer service was truly unexceptional, we were not greeted at all upon coming inside and had to wait Sixteen minutes before anyone would acknowledge us. Upon taking a tour of the complex the leasing agent kept being on the phone and rushing the whole tour and not taking the time to make sure we were pleased with the complex, it was a totally bad experience. Henrietta represent what great customer service should be and look like at all times, I hope my son and I can call The Vines our home. Thank you so much Henrietta for a magnificent tour and hope to see you again. God bless.

Ive read some other reviews, let this review bring you some clarity.01/17/2020 the current staff is solid. There are some areas of improvement that should be tightened up but all & all they are organized, prompt, & very nice. As a new resident, the amount of initiative I had to take to make sure the process ran smoothly was not overwhelming, but, one must have the capacity to take responsibility. I dont really write reviews but I notice that most folks who do are complainers. The complex is inexpensive, very well kept, residents are nice, & again the staff is solid. The pool looks dope! Decently sized, cant wait til summer! Hope this review helps.

Place is under new management, and theyve been great! Remodeling the whole complex. Staff is professional, and always available. They made my son and I feel welcome, and comfortable with my decision to live here. From my understanding, the old management wasnt so great. I feel bad for those who had to deal with poor management and not getting their needs met. Its much different now! The property manager, Kitty is awesome! Id highly recommend The Vines apartments to anyone!

Jim and Evan in maintenance are amazing! They came to help with an issue I was having with my stove and went above and beyond. They even interacted with my very busy 2 year old which warms my heart because I know they came to do a job. I appreciate their help every time I have an issue it’s always resolved in a timely manner.

I am very happy that I found out about The Vines. When I came into the office I was looking for a 1 bedroom that I could hopefully move into that day and with the help of Margarita she made that possible for me. This place is great. I’ve never seen any other leaders work as hard as Chuck and Madison. They have a great staff and always helpful. I stopped by to pay my rent and I’m thrilled at how busy everyone is but how effective they are at the same time. This is the place to live if you want to be welcomed and feel right at home. Everyone takes their time to stop what they’re doing to listen to any requests. 👍

Ive lived here for 3+ years & dealt with all the changes with management. Its been a good apartment complex overall. The grounds tend to be kept up, and neighborhood is better than most.Monica and her staff have been willing to work with me the few times I have needed or listened to my frustrations with the maintenance staff. Quickly addressing the issues when they come up, if possible.The only issue I do have is the weed smell from my neighbors. Unfortunately due to not being able to pinpoint which one, I have had to just deal with it. Only reason for the 4/5 star.

The office staff here is great! they are friendly and caring. They help out when needed. The manager is nice. Most of my contact has been with Laurie and Madison who are wonderful to deal with. Chuck and James the maintenance staff are great too!

This place has been perfect for me, affordable and reliable. The staff here have been nothing but helpful and responsive with anything I need! The property manger Enriqueta is A-1, super understanding and helpful! Kindell and Caitlyn have also been so so so helpful, always answers my question and are also just awesome people to talk with! The maintenance here have also been super cool and took care of what I needed in a timely manner. Would recommend to friends and family!Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!

As a first-time renter, my sons move-in experience has by FAR been the smoothest and best! Enriquetta has been professional, responsive, extremely courteous and very accommodating. She has gone out of her way to ensure that the process was seamless, and she truly makes you feel valued as a new tenant. I am very content that my son has chosen to make the Vines Apartments his new home and Im sure that with Enriquetta, he is looking forward to a wonderful rental experience!

Although I prob. Wouldnt pick an apartment complex with a towing policy where visitors have to leave personal info. With a towing company next time. The staff is 5 Star! Madison & Caitlyn are pros. Are the voice for the tenants & we appreciate them!

If she did not know the answer she was honest and told me she would find out and follow up with me, which she has. Not many people stand by their word but she does. As I’m coming up on a month of living here, everything has been amazing. From finding the apartment online to contacting Kindell, getting information and setting up a tour, to making sure all my paperwork was in order so when it came to the day of the move it was quick and easy. And because of the cold temperatures (I moved in on February 13th, the day before snowpocolyse 2021) the lock didn’t work, and maintenance was out as soon as possible to come and fix the problem. Truly some amazing people and I’m happy with my choice to move here.

The vines is a nice little apartment for starting out or if youre tight on money. Ive noticed a lot of one star reviews but my experience with the vines hasnt been bad. Our apartment is nice and the only thing that doesnt work is the dishwasher, and if wed found that within the first 48 hours of being here, it wouldve been fixed for free. The office staff is always kind and ready to help us with whatever we need. The mailing service is reliable and the neighbors seem fine (theres a lot of babies and families here). They just painted all the buildings and repaved and repainted the parking lot. They do maintenance on really whatever needs fixing as soon as they can get to it. And as I said before, our apartment itself is pretty nice. All the lights and fans work. Six closets. A nice bathroom with a good shower and plumbing system. Nice appliances in the kitchen (except for that dishwasher of course). Space enough for me! Joe from the office is a sweetie and we love dealing with them.The only drawbacks are some that have been mentioned In other reviews. Fifty dollar cable bill whether you have a tv or not. They do turn the water off sometimes without telling you. The pools arent always crispy clean but theyre fine enough to swim in. There are a lot of families here with a lot of babies but it doesnt seem very communal. They did lie about the rent when we moved in. Were paying a little more than we were told we would.But this place is good for me, because Im just starting out. And Im good at finding the great things about everything. Id reccomend.

Within the next couple of months we will be on our way to Nashville. Sadly we can’t take this apartment complex with us or we would. Lore, Maddie, Monica and the friendly head of maintenance dude (can’t remember his name) are all great and make a great team! Before coming to the vines we were staying at Oak Forest which I would NOT recommend to ANYONE! Do yourselves a favor and come to The Vines, they are so much friendlier and so much more professional!

The are prompt to respond to any request, they do fun activities for the kids for holidays and take care of their residence that are in need by doing food drives for holidays and times of need such as COVID-19. I can not say enough about this place! The Staff makes The Vines an amazing place to live!

I’ve lived here since July of 2020 and since then the staff here have become like family. We’ve survived the rest of 2020 together and now we’re trudging through 2021 as a team.
