Chase was very professional and quick to respond to find a space that suited my needs. I enjoyed the curated list and quick narrowing down to best choices and finding a time to view the space. He was present for the first loft showing which I appreciated that he cared to meet in person. After that follow up was all done via every day text or email up until lease was signed.

When I started looking for a new apartment, Chase Heckendorn reached out of seemingly nowhere like my personal apartment angel 😇 He made me feel taken care of throughout the entire process checking in from time to time and helping to guide me through the process answering any questions I had along the way. When I first started the search to find a place to live in Dallas, I tried searching for apartments myself. That turned to a disaster quickly as the places were not well kept. I was then told to use a locator to find a place, and that was when I met Phyllis. She helped me find several places at great monthly price within the area I was looking for.Fast forward to the application process, because I was moving from California the different locations I applied for were having a difficult time conducting the background check and kept extending the timeline. I had a deadline that I needed a place to live on/by the middle of April. After being told from the different leasing offices that they needed more time, while I am driving to Dallas, I had to pull over cause I was beyond furious. That is when Phyllis called me and helped me contact other complexes and we found one that got me in ASAP! I am beyond grateful for her services and the dedication and determination to help me find a place, and she deserves more than the 5 stars we can give.Thank you, and I look forward to using these services again if I ever move elsewhere!

Wayyyyy better than Zillow. So glad I came across Urban Avenue. Chase curated a list for me of places that fit what I was looking for and within my budget. He even had notes next to his favorites. Chase made apartment hunting remotely from Hawaii a breeze. He worked around our time zone differences and was able to help us secure the sickest spot in Deep Ellum. If you are moving from out of town and dont have the time to fly in to look at places, you NEED The Urban Avenue.

I was having issues getting Responses from many apartment complexes trying to move in from out of the state, Then Chase reached out to me and helped me find the perfect fit for my living requirements and gave me a plethora of well fit options to choose from. He was very friendly and professional and always attentive with making sure any issues were conveyed and solved promptly. Over all very happy with my leasing experience and working with Chase from the Urban Avenue! Would recommend to anyone on a time line and needing to get things done haha!

Amazing experience! I could not get other places to respond to me and then Chase came in and took care of everything! I was moving in from out of state and was very stressed about the process and Chase took all that stress away by helping me out with finding a place and staying on top of the complex to make sure things got done. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with The Urban Avenue. I worked with Melissa Heckendorn to find an apartment that I would have to rent sight-unseen as I relocated from out of state. That said, I was blown away by the loft she helped me to secure in Downtown Dallas, that was dog friendly, affordable...AND not too far from my new job. She responded to all my questions in a timely manner, and really listened to what I was looking for. I couldnt be happier with the end result. 10/10 would recommend.

I was not planning on moving from the building I had lived in for over 3 years. When the building management changed, they decided they would no longer renew leases with businesses and changed many other things about the building. Im a photographer; I live and work in the same space. This has been like this for over 15 years. I run my business from home... or do I live my life in my studio? Either way, my craft/art/business is my entire being. I needed to find a place that would be ok with my clients visiting occasionally and having my address on the internet. I had to immediately decide and move to another location in a few weeks.The same night I got the news, I started inquiring about different buildings in the Deep Ellum area - one of them was The Urban Avenue. Phyllis responded to me almost immediately. When I told her what I was looking for and needed, she immediately got to work and even sent me a few options within the same day. Within a week, she found the perfect place for me.Phyllis not only took the time to listen to me but also made sure she found something that matched my expectations. With the unexpected move, I was VERY stressed - but as soon as Phyllis stepped in, she got it all under control immediately.Phyllis, I cant thank you enough. Seriously!
