Ive lived here a little over a year. The apartment staff are always kind and courteous. The commons/community center is amazing. Coffee, tea, beautiful finishes and really just a great place to work and study.Outdoors you are surrounded by so much green space, it really doesnt feel like you are in the middle of the City. I wish more apartments incorporated design and environmental features as such into their living spaces.Beautiful place to live. -

Bailey, Diane, and Margarita are so knowledgeable and efficient at their jobs. The process of finding my new home was not only a hassle for me, but I was actually on the verge of giving up completely until I found this absolute GEM. The property is absolutely beautiful and not only did they provide exceptional customer service, but they were reassuring, positive, and provided nothing but solutions. I was looking for a home as an Active duty and only had 2 days to move in before school start and have my affairs in order. I was refer here by my husband Joseph and came here to check it out. The moment I arrived I fell in love with the place without getting a tour yet. I met Mr. Bailey who gave me a tour of the place and realize it was home for me. He was on point with everything when it comes to helping me despite the short term notice. The Tobin Place not only clean, safe, have everything at your needs but also the environment and the staffs are amazing at helping you make your move and make sure you moved in and be comfortable and especially happy. I could never do it without Mr. Bailey and especially since day one made me feel welcome and always available to help. If you are looking for a place this is it. Do not waste time looking cause you can make this place home.Thank you Mr. Bailey for welcoming me and helping me move in when I was looking for a place. -

I cannot stress how amazing this property is and the leasing team. Diana was extremely patient and understanding as I worked through the difficult decision to find a new property for my daughter and I. I fell in love with building #33 and the amenities here are simply on point.If you are looking for a professional and upstanding property with all the bells and whistles this is it! There is construction but I reassure you after spending countless trips visiting a number of units noise was not an issue.I truly look forward to moving here in the near future, there is some amazing views! Thank you again to the ladies at the front office for all the accommodations made for me to view a few units. Moving is never an easy decision, but your team made my experience with the Tobin Estate one to remember. -

I don’t even know where to begin, but I must start with Diana. She is the leasing agent that helped me through every step of the leasing process. Talk about patient, informative, helpful, and supportive - Diana is all of this and more. The rest of staff is AMAZING as well. As for the apartment complex…it’s gorgeous. Everything is clean and presentable. A bonus is that it is close to my job. It feels like home already. Such a beautiful community! Excellent customer service from the office staff. The Tobin should be at the top of your list for places to live in San Antonio. I especially love the amenities and the community feel. It doesnt feel like you are living in an apartment complex, but a small, quiet neighborhood! -

At the time of publishing this review, I remain a resident of The Tobin Estate until the middle of the coming month. Having lived at many properties in the past 10 years due to my military service, I can say with confidence that The Tobin Estate is hands-down 10/10 the finest place I’ve ever lived. The new gym is far better than one would expect, the property is wonderfully maintained, the amenities (pool, resident lounge, etc.) are top-notch, and the staff genuinely cares about the residents. Additionally, The Tobin Estate is near everything a service member could need: Planet Fitness, Gold’s Gym, H-E-B, Walmart, the airport, and Fort Sam Houston are all minutes from the property. I’m grateful to have been able to call this place my home for the last 18 months and am coming to terms with the fact that my next residence is likely to fall short of the standard set by The Tobin Estate, simply because Tobin is as good as it gets. -

I am very excited to make this brand-new property my home. I cant express enough on how amazing Diana is! I have been trying to find a place to move at the busiest time of the year for me. Once I was introduced to Diana all my stress went away! She was extremely helpful and just a bright and wonderful person to talk to! I also got the chance to talk to Bailey over the phone as well & he took the time to answer all my extra questions and was super helpful! I can only speak on my experience touring the unit and completing my application. I came across this property because of my Apartment Location, Victoria! I had seen a few places in the area that i like the units. However, For me I not only needed to like my apartment unit but also the community and from the moment my family and I pulled up, I enjoyed the resort feeling the property gave me. Diana gave us the tour and we truly enjoyed her witty personality and patience while applying and even looking up nearby pet daycare while I complete the application. I move in next month and Im looking forward to making this community my home. -

I have just renewed my lease to the longest I was able to. The apartments are upscale. The grounds are great and the location for me is ideal. I am within walking distance of my relatives houses. I am within 10 minutes of my work, shopping, restaurants, and gas stations. It is hard to believe I live in a city with so many trees and greenery. I am 15 minutes from the botanical gardens, zoo, parks, and the river walk. I love the pool and swim most days. The staff has been amazing and solved quickly any concerns I have had. If I could have gotten a longer lease I would have. I am delighted with the complex and it is perfect for my present situation. -

From the incredible white glove experience the leasing staff (Diana and Bailey) gives you from tour to signing your contract and as a resident they become family, to the state of the art amenities, the absolute serene property, safe neighborhood and imitable landscape! Unfortunately, I wasn’t approved but the area seemed so amazing. It was my first time in San Antonio and the view of the hills and the canopy was amazing. That they had events on a monthly basis for their tenants, which I thought was pretty cool since most adults have a busy schedule. Every time I think about moving to San Antonio that’s the first place I look at any updates. -

Recently moved in, and I absolutely love it. The community is beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. Neighbors are friendly. Having a garage has been a bonus! Greg and Sherri in the leasing office have been extremely helpful in the move-in process. I really appreciated their kindness, knowledge, and assistance. Maintenance is timely in their responses. The location allows easy access to anywhere in San Antonio, since the expressway is nearby. All in all, I love it so far! -

They offer fun resident events like food trucks, pool parties, live music, and more. There is also a beautiful nature area, a great spacious residence lounge. The office and maintenance staff are amazing and very responsive! -

Had a walk through with the leasing agent Claire and this place is incredible.Deep farm sink ✅Hard wood floors ✅Oversized bathtub ✅What really made me love this place is the community though.. the whole complex is buried in these huge oak trees that remind me of back home in New Jersey. The rooftop lounge and pool are also incredible. Claire drove me around on the golf cart and gave me the whole tour. She was knowledgeable on the history of the grounds and enthusiastic about meeting my needs for a new place. Neighbors all say hi when you pass them. 10/10 would recommend this complex for anyone searching for a new spot. Anyone would be lucky to call this place home. Thank you Claire!! -

Tobin Estates is one of the most beautiful apartment complexes I’ve seen in awhile! The location is ideal! Centrally located between downtown and the north side of the city, Tobin provides easy access to major destinations throughout the city!
