One evening as i was driving leaving a friend’s place that lives near by, The nice structured building The Rail grabbed my attention. i went back and i was greeted by Ava, her customer service and knowledge was amazing and i sent an appointment for further information towards a studio. i got an appointment with Becca and told her i was currently looking at other studios.Becca and Ava’s customer service and they made me feel so at home that i canceled my other appointments and i decided to stay with them!!!!! They made me feel like family and assisted me filling out my application and got me in my New HomeThe Rail is so clean and new appliances fitness studio and barbq area and Pool Great location in east austin!!!!!!!!

Becca and the leasing staff have been awesome since day one! I’ve honestly haven’t ever lived at complex where the management and staff care so much about their residents. I’m honestly happy here at The Rail it’s in a great area, nice community, nice residents, and etc. Becca and staff always answer my questions in a timely manner and always make sure that I’m taken care of. I really enjoy the community. If you’re thinking about living here don’t think do it! You won’t be sorry!

Becca and Jeanette are the BEST apartment management ladies I have experienced. I have leased apartments for over 20 years and have not experienced such a caring and humble type of leadership. This also reflects in the maintenance men and other staff. It takes the culture of management to reflect in all staff. Love you all! Such a good group! One of a kind. They really work hard to make it comfortable to live here. Any concerns go to them and they will work with you. Suberb staff!

After misplacing my key, the staff promptly assisted me in unlocking my apartment. This kind of service is not just a one-time occurrence; they consistently go above and beyond to help with any issues I encounter.The cleanliness of the complex is always impeccable, making it a pleasant place to live. The front office staff are particularly noteworthy; their professionalism and knowledge make every interaction a positive one. They truly understand the needs of residents and handle everything efficiently. And they’re SO hilarious. I absolutely love going in there to talk. I’m never dreadful about going to the front office.Overall, living here has been a wonderful experience, thanks to the dedicated and friendly team who ensures everything runs smoothly. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a supportive and well-maintained living environment. I will be renewing my lease.

Beautiful property! Metro Rail access directly outside of main entrance! Quality amenities. Clean. Washer/dryers included with every unit! High ceilings. Green energy certified property.

Im a current resident at the Rail. The current management team is amazing. Ive never experienced such hospitality from apartment management in all my years. Ava and Becca were so kind and professional when I visited the office last week, seeing that I was immediately taken care of. Amazing, yall rule!

Awesome staff! Ava is such a superstar and I can’t explain how helpful she was throughout this entire process. My tour was amazing and she made my decision very easy. Great location, nice residents and the elevator makes things just that much easier when you’re commuting up and down. Thanks!

My partner and I are moving to the area and took a look at these apartments to see if theyd be a good fit. I was blown away by the customer service. Becca G. was extremely kind and helpful. We have a ton of questions as were new to the area and she went above and beyond and was so patient with us. Its clear she highly values her residents and the experience of living at The Rail. The property is updated and gorgeous-- great amenities, lots flight and easy access to the metro.

To whom this may concern.. I have been a resident here about 2 years now and to be quite honest with you Becca and Jeanette has been awesome.. caring.. patient.. understanding... And extremely helpful with me and my mother.. I wish they was here in the beginning when I moved here.. to be honest they care more about us then the old property management.. anything that needs fixing or done they make sure that it gets handle.. they keep it clean and keep the building safe.. I love them and I pray that theyre here to stay.. its always a blessing to have incredible people in your life 🙏🏾❤️ And may I add that the the maintenance team is super awesome too.. you dont have to wait forever to get anything done with these guys 😀

Have lived in my studio unit for about 3 months now and love every bit of it! For the price, its really hard to beat compared to other apartments in the Austin area, and its really close to downtown and other popular sites. On top of all that, the new management after Greystar left has been on top of everything and really helpful when I have a question or request down in the office!

The new management team has been incredibly friendly and responsive to my needs. Theyve always been prompt in addressing any issues Ive had, making me feel valued as a resident.I want to give a special shout-out to Michelle Brown at Smart CIty for helping me find this apartment which checked all my boxes while still being in my budget. Also, Cierra DeBoest, the leasing agent who helped me with the application process for this apartment. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the property. The Rail Apartments in Austin, Texas, offer a truly exceptional living experience. From the moment you step in you are greeted with warmth and hospitality.This is my first time living by myself and I am 23 so I just has so many questions and was very nervous. Cierra who assisted me was so wonderful! She was very patient, kind, and very informative.She made the process much easier than I expected!I also got the pleasure of meeting the manager who’s name is Pricilla and she was also very sweet and very welcoming!Overall I had a wonderful experience ♥️

Great experience so far! Great value (location, washer drier in unit, high ceilings, nice amenities), property staff are always nice too. The metro rail isn’t loud, but the real train also runs by which is pretty loud (sometimes running around 2-3 am). Definitely recommend if that’s not a big deal to you.

The human beings that run the Rail are incredible. From each of them - Mgr. Thuy (who came in with her 4yo on a Sunday), to Britton (not just kind by efficient and thoughtful) to the lovely Sierra ( just a back of sunshine). But now its my home, for euchre I couldnt be more grateful. Im safe (I have left an abusive relationship) and I am happy. I am me again, thank you to the Rail.

Brand new building with very friendly and helpful staff. Top of the line appliances, washer/dryer, oven, microwave etc. Very quiet and insulated, I cant hear anything outside my door. The gym is pretty stocked for an apt gym. Conveniently located at the MLK light rail station.
