My significant other and I moved into the Palo apartments in December and we could not be happier with this place. It is wonderfully well kept, very clean, and overall amazing. Specifically, Whitney and Charles have been nothing short of supportive, helpful, and kind. Any time I see them, they greet me with a smile and help me with anything I need. We have had zero problems since moving in and are grateful for a smooth move in process. We love how close it is to shopping and food, how safe it feels to live here, and how clean the building(s) always are. Whitney and Charles do a wonderful job here, as well as the rest of the people who work here. Could not recommend this place enough!

I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with most of the staff at the Palo Apartments, but I want to give a special shout-out to WHITNEY. My hope is that this review reaches corporate because upper management needs to know that WHITNEY exemplifies CUSTOMER SERVICE at its finest and fully embodies the core values of your organization.Whitney is more than just a leasing consultant—when you interact with her, it feels like she owns the place. She truly cares about the consumer experience during the leasing process and consistently goes above and beyond to prove it. Despite the fact that I wasn’t her direct customer, she made it a point to keep me updated on the status of my application, even when I had to call multiple times. Her thoughtfulness, patience, and professionalism ensured I never felt like a bother. Instead, she made me feel welcomed, valued, and part of the community from the very beginning.Thank you, Palo office team!Update: We’ve been living here for almost a month now, and I absolutely love it! I’ve submitted several maintenance requests, all of which were handled promptly and professionally. The maintenance team is not only skilled and efficient but also very knowledgeable. The office team has also been incredibly kind, checking in with us to ensure we’re enjoying our new home, which has been a great experience so far.That said, one area I feel could use some extra attention is the groundskeeping and overall upkeep of shared spaces. It’s important to maintain the cleanliness of the hallways, breezeways, pathways, and elevators, as well as keeping trash off the ground, out of the grass, and out of common areas. Additionally, the fresh, welcoming scent we noticed when we first walk into the building when we moved in has faded, and I hope this can be restored as part of the routine maintenance.While this has been a minor issue, I’m confident it can be improved to match the high standard of service we’ve experienced so far. Thank you for making this a wonderful place to live!

I want to take a moment to share how much I appreciate living in my apartment community. From the very beginning, it’s been a wonderful experience, and a lot of that is thanks to the hard work of the front office team and their dedication to making this place a clean, beautiful, and enjoyable environment to live in.The apartments themselves are stunning and always well-maintained. I often see the cleaning staff hard at work, especially in the lobby and hallways, ensuring everything is spotless. Their effort really shows, and it’s something I value greatly. Recently, I’ve noticed that the trash areas are much cleaner, likely thanks to the notices and reminders sent out by the front office. It’s clear they’re committed to enforcing rules that benefit everyone, and it’s made a big difference in keeping the property looking its best.The front office staff has been incredible since the day I moved in, about 5-6 months ago.Whitney has been amazing and fantastic from the day I moved in. She explained everything I needed to know before moving in with great detail and care. She consistently goes above and beyond to handle anything that comes up and makes sure you’re always taken care of. She truly goes above and beyond in ensuring that any questions or concerns are addressed quickly and thoroughly.Crystal was also amazing during my move-in process. She walked me through the application step-by-step, helped me apply the same day, and ensured everything was handled smoothly before I moved in. Her dedication made the entire process stress-free. She also took great care of my case, corrected any mistakes promptly, and made sure I was well taken care of.Recently, I referred a friend to the apartments, and Charles did an exceptional job helping him. He took the time to find the best apartment to suit my friend’s needs and even stayed late to assist with his application. It’s clear that the staff here truly cares about helping residents and creating a positive experience.I love the events that they have occasionally, a great way for residents to meet, as well as meet the team that put all the efforts to make it happen and appreciate them for their hard work.Everyone here truly goes above and beyond for the residents here and it is very much appreciated and makes such a big difference.It’s rare to find a team that’s as committed and caring as the one here, and it’s made all the difference. I’m so grateful to live in such a clean, beautiful, and well-managed community. Thank you to the rest of the team for all their hard work and dedication—it does not go unnoticed! Tbh there were some hiccups in the beginning with communication but I think overall they do a great job. Whitney and Charles are very friendly and maintenance is usually pretty fast with issues. The windows are definitely on the draftier side so prepare to bundle up.I think management tries really hard to keep a positive vibe and the neighbors for the most part are all friendly. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment in North Fort Worth area.

Ive been living at The Palo Apartments for about a month now, and I couldnt be happier with my choice. The management team has been outstanding from the start—they went above and beyond to make sure my move-in process was smooth and that I felt welcome. Their friendliness and prompt responses have made settling in so much easier.The amenities here are fantastic! The fitness center is well-equipped and always clean, which makes it easy to stay active. I love spending time at the pool on weekends, and the community spaces are beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing or socializing.Overall, The Palo Apartments has truly exceeded my expectations in this short time. If youre looking for a place where management genuinely cares about residents and offers amazing amenities, this is it. Highly recommend!

My experience moving to Palo was incredible. It was exactly was I was looking for in an apartment complex and the units. Luxury terminations, everything is brand new, and the approval process went smoothly and I had my unit in 2 days. The staff is excellent, very professional and friendly. There are community activities to integrate people. I definitely recommend it.

ALRIGHT REVIEW TIME!!! I have now lived at The Palo for 2 months. But lets start from the beginning, when I came to tour the apartments Whitney was amazing! Showed me 3 units per my request of what I was looking for, decided on the last one. She saved the best for last. Same day we sat down and got applications filled out (which are far less than the other 6 apartments I toured). She helped with verifying my pay, how to upload, all necessary information. Was literally the easiest experience Ive ever had. Moved in a week later. Since Ive been here nothing but the best. Janessa has helped me more than once with a few things ( like I rented a garage but after the fact need a larger one). Got it arranged for me in les than 2 days. Crystal and the crew threw the tenets a pool party. THEY BROUGHT MY FOOD TO ME!! ( it was like living at a resort ) Then George there Maintenance Lead I had an issue with a dishwasher he got it fixed same day. They all really take care of us here. I also am a father and my son loves the ladies in the front office. So to Janessa, Whitney, Crystal, & George thanks for making living here a breeze!

I was hesitate about relocating from the Dallas area to Fort Worth. This was the best decision I made. I adore these brand new apartments. The bedrooms are very spacious. Theyre much larger than your typical size bedrooms. Great closet space, bathroom space, and the garages are spacious too. The 24-hr fitness center has state of the art equipment. The apartments are nestled in a community of homes and townhomes where families, and couples are walking with their children and/or pets during the evenings, and jogging in the mornings. Such a great vibe of community. I really love that the apartments are at least 1 mile from, and not directly off the highway. The Palo is a Hidden Gem. Oh! I cant forget the very professional and welcoming Staff. The property is still under construction, but I cant wait to see the completion of the resort style pool and the rest of the property for our enjoyment.

Place is great, location and environment is peaceful, quiet and friendly.Apartment complex is luxurious great Amenities. Club house is spacious, gym has two levels and pool area is just perfect for relaxation.Whitney was very helpful. She was the staff that gave me the tour around the property. She’s very friendly, well acknowledgeable.If you’re looking for a place to call a home please make The Palo a home you won’t regret it. Thank me later..
