Ive lived in these apartments since October of 2019 and 2 or 3 different owners. The office staff are busy and sometimes when calling you will get an answering machine. My experience is that they call back promptly and if you go to the office the staff is always pleasant and works hard to address whatever concern you may have. The maintenance for the past couple of years has been very responsive in addressing any maintenance needs. Ive had to use them twice. The first one was a toilet that ran nonstop. They were able to fix it the same day. The second was my air conditioner wasnt blowing cold air. It was fixed the following morning. Theyve recently been installing new lighting in the parking areas and the lighting is now great. I would not hesitate to refer any of my friends to seek residence here. Just this morning I had an issue with my renters insurance policy. I went to the office and it was fixed in less than 5 minutes.I sincerely hope this review will help someone who may be on the fence about this place. I have seen the negative reviews and those do not reflect my experience of 6 years of living here.David O

I been a resident at the Morgan Apartments for 4 years now. The apartments are older but the maintenance Staff are Awesome. I just wanted to take the time to show my appreciation to Maintenance Sup Anthony. He always has such a positive attitude and goes above and beyond to make sure the residence are happy and comfortable. I was having issues with my washer and he made sure to have it replaced. I’ve personally had a great experience at this complex. I’ve been living here going on 2 years. Even with the property being on the larger side, the maintenance team is very quick to respond to a request and the staff is so kind. As a single mom, the Morgan apartments are affordable (especially for the sq footage offered) and safe, the location is perfect. I also have had 0 pest issues! I definitely recommend looking into them to call a home.

I have been at this property for 1 year and 6 months so far and I have enjoyed my cozy apartment that is nestled right at the end of the building which is super cool because I only have myself to access my stairs. No sharing haThe office staff is pleasant and I enjoy when I walk in and see Maria with her bright smile. She is a ray of sunshine.Life is good here for me and my child. Its a great location to walk my daughter to school when I need to and to walk myself to work since Im employed in the school district.

I enjoy living here with The Morgan property! Why? Location near everything you need or crave plus near major freeway. My place? Very much worth the 1bedroom fee with a real fireplace, w/d, wood floors and new appliances black and stainless steel. The vibe? I feel safe as a lady, usually quiet, well landscaped, clean environment.

I didnt know where else to share my reviews of the great staff that have helped me with my Lease and the issues we had with the apartment: Maria was incredibly accommodating and personable when showing my roommate and I our Unit. This is the first time in a long time that I was able to get a first floor apartment where I didnt have a neighbor using their broomstick against our floor just for dropping stuff by accident or tripping.Now that I live on the first floor, we do have a family that lives above us and I GET IT. The running I hear from upstairs is quite hilarious to me and it doesnt bother me since were all just trying to live our lives! Its just a breath of fresh air, honestly. I dont have to worry too much about neighbors. I just turn up my TV or my Music and Im doing just fine.The issues we had was during the week leading up to our move: I sent two emails in which none of them got responses. During this time, I had lost my voice and didnt have a voice to be able to communicate with staff over the phone. It would have been nice for my questions to be answered through email, but luckily, my roommate was able to call and get those responses to my questions. Seems like theyre more reliable with phone calls.When we moved into our Unit, Our toilet seat was broken and so was our shower as we couldnt adjust the temperature. Then our plumbing was absolutely HORRENDOUS. Couldnt flush anything down the drain. The maintenance guy, Tony? Absolutely awesome guy! He came by our unit three times over the weekend and replaced a part in the shower so now we can adjust hot or cold temperatures, replaced the toilet seat so its sturdy, and replace one part in the toilet, as well as unclogged whatever was in the drain so the bathroom is working normally. Are the pipes here at the complex old? Yes, and I can tell. Do I mind? No! Just happy to be in a bigger place at a more affordable rate compared to everywhere else.

This is the quietest apartment Ive ever lived in. The square footage for the price is great! The location is also fantastic. The ladies in the office were very helpful with move in. The finishes are all as they appear on the website unlike other complexes Ive researched.

Budget friendly, great location, right next to so many things & places, etc. I’ve made it my business to get to know the office staff & maintenance staff, so my problems are minimal & easy to fix if any at all. You gotta work with what ya got.

What a fantastic team. Came in and spoke with Xavier who was real nice. Had a fantastic smile. Friendly person. Took me and my Wife on a tour, and gave us a rundown of the whole complex and the amenities. He Worked closely with Maria who was also amazing and nice. You can’t tell these two are new because they know there stuff. Would love to come back and lease. Only thing that would stop it is the military.

I am very surprised to see this apartment complex get a 3 stars review average.I have been a resident here for 6 months.I have never had a problem not having hot water. This is an old apt complex so yes, there will be some imperfect paint spots, and things to be fixed due to required maintenance, but this is nothing for what you get and the price you pay.Reminder: this is not a 5 stars Hilton hotel, and you will pay at least $800 more per month to live in a newer apt elsewhere.I have done an excessive research before I moved here, and their prices are unmatched.For the size of apt, location etc, this is the best deal I found in DFW.Also, the office staff is doing a really good job answering calls and addressing any issue that may come up.Special Thanks to Anna, Anabel and Maria at the office who are doing an awesome job managing this big complex.

I want to shoutout maintenance. I know yall get a bad rep due to things that happen in the office and it be out of your control but I’ve been living here a year now and just renewed my lease. Everyone experience is different but I can’t say that you guys don’t come within the 5 day time frame of a repair being reported by me which is city code enforcement standard. Yall don’t miss a beat with me. Today Nathan cane by got my sink unclogged and told me my garbage disposal will need replacing due to a crack in it. I believe in him and I also know Anthony will he head supervisor for maintenance here will follow through and make sure I’m satisfied with the work. He recently had to replace my AC motor for my unit and dud it the same day just a few hours after I reported the issue. I enjoyed seeing the guys, talking to them when they pass by and offering water in thes hot temps in Texas. They are like the oil that keeps the machine running out here. If people have a problem speak up let it be known and follow up. Put it in writing because then you have a date or report and a he clock begins to tick. You won’t be disappointed they will respond and make sure that bag the work is done right the first time. I wish they had more help out here because this is a large community and 3 people is not enough crew for all the work that has to be done here. Keep doing good job guys yall rock maintenance!!!!!

I’m leaving this review for Ms. Berta and Ms. Maria today!! These two ladies helped me out big time, my car was towed 48 hours ago and then towed AGAIN today, I already came out of $330 to get it back and then to turn around and get it towed again was just unacceptable however Ms. Berta and Maria went above and beyond to ensure I got my vehicle back FREE OF CHARGE, the manager of the towing office even reached out to me personally apologizing. This I can respect and appreciate dearly! Now my registration for my actual parking spot is completed I can use my spot and not be towed ever again. Yes since I’ve moved here there has been water pipes bursting left and right and that’s understandable due to the random weather changes but the staff does make sure to send out emails each and every time there’s an impact on the community and communication is key so I do appreciate that as well !! Im a very patient man overall so I can work with who works with me. HOWEVER first chance y’all get, I still need my washer fixed or tell the maintenance team to go ahead and order another one lol. Other than that 5 STAR SERVICE. Thank you again ladies for all your help!!

Ive lived at these apartments since 2019 and its had its up and downs. Its been through a lot of management changes which comes with new employees and work structures. Its been a challenge getting things done sometimes and communicating with the office on issues Ive had with my apartment. What I can say is, since Kerry and his team have taken over for maintenance, Ive dealt with issues (leaks, things not working, etc), but they were quickly resolved. Kerry came to fix one thing in my apartment and saw other issues that he promptly fixed as well. Eric has stepped in numerous times to help me with issues and ensured they were done right before leaving. Eric has also kept me up to date if there was a wait on anything that needed to be done. Ive asked Kerry to borrow a tool to help replace a license plate cover and instead he had someone from his team assist in fixing it for me. Thomas, from his team, helped me out and made sure I was satisfied with what he did. The apartment has a lot of room for improvement, but the maintenance team is definitely doing their part to make the apartment complex better!

Overall I was happy with my experience residing here for 2 years. The apartment was renovated and everything was in working order. I did not have to submit many maintenance requests, but if I did, it was acknowledged in a reasonable amount of time. Location was great, Forest Ridge is not a super busy street at all, and 183/121 were faintly heard from time to time. Overall a nice secluded spot in all the noise that is DFW! The staff are helpful if you keep an open mind about things. Berta helped me out tremendously with my move out and leasing questions.

I am a current tenant, me and my family have lived here for a year, and we have had no issues. When my a/c went out late at night they responded quickly within a hour. Now we are under new Management and they are absolutely wonderful. The office staff host fun things for the residents and they are always so nice. I havent had not one rude experience and I can tell they really do care about us as residents and they care about the apartment complex. I would recommend this place to anyone. I love it here.

I will start with saying I have lived here slightly over one year. I do know that others had issues when the past staff and management were here, and although I didn’t have any personal issues, I know they weren’t the friendliest and did not get things done in a timely manner much less at all, HOWEVER I have to give huge props to the staff and property manager now, Berta. She has been doing her best to pick up the pieces and get this property back to the potential it has! She has been nothing but helpful and personable to me and actually takes the time to address your concerns and talk to you in person. She cares about making the experience we have here better, so please go to the office and talk to her and get to know her! I’m glad she is here as well as her staff. So try to put all the negativity the old management brought to this place in the past and give it a chance with our new management, and personally go talk to them if you have any issues!

There has not been anything good I can say about this property in two years. My HVAC has broken down every season and this time has been down since December. The screens on the window in living room are messed up and don’t fit right, there are no screens on patio , because of the wasps being so heavy around here you can’t open doors or windows without screens. Management allows abandoned vehicles to remain on property, and although covered parking is offered at an additional cost, canopies do nothing to protect vehicles. Unassigned parking is random throughout the parking so the extra fee for assigned covered parking is money badly spent because just anyone can park next to you and ding your brand new car up and not even as much as a note left. It is good location for commuting easily throughout the area. The apartments are spacious although with no HVAC OR SCREENS it is more than a little hard to enjoy the space. All of these things are very true, although with the new management team, they have been working diligently to rectify any issues cause by the previous teams neglect. Now there is a towing company that has fixed the abandons autos issue. There is a real maintenance team that is much needed with a property of this size, we can swim in the pools for the first time without burning our skin and hair with the chemicals, my HVAC unit is on the list for preventative maintenance, and has not missed a beat even with all this extremely hot and dry summer we have been having. If I have a maintenance issue it is rectified in 24 - 48 hours. I am actually happy in this spacious cozy apartment home, I can enjoy the amenities and the large almost 1,000 soft. Living space with washer and dryer connections. My apartment is not one of the renovated ones although it feels like home and all who live in our quad feel the same way. So in short with the old Managment team I was ready to leave and not look back, with this new team I am so comfortable with their stand up and shine attitude I will be here for much longer than I have already been here. I signed another lease with this management team, with the old management team I would have moved by now. The management and maintenance make it possible to enjoy coming HOME and relaxing after a hard day at work. I would like to change my one star review to a FIVE STAR review. About 4 years ago, me and my mom moved into this place. They gave my mom a free apartment for when she couldn’t afford to pay for rent. Over the years, we have had an incredible experience here. We love the amount of nature, we love the not too big rooms, and we love everything. Would recommend for adults who are looking for a starter home!

I have lived in two different apartments at this complex and both have not dissapointed! The new staff and managment are absolutely incredible. Most of the reviews are outdated from when there was different managment so dont pay them much attention. Definetley some of the most affordable apartments that do not compromise on cleanliness and service in the HEB area!

Jessica was extremely helpful and was one of the main reasons why I decided to rent an apartment at The Morgan Apartments. Her professionalism and customer service was above and beyond. I was in a bit of a dliemma moving down here from ND and needed a place to move into in aburry to start a new job. Jessica helped expedite that process so I could move into the apartment in just two days which I am extremely grateful for. She answered all of my questions during the walk through and provided valuable feedback of all the things/steps I needed to do to get approved. Also, the day Jessica was off, Anabelle stepped in. I had stopped by since I was in there area and she let me know where we were at in the process and verified that all my documents had been received. She was very helpful as well. Both, Jessica and Anabelle were great to work with and I am thankful for their help and expertise.

Staff and maintenance team are great. They send out emails and they try to communicate when the maintenance men will come to your apartment to fix things. Area is nice close to everything. Been living here for almost a year. Can’t tell you how easy and wonderful it has been. Rosie, Maribel and Monica always are so friendly (well everyone in the office) one thing I love is they interact with the apartment community. They make sure we are all comfortable and make fun activities often! We love living here, so many pools, play ground area, fitness center, club house. It’s absolutely amazing!

My A/C unit just recently went out this week and I went to the office to let them know. I do believe her name is Amanda...was very professional and kind in helping me with my concerns. The maintenance team immediately took action in trying to resolve the issue with my A/C. I got a phone call from Jessica, another leasing agent, who informed me that the maintenance team would have to replace the entire unit with a new one the next morning. And in fact they did just that. I came home from work to cold air and it was refreshing for me and my children ❄️😌. I really do appreciate the urgency and consideration the maintenance staff had in getting my A/C working again. To the ladies from the office staff thank you for your professionalism and kindness. It is greatly appreciated as well.

We relocated from Kansas and they have been great from the very beginning application stages. My apartment is upgraded and I love it! Neighbors are friendly and it’s a pretty quiet area! 1/5/22 Thank you The Morgans Apartment staff did it again, they always taking care of my apartment needs. My heater was not working and Eric went over and above to fix it yesterday and now I can sleep warmly during these winter days. Korina has always been helpful and goes above and beyond to help me with any concerns I may have as a newbie in Texas, with my apartment, or any other questions I may have. I’ve lived here now for almost two years, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my decision to move here. The apartment is located in an affluent area, which is somewhat nice because you automatically get the sense your in a safe neighborhood. The staff is awesome and laid back and the management actually tries there best in working with people who are in tight situations. This area is very family oriented with schools and churches nearby to attend. I would certainly recommend this place if your looking to live in luxury without the high cost of luxury.

Any issue, questions, and/or concerns I might have are ALWAYS addressed in a timely manner! Korina is always on top of her game and is always so happy to help, no matter how busy she might be! She steps up to the plate 100% of the time and is nothing but courteous and empathetic to my needs. She needs to be promoted for sure! I love living here and am recommending any friends and family I have. The amenities are amazing and the location is so perfect! EVERYTHING is within a 30 minute radius! Felicia is absolutely amazing and so helpful. I’ve been living here for a year now and the new management change has created a whole new apartment complex. They’re in the process of building a gym, brand new fully updated apartments and not to mention maintenance is on point. I lived at this location for 2 yrs and Korina and Morgan were both amazing. Both gave excellent customer service and really seemed like they cared about me and my daughter being happy living there. Most apartments are more about collecting rent and not your happiness.It was nice that these two leasing agents Korina and Morgan help make you feel wanted and not just a $$$ amount. Yes there is or was a young woman named Morgan. Sorry if I am spelling Korinas name wrong. I thank you both and my rating is based on them not the owners or the property itself. The property is very nice but renting an apartment now does is a waste of money. I moved to a large townhome paying the same in rent with a backyard and a lake view. Property has issues but overall a good place to live but rent is a little high for the area. Finally these two young women deserve to recognized and a bump is gratuity if they are still there. When you have good people you have to treat them right and pay them. You need to have property owners like these two that seem to care about you and not just collecting rent.

Our apartment is beautiful remodeled and spacious. The area feels very safe and is right next to the highway for easy access. It has been my best experience living in an apartment in the DFW area. This has EASILY been the best living experience Ive ever had at an apartment complex! The new management team is so kind, and they do a breakfast every month and scavenger hunts in the complex. Its such a fun way to get neighbors to interact with each other and the staff. They have a dog park, 3 or 4 pools - I cant remember, theres a lot lol, a fitness center, and an app that you can use to make maintenance requests and pay rent, and will send reminders about rent being due in case you somehow forget, which Ive done so that was nice haha. Also, the first week i was here, my upstairs neighbors toilet overflowed while she wasnt home and her bathroom flooded so we had ceiling leaks. I made a repair request late that night at like 10 expecting them to fix it in the morning - maintenance came that night! We were able to stop it from leaking and within a few days my carpet was completely replaced and everything was fixed! (And our neighbor gave us a bottle of wine as an apology) I love this location, the apartment size, the pools, maintenance, the office staff (especially Kieran who helped me when moving in!), and the community. I definitely feel at home and worry free here.

Ive been a resident here at Morgan for almost 11 years now, Ive seen management come and management go, there have been good ones and not so good ones, Ill say that Mrs. Korina Escutia, is by FAR the BEST of them all. Her professionalism and kindness is second to NONE. Shes ALWAYS available and shes always on top of all of my needs. She really does go above and beyond the call of her required duties and responsibilities. Ive renewed my lease for another year, and I can say, its due to her and her alone. She makes the difference at the end of the day, when it comes to residents and their overall satisfaction. Im the ears on the ground, as Im a tenured tenant, and she is ABSOLUTELY the buzz about the neighborhood. A real keeper and an asset. Thank you Korina, for who you are and the representation you have created for Morgan. You should know your are appreciated.

I have lived here going on 5yrs now with them being here I want to say the last 2 of those yrs. They are great! Whenever we have a concern they always respond according and make sure that you feel cared for. Whenever you walk into the office, your greeted with a smile, but if theyre busy theyll still let you know that they see you and will get to you as soon as possible. I honestly cant really think of any actual complaints.With that being said, thank you so much Morgan team! Efrain, Rosie, Maribel, Kieyana, and Monica..you guys are awesome!!!!!!

I have lived in this apartment for 4 years and i loved it. I lived close to one of the pools and laundry center. The pool area was never too loud and the neighbors were very nice and friendly. If there was ever an issue maintenance was always there. Im giving 4 stars because the only issue that was very annoying was the fact that the air conditioner never really cooled my apartment and i feel like every summer it was the same issue and same excuse... You live in an upstairs unit with vaulted ceilings making it harder to keep it cool. The main room that was hot was the master bedroom and the rest of the unit felt ok... still not what i would have liked it to be in the summer. All in all, i never really had issues living here. I always felt safe and the one time i didnt, the case was solved in the matter of a week. There was one incident i had personally with someone stealing tires but that was one time out of 4 years staying here. Other than that, pretty safe, chill, quite, friendly place to live.

I am a long-time resident of this complex (in excess of 15 years). I have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly! I am totally impressed with the current owner/management company (S2Residential). I highly commend the on-site office and maintenance folks. Though I may forget everyones names, I send kudos to Manager Clea, Manager Emily, Agent Kieran, Luis (my maintenance go-to guy), and the entire staff. They are all very responsive to any questions or concerns, very professional, and they can write the book on customer service! They all rock!!!Adding an update today 7/16/18. I cannot say enough positives about the on-site management and the maintenance guys Luis and Jose. Had an a/c issue over the weekend. Got immediate response. Luis and Jose arrived today and replaced the unit. My appreciation for a great job well done and the quick response!

For the neighborhood & space you have in your apartment, the price isn’t all too bad.CONS: there isn’t any bedroom lighting/ceiling fan.. you kinda gotta jazzy it up on your own..- there is always ... ALWAYS an email being sent about problems with the HOT WATER & etc.In my opinion, The hot water can be hotter & work on a more consistent basis but heyy.PROS: VERY CLEAN ATMOSPHERE, surrounding your apartments & neighborhoodSPACIOUS FLOOR PLAN & decent pricing for the area you’ll be in.Maintenance is always outside, cleaning & doing whatever it is that Maintenance do.I’ve never really had problems with the leasing office.. Its a decent place. When we moved here, management had just changed over a few months prior. Lots of changes have been taking place, and they have all been for the better. Is it the best? No. But you also arent paying for premium, either. They are 30 year old apts, so you can expect it to be worn-in. In our time here (over a year), I have seen a total of 7 roaches - TOTAL, and pest control comes out whenever I tell the office. Really though, considering we are in Texas and a 30 year old building that has had 30 years worth of tenants - that is not bad at all. Ive been in newer apartments with worse roach issues. The neighbors are good. There is not a lot of extra noise or craziness going on. Its fairly quite for an apt complex, which we like (if you dont mind kids playing outside).The two things that bother me are - turnover rate in the office (except Jamar - he has been here the whole time and he is the BEST) and maintenance is usually slow, unless its a water leak. Because they are old apts, they get several requests a day and I think its just hard for them to keep uπ with sometimes.....which can be annoying, but they are trying. ...and like I said - many changes have taken place over the last year that have made this place better and better.

I moved here in May of 2015 and signed a one year lease. (Very first apartment btw). My overall experience living here was a great one, minus a few minor things, but what complex is perfect? I love the layout most of all; its like a giant treehouse getaway, Lol. Huge living room, huge bathroom. I dont know what was up with the walls, but whenever I shut my bedroom door it was like all the sounds from the outside world was completely shut out. Theres been plenty of times where family and friends came knocking at my door and I couldnt hear from my room unless the door was cracked. I slept through a hail storm once, and didnt know until a social media post told me to check outside.They didnt always answer the phone at the office half the time, but whenever I went in person, any complaint or request was handled within the same day if not the next.Parking was SUPER convenient for me since I had a spot under the carport that was literally right in front of the stairs to my unit. They had major potholes back then, but I remember them working to patch them up before I moved out.I loved the kitchen most of all; not too big, not too small. The only thing I didnt like was the fact that the two drawers by the stove wouldnt open all the way because the space was too tight; dishwasher too.The balcony was almost perfect. I liked how they had an entry from the bedroom as well as the living room. The bedroom door had a screen on it so I could enjoy the outside breeze without anything coming in. The only downside was the giant tree that overlapped the area. It was ideal as far as shade, but I have terrible fear of any type of creature (Spiders, Wasps, Etc.) so I just avoided it altogether.The only thing that I ultimately HATED was something that was beyond the managements control. I was placed in the back of the complex, and right across the fence was a football field. (Pennington Field) EVERY FRIDAY all I would hear is band music, whistles, cheers... no matter how hard I tried, I couldnt drown out the sounds. (Even with all my doors closed). I usually just had to wait until whatever they had going on was over which wasnt until well after midnight.I had a chance to renew my lease for a second year, but my parents talked me into moving back in with them for a while. I regret not renewing till this day, and I wish I could go back. I thought about reapplying, but looking at their website, I see they jacked up the prices tremendously. When I lived there, rent was 680. Upon my debate to renew my lease, they told me rent would jump up to 735. Now they want well over 900 which is way out of my price range. If they were offering what they had when I first went, Id move back in a heartbeat.Just a side note for all the new renters that are interested in this place. Water and Electricity are allocated, meaning no matter how much you use, youre basically sharing a bill with all the other tenants in your building. If you go with the electric company theyre partnered with like I did, youre looking at an extra 200 a month, no lie. It would be much smarter to go with a company you know and trust. Water wasnt as bad though. I think the highest water bill Ive ever had there was maybe 30 or 40 bucks.

Shout out to the MAINTENANCE! You guys are fantastic. Stories to come, but heres a summary: I dont get why everyone is so upset. Yeah, there are football games close by, but I never hear it at all inside my apt. And on nights without the game, it is dead silent. It is so pet-friendly here and I love my neighbors. Everyone is so friendly and I find myself being greeted by people all the time. Its nice. :) The kids can be little scamps sometimes, but, you know... Theyre kids.Only reasons its only four stars is because the counters are painted and its too easy to mess them up, and I wish there was a gym.Okay, so let me tell you about the maintenance men. My first maintenance problem was that my dishwasher started leaking. When he came to check it, he was skeptical that it was even broken because it was a brand new dishwasher and the cats water dish was right where the leak was. Reasonable reason to wonder. But he ran it like three or four times anyway just to be TOTALLY sure, and on the fourth time, the issue was replicated and he found the problem. I was beginning to wonder myself if I was just imagining things. I was so happy that he really went the extra mile to be totally sure.Then yesterday I accidentally pulled the towel rack out of the wall. I put in a maintenance request last night, and just tonight I went to hang up my towel and it dawned on me. They just came in here like gd maintence NINJAS and fixed it during the three or so hours I was at my college. It literally took me all night before I even realized they had pulled a Santa Clause on me. Good job guys.

We moved in mid March and everything has been great, the only complaint I have parking is a nightmare, my fiancee and I each have our own vehicles and can only get assigned one parking spot. There should be a designated visitors parking, with only 5 spots in front of my building I can never get a spot. Its either street parking or your left walking from the other side of the complex.

Im giving Morgan 5 stars because since I came to live here I never had problems with any employee of the place, on the contrary whenever I needed something to be fixed in my apartment the maintenance always came to fix it with great sympathy and professionalism, I was always very well treated by the friendly women of the office who always with a beautiful smile on their face and a lot of politeness helped me and always solves my problem regarding the apartment. What can a I say about Morgan Apts? Just one word...WONDERFUL!!!! Ive been here for 3 years and when management change to the Morgan Apts, they brought so many changes and made this neighborhood a fun place to live. The Apts have been newly renovated and painted, giving a nice appearance and the whole complex has been lighted up at night for our security. The Staff and Maintenance are awesome People! Always concerned about your needs and ready to help the diverse culture we have here. Once a month the Staff at Morgan Apts serves a delicious breakfast with Starbucks coffee and muffins, fruit, cereal bar and they even serve Whataburger!!!!! They organize a Fun Day for the residents like Scavenger Hunt, Bingo...,with great prizes and lots of Fun! What impressed me the most is how professional and dedicate the Staff and managers is with everyone and also their patience with those with language barriers. Special thanks to Clea, Emily, Kierau, Felicia, Sr. Luis and Sr. Saul for their amazing assistance every time we need them... day or night!

The Maintenance Man Eric really goes above and beyond whats required. He came to complete a work order. When he walked in he noticed an issue with my door that I had put in a work order for serveral times. Once he completed those task he asked was there anything else I was having issues and fixed those issues as well. I work in customer service so this really meant a lot. Thanks Eric
