Living at Millennium Waterway has been an amazing experience so far! The maintenance team is super efficient, and the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. The entire community is well-maintained, offering a peaceful and comfortable environment. From the modern amenities to the seamless service, everything about this place feels premium. I’m truly enjoying my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live. -

I have been at the Millennium Waterway staff has been very professional and diligent. The move in process was easy. It was all digital after the initial visit. Kandace did a great job of explaining all of the options. My first visit I arrived at 5:50pm, 10 minutes before closing and Kandace still made sure I got all the information I needed. The follow up came with no pressure. So far I am still impressed with all that Millennium offers. -

This is a lovely neighborhood/Apt Complex and I highly recommend for anyone looking to move in the area. I recently moved out here and would like to personally not only recommend, but thank the staff. Special shout out to Kenia who has made this experience so wonderful. She goes the extra step! and Also, a special shout out to Marissa as well. Both of these lovey ladies have been amazing. -

Beautifully appointed and well managed complex in a fantastic location. Very pleasant living situation with attached garage, high ceilings, clean and comfortable. The waterway sidewalks offer a convenient 6 mile walking loop right outside the door. be aware: a garage spot is extra $, daily trash valet is extra $ and there is an additional fee for amenities. also the pool area is noisy like a day care all week and like a big party all week end. opt for a different view if you value your peace and quiet. -

The location is perfect. We have enjoyed living at the Millennium Waterway for 15 months. Why?First, The Waterway area is beautifully landscaped pedestrian community perfect for strolling a baby, walking a dog, riding a bike or running a marathon. Within walking distance from the Millennium are the koi pond, HEB, Whole foods, two cinemas, Market Street, Hughes Landing, the Mall, parks, concerts, festivals, not to mention the many excellent bars and restaurants. If you need a break during your walk, you can pick up one of the fabulous free trolleys. Park rangers and mounted police patrol the area allowing one to feel safe walking the waterway day or night. After a night out at one of the local pubs or restaurants, you don’t need to worry about a DWI because you can walk home. Just off I-45, the Millennium allows easy access for commutes to Houston or Conroe. The population here is very diverse, many nationalities, plus a wide range of ages from young to old.Second, The Millennium property is nice and well managed. Our apartment interior is in good shape, fairly new. It is painted and maintained well. Hard floors in the living areas and carpet in the bedrooms. We have had very few bugs, always a concern in Houston. The central garage parking is convenient but can sometimes get a bit tight on Sunday nights. I’ve rarely had to park above the 3d floor, and, there are elevators if you don’t like stairs. The maintenance staff is absolutely super—response times have been quick for emergencies and a day or so to get a light bulb replaced. The guys are always cleaning something—washing the garage, cleaning hallway carpets, etc. Office staff is professional and friendly. The staff organizes fun mixers on-site and off-site. The coolest mixer format has been the Midnight Fire Alarm Mixer; the fire alarm sounds late at night, and you get to stand outside on the curb visiting with your neighbors while the Fire Department comes to shut off the alarms. Just kidding, of course; the new owners (less than 2 years) are doing a good job of completely rebuilding the fire alarm system, so these late-night mixers are growing much less frequent. Other recent updates are the remodeled leasing office, community room and swimming pool repairs.Any problems? Well, the property is located between rather busy streets, so traffic noise can be significant if you have one of the apartments facing one of these streets. All in all, we like this place. It’s a nice place to live. -

Under Dinerstein, it was great. Time will tell how it will be under Greystar. Having been under them in Houston, I’m not holding my breath. Speaking about the community under the old Mgmt, it was fun. Lots of events. They were imaginative during the Covid lockdown. While they have kept the former staff; who knows how Greystar will operate. -

I have lived in the Millennium Waterway Apartments for a year and love it. I love the location, it is easy access to the freeway and I am in walking distance to many restaurants. My lease is coming up for renewal in a month and I will renew, possible upgrade to a larger apartment. The staff is friendly and has been very helpful anytime I have had a question. I always recommend these apartments to anyone asking where they should move to in The Woodlands when looking at apartments. -

My husband and I have lived in this apartment complex going on three years now. We just recently moved into a bigger floor plan and are so in love with it! We could not have done this without the help of Marissa the resident coordinator. She was so sweet and helpful throughout the whole process. So happy to continue our journey here at the Millennium on the Waterway. -

Pros 👍By far the best apartments in the Woodlands for the location and price (you can get a pretty good discount if you sign a 15mo lease). Quick walk to the waterway, movie theater ($5 movies on Tuesdays), Woodlands mall, free concerts at the pavilion, random events happening all year round right outside your home, AND it’s surprisingly quiet for being so close to everything. Nothing like a downtown apartment near your typical city center that gets tons of traffic and noise. Upper levels are better than lower ones if you want privacy (we live on the bottom level and there’s always people walking right by our windows. They’ve also got food trucks that come visit about 2-3x a week, random events with the residents and staff, and the staff is very kind. Recently renovated the gym which is pretty nice.Cons 👎WI-FI in the computer lab is pretty much nonexistent at the moment.Fire alarms in the middle of the night every month that last about 30min to an hour (definitely not ideal for children/babies or pets until they fix the alarms)Pool is usually dirty and hot tubs don’t live up to their name.Pest control needed every spring due to the roaches and beetles that enter some of the rooms (this was a big problem for us when we first moved in, multiple cockroaches a day for the first month or so) -
Review 13 (2024-04-30 - Rating: 5)
Millenium Waterway is definitely the place to live. The neighborhood is exactly what I was looking for with restaurants, waterway, cinema, all within easy walking distance. The apartment itself is one of the nicest apartments Ive ever lived in and is very quiet even though I was skeptical at the beginning because of its position on the inner side of the building. What truly sets the Millenium Waterway apart is the management. They are always incredibly positive and responsive. Because I liked it in here so much, I decided to sign another lease for another 15 months. -
Review 14 (2020-09-04 - Rating: 5)
The staff here works really hard to keep things maintained AND to keep us entertained. I love Thirsty Thursdays, treats by the pool, and all the other scheduled events. Thank you for making this more than an apartment...its a home. -
Review 15 (2024-04-29 - Rating: 5)
Staff has always been so friendly and helpful. Maintenance is super attentive and quick when putting in requests. The complex is also very pet friendly. Not only is the area convenient for long walks with our golden and toddler but there’s also plenty do! The social events management puts on are also very fun! Things like thirsty Thursday, dog costume contests, crawfish boils with kid friendly vendors, and so much more! You can tell the staff at the Millenium truly cares about their residents -

Samantha has been a great partner and has made sure all of my request are handled. I have been very pleased on our recent interactions with each other.this facility is affordable and very close to many nice malls, shopping centers etc.i would recommended speaking with Samantha if you are looking to sign a lease. -
Review 17 (2024-02-13 - Rating: 4)
Been living here for a year, no real complaints other than parking. And my parking issue is from the fact I pay for a reserved spot, like many others do, which are all numbered. Now some spots don’t haves the reserved parking sign but it doesn’t matter since all the spots are numbered yet at least 2x a month for the past few months some idiot is in my spot when I come in late from working. You literally can’t be this damn stupid to where you park in a reserved spot. It’s become annoying at this point when it happens because only someone with half a damn brain cell left would keep parking where they’re not supposed to. I would say be smarter but it’s clear the ones who do it aren’t to bright. -

The best. Service, employees and atmosphere in both together. Great team (Luis, Ariel, management and the all crew. Apartments need some updates but I keep my 5 ⭐️. Location: 10 ⭐️. Very next to the river, shopping, theater, hotel, restaurants, pub’s, nice walks areas, etc. -

We love living at the Millenium apartments on the waterway in The Woodlands. It’s so convenient to the restaurants, movie theaters, shopping at the mall and Marketplace! And talk about convenient, the HEB grocery store is just down the road. -
Review 20 (2023-03-18 - Rating: 5)
I have lived here for almost 3 years and just wanted to recognize how hard the maintenance team works around the property. I have put in several requests since living here and Luis always quickly responds and fixes the issues I am having. The maintenance team keeps the property looking beautiful and are always so friendly when interacting with them. I hope they are given the recognition they deserve. -

Review 22 (2017-06-22 - Rating: 5)
This is my third year at the Millennium Waterway and I love living here! The leasing staff is wonderful and always willing to help, and the friendly maintenance team is quick to fix any issue. Residents are mainly young professionals who have great respect for the community. The grounds are landscaped beautifully. The buildings are always clean and trash service at your door step is great. My apartment is gorgeous and modern. Living in The Woodlands is the best and living at the Millennium is the perfect location within the Woodlands- easy access to the freeway, walking distance to the Waterway and lots of entertainment, and great for outdoor enthusiasts! I Definitely recommend these apartments to those who desire a higher quality of life- safety and security; great, respectful neighbors; wonderful amenities and beautifully manicured grounds; fantastic location; superior staff; and gorgeous living! Great place to call home! -

This property is amazing and has great staff! I have lived here for 6 years and love it. The amenities are outstanding and the people who live here are awesome. The location is perfect. Maintenance is also outstanding and any issues are fixed within a few hours. Couldn’t ask for a better place to call home! Lu Romo and Mandy Cardenas at the front office are always so friendly and helpful. This is definitely the best place to live in The Woodlands area. A++ -

I absolutely love living here, it’s been an absolute dream come true. I have the 1 bedroom smaller floor plan but the layout makes it feel much bigger then it actually is. The maintenance is wonderful and always cautious of my ESA as well as fulfilling maintenance tickets in a very timely matter. The staff is wonderful, I never once have felt unimportant or disrespected by them. They make me feel heard and important. Overall this is the perfect place for me and I definitely plan on renewing my lease with them. -
Review 25 (2021-05-11 - Rating: 5)
My husband and I absolutely love it here at Millennium Waterway! We just moved in and feel like we have moved to an idyllic resort. While some of our move-in communication could have been better, the staff is overall friendly and accommodating. The amenities and location are the best you can ask for. Our apartment is gorgeous, with quality features, and a serene view of nature and walking trails for us and our dog to explore. We walk everywhere we go now! We couldnt be happier here so far! -
Review 26 (2023-04-16 - Rating: 5)
Absolutely loved living here! The only reason I moved was because my new relationship required a house with 5 bedrooms. But I loved everything about The Millennium. You cant beat the location and its right off the 45 so its quick to get anywhere you want. Not gonna lie, I really miss living here. -
Review 27 (2017-06-21 - Rating: 5)
The staff were very accommodating to our needs for a short term lease. They are always nice and helpful. The apartment is very well maintained with great features. I have not had any issues with parking or security and love that you can park on the same level as your apartment. The pool is great but could be cleaned more often and it sometimes gets loud during the day with the young children; (avoid this by taking an outside unit or a unit in building two) otherwise, the apartment is quiet. We never hear our neighbors or anyone above us. The location cant be beat - walking distance to everything and the area is so nice! We are only here for a short time but will miss living here. -
Review 28 (2024-04-29 - Rating: 5)
My husband and I downsized after raising our family of 4 and moved here two months ago. We love it here so far. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. -
Review 29 (2016-06-08 - Rating: 4)
Location is excellent. Its nice to just get out and walk around a well kept area along with wonderful restaurants, just gotta find out all the days of the specials at each one. The staff, excellent. They all are nice and take care of every situation promptly. We have had some minor issues but nothing you wouldnt expect if you lived in a house. Only we dont have to fix it. The reason I cant give 5 stars is because of security issues we have noticed as well. I dont feel safety is an issue per say but it can be disconcerting. Rain does get in near some entry doors not sure if this is common in other communities. The treadmills need to be updated most definitely, I mostly choose to go outside as use them. Coffee bar is one of my favorite amenities. Overall we do love living here. Location, scenery, lots of activities to enjoy just walking distance. We have no plans to move anytime soon. -
Review 30 (2018-09-23 - Rating: 5)
Im giving a 5 star rating for the all the care and attention Heather Falcon gave me while working through the transfer of my lease to another tenant (had to move due to a new job). Shes the best -- Heather, thank you again. Your attention to detail and care meant the world to me.I really loved my apartment at The Millennium. It was spacious, modern, well-priced and close to The Waterway and all its attractions. This isnt to say there were a few hiccups along the way. Frequent fire alarms, poor work order response times and an A/C unit fiasco that took far too long to properly address. However, if I ever lived back in The Woodlands area, Id come back. Absolutely loved my home there with these guys. -
Review 31 (2017-06-29 - Rating: 5)
Been living here for almost 5 years now and couldnt recommend it higher for anyone moving to the area for the long- or short term. The new management have really put in the effort to ensure that it is one of the best apartment complexes in the area. The front desk staff (Jennifer and the girls) are incredibly helpful and always greet you with a smile, whilst the maintenance guys are dedicated to keeping the place in tip-top condition and rectifying any issues you have as quickly as possible. -
Review 32 (2017-06-16 - Rating: 5)
You get a great value especially now with the new specials and promos. Wonderful location in a great neighborhood and beautiful apartment complex for a very reasonable price. The staff has been very friendly and helpful and maintenance requests get handled very quickly. The amenities are great also, we take full advantage of the pool which is always a fun treat for my kids. Great place to live overall! -
Review 33 (2016-01-03 - Rating: 5)
I looked at 7-8 apartment complexes in the area, and I liked Millennium best based on units, location, and staff. Ive lived here two months, and Im glad I chose this apartment complex. The management and staff have been excellent. Ive had a number of minor (expected) issues, and they jumped on them. Very professional and friendly. Some reviews commented on noise insulation. I occasionally hear upstairs neighbors steps, but its exactly what I expected - better than several other places I have lived. -
Review 34 (2018-12-06 - Rating: 5)
Ive lived here 4+ years. Location is nice. I give a 5-star rating because the property manager, her staff and maintenance are awesome. Theyre friendly, receptive and accommodating. Im very pleased and would recommend The Millennium Waterway to anyone. -
Review 35 (2020-03-19 - Rating: 5)
We have enjoyed staying here. I emailed about my freezer and 10 minutes later a ticket was created, 10 minutes after that, maintenance knocked on my door to address the issue. ***** 5 stars! Jennifer Stout is always helpful. We appreciate all she has done to make our stay here great! -
Review 36 (2013-07-28 - Rating: 4)
As with everything, there are always downsides. The apartments are not perfectly sound-proofed, and it is easy to hear people talking while walking down the hall. Package management is poor, and Ive been late getting parcels several times as they were not found in the storage room. That being said, the good well outweighs the less-than-perfect.- maintenance is Incredible! Ive never made a request and not had it dealt with that very day. I once had someone come in afterhours just to help me get an important Christmas parcel that was locked up in the office. It really feels like they have your back, which is great for someone who lives alone.- Location location location - so long as you are someone who wants to take advantage of the shops, restaurants, bars etc. If this isnt high on your priority list, then perhaps there are cheaper options within driving distance that wont have young people making sounds late at night.- Door-side garbage pickup three times a week is extremely convenient, especially for anyone whos been limited to once a week, or not at all, in other apartment locations.- The pool area is great, and there is usually a mix of singles and families. One thing to note is that this apartment is in the Woodlands, where there are many bugs, because...its their homeland! I havent had issues in my apartment, and I live on the ground floor. Of course you will see insects, you would have to have someone 24/7 checking the hallways for bugs that sneak in the doors, but from my experiences it is an unfortunate downside of living in this area.- The apartment AC works extremely well... having lived in several apartments where the setup lead to one room being hot and another being freezing, this is something I appreciate alot! With regards to outdoors sounds. Perhaps I am lucky to be living in the inside area of the building, but I cannot hear any road, traffic, or other disturbances. The occasional group of people outside socializing is something I can live with, given that its not all the time, and this is not a seniors complex. All in all, this is definitely the top option in the area, depending on what youre looking for of course! -
Review 37 (2017-07-13 - Rating: 4)
We have lived in our apartment for three years now and we have had a really good experience with the management team and community. It is pet friendly and the pet owners are respectful to the community grounds. The maintenance team responds quickly to service requests and resolve any problems within 24-48 hours. -

Talk about a great leasing experience! Heather Falcon was so helpful in finding a unit as Im scrambling to get out of another property on The Woodlands waterway. I experienced identity theft (which has recently been rectified) which made this more difficult for me to find a property but Heather did everything in her power to lease a unit to me. Cant wait to move in a couple weeks! -

Best place we have ever lived! The staff is the most amazing group! They are very helpful and always friendly! Top notch amaneties on site and walking distance to everything. Facililties are always clean and maitentenance is extremely quick and professional. Would highly recommend this place! Love how they get food trucks at least once a week and always provide events for residents. A coffee machine available to residents is also a nice touch -
Review 40 (2019-09-04 - Rating: 4)
Very nice although it is essentially the Bermuda Triangle mixed with The Shining. Once you get in compasses spin. Each corridor leads to another corridor. I once wandered around for an hour with two pizzas and ended up eating them in a hallway on the floor until a nice old man helped me find my way. A way that I had been several times but like I said, Bermuda Triangle.. and the endless corridors. Nice pool. Found a cool lizard there. Super short walk to all kinds of things and biking from there gets you all kinds of places too. Easy freeway access if you can find your way out of the buildings. Weird liZard at the pool. Friendly but standoffish. Will return with seasoned guide. -

Location, parking garage, pricing, location, location, location. The staff is amazing! Very excited as a new Tennent to be living here!! I was relocated for work to The Woodlands, TX and moved to The Millennium Waterway this past December. Through their community social events I have been able to meet other residents and make several new friends. Making the adjustment to the area easier while also learning what The Woodlands life is all about. The Millennium Waterway is closely located to the The Woodlands Waterway restaurants and nightlife. The Waterway is also popular for walking and running. The Mall, H-E-B Grocery, and The Market Street shopping area are within walking distance as well. The office and community staff are eager to accommodate and help with any issues that you may have. They accept packages at the front office and will notify you when they have arrived. Removing the worry of packages sitting at your front door while traveling. The Millineium Waterway maintenance staff are very friendly and trustworthy. The staff quickly attends to all problems from lightbulb replacement to general maintenance and emergency issues.Community amenities such as the 24/7 Coffee/Café Bar, fitness facility and pool are a few of the great things to take advantage of. Parking is located in a gated parking garage and reserved parking spots are also available. If you decide to live here, tell them you saw my review! -

If you ever get the chance to stop and view the apartments there, ask for Heather. She has to be the most knowledgeable and sincere leasing agent Ive ever come across. After visiting multiple locations we stopped by millennium to give it a look. We fell in love with the location, amenities and pricing. Heather was the final push for us to sign up. Thank you Heather! -

The Waterway of AustraliaI moved here in august last year almost one year! Gee that went fast.. i moved here from melbourne australia for work and i was looking for a place here in houston to call home. I wanted to find a place that made me feel happy relaxed and stress free as in no maintenance issues, friendly staff and neighbors, and of course had to look great. I found all of them here at millenium waterway. The facilities here at waterway are great i love chillin out at the pool area with my neighbors, reminds me of fun times at the beach in australia good music, good conversation and vibes. They even have great social events every Thursday with free beer and wine for the neighbors i have made great friends at these events. Something I couldn’t believe about living here is that all the amenities like washing machine refrigerator microwave light bulbs etc is all included and they even repair it if it breaks or needs replacing. This is not common for us folk out in australia you buy and repair your own. And not only that, their onsite maintanece team would come usually within hours of making a notification. Finally and not the least the staff. Without mentioning any of them individually, I know them all personally by name and they know me by name. They say hi to me always and ask how i am and even about how my mum is doing back in australia. Even the maintenance team i spend a lot of time chatting to. This for me i love the most about waterway and the woodlands in general. People here are friendly and its like a small town much like in australia where people will always look out for you and ready to have your back when you need them. All in all, my time here at millenium waterway has been awesome and i will go back to australia with many photos and stories of this place to show family and friends. -

This is my familys home away from home. Coming from the Philippines and Los Angeles, my family found our home for the next year while here on business. We totally didnt expect to love it here in The Woodlands, but moreover, the Millennium Waterway Apartments because the value of what you get. You get the location, the office wifi, the Xfinity wifi, the business center, the gym, the pool, the outdoor lounge, and the kitchen with the amazing coffee that everyone just flocks over to. BTW, that kitchen feels like a cafe and can be used 24-hours a day and you can have private events there for free. Also, they host a weekly event for a chance to get residents together for free. They also have food trucks come on certain days of the week, and promos that come from time to time. All of which are communicated via text and/or email. On top of these, you get an accommodating sales staff and very responsive maintenance with which you just go online to put in a service order form and they respond within the day to maybe a day or to at the latest. The only drawback I have is that the water and trash bill is sent by paper and is 3 months late and screws up their elegant electronic collection system. That and the fact that the awesome coffee machine gets used up so much that they run out of cups. So little advice, just bring your own mugs! -

Beautiful walkway, very decorative, scenic and many restaurants along the way. A public park with a water park and fountains. You can rent kayaks to go back and forth all the way from Woodlands Mall down to the library. There are always ducks and birds like cranes and herons. There is even an area where do they have have very pretty fish swimming about in a small Park area you can visit. I dont know the species but are similar to the ones you see in the childrens part of the Houston zoo. We go there often just to walk. There is a tram that runs along the route for free. You can bicycle or bring your dog on a leash. Many places to sit and rest. No skateboards on the railings. -

I love the area - hv had some security issues but they were prompt on getting them resolved - management has to b on her toes and she is sharp/ didnt quite understand her snappy attitude at first but with all do respect, I would not want her job and dealing with every tenants needs ! So I applaud her! The apt complex 100% has to cancel their contract with at&t / direct tv (are the same) and Xfinity/Comcast ! These services suck so bad ! Fiberoptics is the way to go and most of my clients / associates would lease here just for an extra home away from home but they work off their phones / laptops and dont want to pay for a service that barely travels at the speed of a bicycle vs one that could travel at the speed of light! Its so sad really ! World works on Internet and yet u cant use it to its potential here !! Other than that , neighbors ,staff , are tip top!! And I need a wrk out from garage to building two ! Its called a walk !!Overall, I dont wanna go anywhere else :) -

Ive had everything that I could possibly need since being here at the Millennium Waterway Apartments (i.e. security, privacy, etc.). And the amenities (pool, hot tub, coffee room) that come along with residency are only a bonus. -
