I’ve lived here a little over 6 months and honestly it’s not as bad as the reviews are making it. I work in a highly demanded field just like the maintenance workers and I truly understand how when you have to please 1k people, everyone won’t be happy. I’m writing this to give my kudos to Mike the maintenance man. Every service order I put in gets handles within a timely manner, EVERYTIME I see him on property he’s moving fast to get to someone’s unit. When I stop him to ask a question he’s very respectful and never rushes me to get to his next job, that man truly works all hours and not just 9-5. The front office staff has always been very kind and respectful and attentive to all my needs. When I had black mold due to upstairs flooding they came within hours (1-2) to fix it, when my bathroom leaked they had someone there within 30mins. I was also late on rent twice and they never hassled me, they worked with me and of course gave out the standard letter but still gave me time.. yes, there are roaches on property but I see maybe two or three every few weeks. They can’t control how everyone lives. Keep your unit clean, bomb if necessary and put down boric acid, help them help you! I have four children and one disabled with a service animal. We stay to our self and so far this has been a pleasant place to live.All in all thank you to the office staff and thank you so much Mike for all of your hard work; it definitely doesn’t go unnoticed!

The meadows apartments I give them 5 start rating every time that I go to see my friend the place is always looking beautiful if your looking for a good place to live I recommend you go by and check them out!!!!

Alexia is a great landlord....I only been here not that long shes very understanding and this property is very peaceful.Somewhere you can call home and relax .Its always clean and the maintenance is always updated.No bugs . Transportation safety is good and close by shopping areas...You never have to worry about seeing filthy trash.. great area to exercise, no filthy ghetto neighbors at least my area....good thing everybody lives here mines their own business tha a major plus and respectful or friendly...No complaints...so far so good 2k15-2016

I moved here in July of this year and so far I absofreakinglutely (lol) LOVE my apartment here! Kelsey (hope I spelled it right) was AWESOME during the move in process. She was patient, kind and understanding. Still is! My unit is very peaceful. Everyone is either at work, school, out taking care of business or simply sitting on their balcony minding their business. Major plus. I plan on staying here for a long time.

Good morning 🌞 am looking for a 3 bedroom 2 full bath I have a mesquite housing voucher I have to pay $50 dallar to some apt #I live and 2006-2010 But the change the name I have no way of paying them so it saw up when am look for a new home thank you
