Alexandra was extremely nice and helpful on our tour today! She was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions with patience and enthusiasm. The property was clean, had beautiful amenities and many floor plans. She was very helpful on helping us pick a floor plan that might be suitable to our needs. We also appreciated how clean and welcoming the common areas were. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’re excited about the possibility of making this our future home!

My experience at The Markson has been positive so far. It is a very nice looking property with a great location. The tour and leasing process was easy and smooth thanks to Alexandra, who has been very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to move in !Update: Already moved-in to this property and my experience has been great. Alexandra and the rest of the management team are very responsive, the maintenance staff is very professional and respectful, common areas are clean and nice. Overall, so far so good. I was kind of nervous at first because of previous bad reviews. Not sure if there was a change in management or what happened, but again, our experience has been great so far. Thank you PM!

I want to leave a big thank-you to Alexandra from The Markson community for her amazing help during my apartment tour. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, she took the time to assist me and even gave me a tour. I explained my situation, and she was incredibly understanding and quick to help. I had been apartment hunting all day, and by chance, I ended up here after taking a wrong turn—and I’m so glad I did! The community is beautiful, in a safe area, perfectly located just 13 minutes from my job, and the rent is exactly what I was looking for. I hope I can be approved because this place feels like home already. Thank you, Alexandra!

This review is specifically for Alexandra. I had a major maintenance issue through the duration of my 2 year lease that previous management failed to address. When Alexandra came in she took it very seriously, and immediately got me on the path to get it taken care of or help me switch units. She really cares and is great!!There were definitely issues with this property because it is so new and changing of staff. But the property is gorgeous, and overall I had a good time living there. Hopefully the new staff and management can tighten things up for residents.

I moved into the Markson at the beginning of November and have had a great experience! Alexandra in the leasing office was super helpful with getting my application approved quickly to move in. The office team also worked quickly to get a few move in issues resolved. The location of the Markson is great and I have enjoyed being so conveniently located and in a brand new apartment!

Everyone at the leasing office was super helpful and accommodating which made my move in a breeze! Chauncey and Jasmine worked their tails off to get me into exactly what I was looking for at an affordable price well within my budget. Their effort was above and beyond and made me feel like they wanted me to live there! They were very responsive and always got back to me in a timely manner.Moving in was a breeze and was able to get everything done in one day while working! My apartment looks great and was cleaned to perfection. The gym is ginormous and has a free weight squat rack which is hard to find anywhere nowadays. It’s cold right now but I know the pool will be a great atmosphere and a popping spot whenever it heats up!Can’t be more grateful and happy with my new place and the process as a whole! 10/1011/18/2024 I just renewed, and Alexandra was great! The process was very streamlined and seamless, my rate didnt change at all which was a huge relief, and the staff works with you every step on the way!I rescued a dog, Sammy Jones, and the Markson has been an awesome home for him. Theres plenty of space for walks and the dog park is super spacious, definitely a pet friendly place and would and do recommend everyone to live here if you want a safe, quiet place to unwind and call home!Excited for another year!
