I would really like to give a shout-out to Jaime and Cody in the office. These guys have listened to me whine and complain about everything under the sun in this apartment complex and have done their absolute best to rectify everything I cry about, lol. There are some issues with the maintenance guys and doing their jobs, but as soon as you talk to the front desk in person and escalate the issue, it is fixed within the week. Jaime is so personable and so easy to talk to, and makes sure you are taken care of to your satisfaction. The front office at this complex really makes it feel more like a home.The complex is definitely older, and has issues that any older building will have, and for that I definitely give yall some grace. As annoying as the water shut offs can be, and as much as my sink startles me when the water turns back on, I get it.My neighbors are quite potentially the nicest people I have ever met, and I truly do believe that this mixing pot of a community is extremely sweet. The little events the front office holds are adorable, and I love the sense of community they bring (especially when they bring in the food trucks, lol)All that being said, definitely a good apartment complex for those with a family, or college kids looking for cheaper housing. Its a good choice, as long as you arent too hoity toity and can handle some issues here and there.Once again, thank you Jaime and Cody for all of the hard work you guys do for this community!! The repave looks great, by the way!

I ❤️ the Staff Jessica the manager is Awesome as well as her Assistant Lissette. They have a great team as well as Maintance Akim staff is right o point. If you want space for your buck these apartments are what you can call homes. Specially, the Villas floor plans with Vaulted ceilings, gated patio. Its just like living in your own Lil house.

Such an easy move in process! James and Cody worked super fast to get my family in and the place is nice! Everything is updated and even got stainless steel appliances! The pool is sparkling clean as well and the laundry facilities are super clean too! Highly recommend!

I have been living here for a couple months, and it has been an overall good experience. The grounds are maintained and the office staff are warm, welcoming and professional.Maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently, which is a huge plus and the location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options.

Many thanks to Mario, Cody, and everyone that was involved with my approval! Please know that there are still some good people left in the world, and you helped one of them - me! I have an upgraded apartment that is beautiful. While there are some maintenance requests I have in, I haven’t seen anything that has made me rethink my choice to live here. So far, it’s been quiet and I love my granite countertops in the kitchen, and the stainless steel appliances (stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher).A suggestion for your next round of upgrades, if you do more of them: some of us would gladly lose closet space for an in-unit laundry room! ☺️Also, the water lines can be an issue sometimes, but they’ve had the city and others out here working on it. More of a billing concern than anything else. I still give it 5 out of 5 stars! 🥰🫶

I’ve lived here for about six months now and I would recommend it to others. The property manager Cody is nice and understanding, the maintenance team does a good job at keeping the property safe and maintained. I wish the washers and dryers worked more frequently but they are working on them so that’s a plus.

Ive lived in this complex for about a year and a half, and since Ive been here, they have been under new management twice. Right now, with the maintenance men, and Liz in the office are amazing. They are the BEST. These apartments have gotten so much better since Ive been here. If there is something wrong and you have to put in a service request, they get right on it. I hated it when I first moved it, but now I really feel at home. Keep up the great work, guys!!!!!! Liz, youre amazing. Keep up the great job!!!! 👍 😊 I do you want to add something else that Andrew and Aykiem the maintenance guys at the complex are amazing they absolutely go out of their way to help in any way that they can. Mario is also great. He is always ready to help anybody he can, and that is always appreciated, Sir. There may be a lot of bad reviews, but this property since Under New Management has become a great place to live . Keep up the good work, guys! I had to come back and write a little more since Ive been here longer with our new management. Boy, am I glad I decided to stay here and just stick it out. Mario and Cody, as well as the maintenance team, are AMAZING!!!! Never have a problem getting any kind of response from them, whether its a response to a phone call or an email or whatever it is. The office staff goes out of their way to make sure that we are okay, to make sure that we can call this place our home. Im now going on my third lease renewal, and Im really glad that I decided to stay here. Great job guys and all that youre doing, but most of all thank you for wanting to do it and not just coming in every day hating to be here and hating to talk to every one of us, because I know what its like to be on the other end where you cant get any response from the office and nobody really cares. For about a year and a half I absolutely hated this place but now Im thankful that Im here and Im thankful for all the staff that goes above and beyond every single day to make it to where we can call this place home! Thank you, guys, and God bless. 🙏 OK, we have a new member to the staff here Jaime He is great too, he is another one that goes above and beyond for us, great addition to the team here. I have not moved in yet however Mario at the front desk has been more than helpful during the move in process.I had a huge issue before moving in but Mario worked with me and resolved the issue even though he absolutely did not have to.The area is quiet and well maintained so far. I do not have any complaints so far while moving in.

I moved to this complex in April.Maria in the leasing office was super kind and responsive. Made the moving process easy. And I felt really comfortable. I have nothing but good to say about Maria. This community they have two large open grassy areas which are great for activities no doubt. I feel safe I I don’t have to leave the gate when I go one walks. Maintenance (David) is very friendly and take good care of the property. I’ve only had one maintenance request for my ac that went out, by the time I got home from work it had been repaired.It’s very quiet at night and the people are friendly. So far I only have good things to say about Aspire. Thank you Maria for making love here all the better.

He will go above and beyond to give you all the information you need and walk you step by step through the whole process from your tour of the property, through application process, and then moving you right in and making sure all your needs are met. I love it here, I’m in the back, close to a dumpster and washateria’s, my neighbors are quiet, no problems with any loud noises, or loud music, everything is fixed in a timely manner, like the next day, when we first moved in we had a problem with the air conditioning unit, at the time it was still cool, the minute it started getting warmer outside our unit was replaced with a new one the management & staff are awesome, I couldn’t be happier my unit is in the back end, it’s like living in a small house, my neighbor Ms. Janice is very helpful & happy to help me anytime, I’m disabled, I use a wheelchair when I need outside, the area living room is huge, the bathroom is nice, the upkeep of the outside is well maintained.Cody, the new manager is awesome he helps out with whatever you need.

The New Management Team at The Leighton is amazing, they are kind and helpful in every interaction that I’ve had with them . The property manager Andrea Rojas is so nice! She truly cares about the residents and makes sure the property is looking great by finding new ways to make improvements to the complex. I believe anyone moving to the area would truly love to call this community home!

I currently live here. It started out rough dealing with loud neighbors upstairs then my apartment flooding. Didn’t get reimbursed for that but they did switch me to a new unit , which I was very satisfied with. Since COVID is still going on they work with everyone on payments which I really appreciate. The apartments aren’t bad but not the best but you get what you pay for. My neighbors are friendly and nice so I haven’t had any complaints. The only big issue I have is that they do not answer their phones at all, I tried emails they are a hit and miss. So your best bet is to just go up to the office, it’s hard for me sometimes due to me working and they are closed by the time i get off. I haven’t had much of an issue since switching units also watch who your neighbors are especially if you’re first floor.PS: I love love love Maria and Betty !!! They help me out so much throughout my time here, and they’re very respectful.

I have lived at The Leighton for couple of years and just signed a lease renewal The staff is Amazing, shoutout to the new property Manager for always helping and going above and beyond to help with any questions I have and a smooth renewal process.The complex is always kept super clean since the new management has taken over and things get addressed in a timely matter. I am on the first floor and have never heard noise from any of my neighbors. It is a great place to call home. Excited to see all the new changes that will be happening.

I have been living in the co.plex for last 6 months. Recently I started noticing harbage all in the complex. In the morning nearly whole parkin area has water around it. No maintenance of the property on Aunday atleast for cleaning. Gates are unsecure at night many cars are parked without stickers. Gate should be locked with a proper code for tenwts only.
