I am a current resident at the Henderson in Dallas and it has been nothing but the best experience. The GM Kristy provides the best experience when touring the complex, moving in and anything you need after, she is there for you! I have a dog and the dog community is fantastic. The dog park is perfect for dogs who like to play and the residents are just as great. The pool and gym are clean and super nice! I would absolutely recommend living at the Henderson for your next apartment!

I resigned my lease back in May and this is probably the best complex Ive lived in since I moved to Dallas. Kristy, the GM, is amazing as well as the maintenance team. The whole complex is maintained well and the surrounding area (Knox Henderson/LG) is great. Ive even referred friends here and one now lives here as well. Safe area as I see people walk around after dark, including myself. Overall 5/5 stars

I stopped in to tour with Ella last week, who was very energetic, and informative. When I stated the community was out of my price range she didnt act as if I was wasting her time. She suggested a few communities based off of my needs and price. One of them I actually applied for and was approved

Great experience! I’m relocating from out of state in spring and visited this community over the holidays. The team is very kind and accommodating and the property is beautiful. I especially love the pool and courtyard area and how pet friendly the community is.

I’ve lived in The Henderson for about 8 months now and it has been such a great experience. Kristy and the rest of the staff have always been helpful and kind in any of our run ins across the property or in the office. Getting deliveries are easy with the parcel receiving area next to the mailboxes. I recently submitted a maintenance request and it was taken care of the same day within a couple of hours which was unheard of in most apartments so that was awesome. I love that the management also takes care of the building and grounds on a regular basis which is really nice.It’s also in an area that is generally walkable and safe and I love that I’m only minutes away from different restaurants and a Trader Joe’s/Target etc.

I lived here for five years and had a very positive overall experience. The management is responsive and the maintenance staff do an excellent job with keeping the property clean and comfortable. The amenities (gym, pool, parcel lockers) are great. Would recommend foranyone looking to rent in East Dallas.

Kristy is the best! I’ve been living here for a few months now, and the way Kristy helped explain everything to me and tell me about the community and move in process really made up my mind to live here. Recently I dropped my key fob 12 stories down an elevator shaft and I thought it was broken but she was able to fix it for me saving me time and money! I super appreciate it and love living at the Henderson!

I’ve loved living at The Henderson for the last year! Their team is so helpful any time I need something and I have never had any issues while living here. It’s such a great location and the other residents are friendly too. I didn’t hesitate to renew for next year! So thankful for Kristy in the leasing office and all the guys on the maintenance crew! The whole experience with The Henderson has been amazing! Kristy has gone above & beyond to make the application & rental process go as smoothly as possible for my daughter & for me, her mother, as her guarantor. I had an AC unit go out in the middle of the Texas summer, and within an hour they had come out, diagnosed the problem, got it temporarily working, scheduled a replacement to be delivered and installed, AND (here’s the above and beyond) brought out and installed (at their cost) a portable AC unit that had my apartment icy cold and comfortable! Oh yeah, and this was on a Sunday! Heck, I recently bought a new bed and the head maintenance service manager, Luis (also the hero of the AC replacement above), immediately offered to pickup my old mattress for me as a courtesy! The grounds? Lets just say youll want to take your shoes off and frolic – it’s that well-kept!To sum it up, living at The Henderson isn’t just about finding a place to sleep; it’s about finding a place that’s so much more. The location is great and the upgrades are nice. Office staff is super responsive and maintenance (Luis specifically) is really responsive and quick. always helps with requests and very polite - goes above and beyond for sure. Kristy helped me find the right apartment and I had lots of questions she patiently answered. 10/10 would recommend

Delighted to be able to say I made a great decision moving to The Henderson complex. I moved from Atlanta with very little familiarity with Dallas and I looked at a lot of apartments remotely but when I came to see the Henderson in person I was so pleasantly surprised. Theyre doing some great renovations to their units. I moved into a newly-renovated unit and its a open-concept, spacious one bedroom. What Im even more delighted by is the staff here. Jennifer has been so helpful and accommodating throughout my whole move. Sometimes I even go to the office just to chat and grab coffee from our common space. The maintenance is very timely and Louis always quickly addresses any needs I may have (even helped me put together some furniture). There is great community among the tenants and Ive met so many people just through our dog park common space. Highly recommend!

Additionally, I want to mention how helpful Kristy was during our time at the Henderson apartments. She was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had during our lease, and when we needed to transfer to a different Gables complex closer to our job, she made the process smooth and stress-free. For the location, price point, and excellent customer service this complex stands out above the rest

Highly recommend living here. I have lived here for going on 4 years and 2 units. Cant say enough good things about the quality of the units and the property management.Luis the handyman is the best Ive ever had at an apartment! He is so quick to make quality fixes (never a repeat maintenance request) and always so friendly.

Overall have absolutely loved my experience here since moving from a home in the suburbs. The particular unit I’m in couldn’t be in a better spot for my particular situation, just a short walk across the courtyard to let my dog potty really quick while my daughter naps. Very close proximity to parking so groceries aren’t a problem. Love the landscaping throughout the interior of the property, I will say it makes me actually enjoy what I see out my windows, please never change that! Management has been wonderful. Amenities are well kept and plentiful. There are a few things in my unit that could have been improved. Would give this complex a 9.5/10 overall, but don’t raise the prices more! 😜

I have lived here 7 months now and love it! Great amenities and updated apartments. The area is perfect because you are walking distance from bars/restaurants and 5 mins from Target and Kroger. Some previous reviews have complained about packages, but parcel pending lockers have recently been installed so you can get packages any time day or night. New management just took over and theyve been quick to help me or respond to any issues, not that Ive had many, but maintenance came same day when I did. Good security and a clean complex.

Had a small leak from the fridge and called maintenance. Hugo and Luis came immediately and fixed it very quickly. They noticed that I had two boxes of side tables that got wet and offered to put them together for me so they didn’t stay in the wet boxes. They did this so fast and did a great job!

We highly recommend choosing this property if you’re looking to live in Knox Henderson. We have lived here for a year, but we wish we had chosen to live here when we first moved to Dallas three years ago. We’ve had nothing but a great experience at this property and our actual apartment is wonderful. The prices are reasonable, the location is central without being too noisy, maintenance fixes issues quickly, and the front office employees can’t be beat. Nicole and her team are awesome. Very recently we went out of town and our flight back was canceled. We were worried about our pets, and Nicole offered to check on them, filling their water and food bowls for us. Above and beyond.

Kristy, Adam, and the maintenance staff are fantastic! They are responsive, proactive when able, helpful, and go above and beyond when an issue arises. I dropped something on my way to work today, and when I checked on to see if anyone had turned it in, the maintenance staff went looking for it for me! They put it in a package locker for me so I can retrieve it when I get hime late tonight. I so appreciate this Gables team!

Not only did I love my unit (floor to ceiling windows!), the property, and location, but the property management team was wonderful. Jennifer & Jennifer at the leasing office were absolutely perfect throughout the process of signing my lease and moving in. This was my first time living in an apartment building so I was unfamiliar with a lot of procedures - they made everything easy to understand, found me a steal of a room on the 3rd floor, and had maintenance sent to my room less than 24 hours after I moved in to make sure everything was just how I wanted it. Cannot say enough about those two - they are on your team!

This place is great! The staff is so welcoming and nice, and they do everything to help you out. The only thing i would hope that they add soon, is package concierge, so you can get your packages 24 hours from lockers! my old apartment had that and it was so helpful.
